Would highly recommend this place to anyone (even better to support a local family business)! Service was a 10/10 starting with the guy who answered the phone being very patient and helpful with any questions. Upon arriving they had my tire changed out immediately and brought up some other underlying issues. Very honest place with great service and can t beat the prices!

These guys are very reliable, affordable and punctual. I have had my breaks serviced, tires replaced and alignment performed in the last few months at a fraction of the cost of competitors with no sacrifice to service or quality. Mind blowing experience and service. Second time when I needed help, stopped by for an appointment and they took care of my needs on the spot at a price which might have been triple at other shops. Good service and value. I'm kind of an auto repair snob and do most of my work myself. I appreciate these guys, as they don't treat me like an idiot and talk to me straight and honestly. They tell you what is wrong, give some options and don't hold you hostage.

We got a flat up in the mountains after camping and drove our donut down to Newberg Tire. They were able to patch our tire within 20 minutes and had us back on the road. The staff was super friendly and helpful - and the price was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

DANGEROUS NEGLIGENCEI went in before the recent snow/ice storm to buy snow rated tires before driving across state. A few miles down the road the vehicle began to shake.I pulled over and my right rear wheel was missing 1 lug nut, another fell off in my hands, the remaining 2 were barely on. 2 more lug nuts were loose on my other wheels. SIX OF MY SIXTEEN LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE. We could have lost our right rear wheel on the highway.When I went in and told them they were dismissive, said "nothing seemed loose" CAUSE I TIGHTENED THEM MYSELF ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY, and offered nothing but a weak apology.

Very professional and nice staff. Even stayed after hours to make sure i could retrieve my vehicle. They carry great brands (better than the local tire place) and at a fair price. Their labor is a little spend but you are getting quality work with that price. I look forward future work with Turks.

I went to Newberg Tire and Auto Repair after my temperature gauge started going up and down erratically. The staff here were so accommodating. They were able to look at my car in a timely manner, and were honest in diagnosing the issue...they didn't rip me off. Very nice staff. These guys are great. A while back I had two bald tires in the front. They didn't have my sizes, but was able to have my tires in within a couple days. Awesome service, great pricing. Just overall a good experience.

Took my vehicle in and had tires and a lift kit put on, they did an amazing job. I had an issue with the work done and they took care of the issue no questions asked. Very professional. Excellent service. Sent it in for an expensive oil leak which they diagnosed as coming from one area. They did not charge me more than the original quote (apart from parts) when they noticed another leak, and proceeded to fix it well. They also checked and serviced other areas of my car as part of the job. I had transmission issues when I got the car back, and they had it serviced free of charge. Car now works great and is leak free! thank you!

This establishment is great. The service is always quick and very helpful. They have a true passion for what they do and always do so with a smile on their faces. I go there often but not enough to where I think they would recognize me. So it is apparent to me that they treat each and every customer with the same attitude . Really like this place a lot.

Not too bad on deals for simple things. Had my breaks/rotors changed and it squeaked ever since. Had em look at it, said it was fine, squealing like a banshee still. Other place looked at em said they were bare... squeaked since i had em changed.

Was having a problem with the 4wd on a truck I had just purchased. Needing to leave town in short notice for work Steve and Nick at Turks Tires jumped into action trying to help me as soon as I pulled up. Really gave me that small town we care feeling where as the bigger corporate companies I had called before stumbling upon Turks told me they couldn t even get me in to look at it for 3 weeks. Thank you again guys the price was more than fair for the time spent diagnosing! Will definitely be back and refer to friends and family!

The guys at Newberg Tire & Auto are great. Great attitude, great job. They really helped me with fixing a flat on a rental car and went way out of their in the process. Highly Recommend them.

This is totally cliche but I can't express it any other way but go on to say that if you need to have some tire work done - -either by the laws of physics/nature or voodoo or it's Willing..! Take your needs there.. These guy's are Local and they care about you! Bottom line - - they will work with you and Will definitely help you out w/ your needs! Don't remember the other guys name but he's cool too! But Dave is who I go to! Great people!!!!

My car developed a problem with steering and braking. It was a Sat. so I had the car towed to the nearest open shop. The man was nice enough and though he said the mechanic was not there on Sat. he would take a look for no charge. We got a call a short time later...I answered the phone and this man said he found the problem and could he speak to my husband to talk about the issues. Talk to my husband??!! As though I was too stupid to understand? Because I was a woman he assumes I do not know anything about cars? Anyway he told us we had a different vaccum system and what the parts would cost and labor..$800.00 to $1,000.00. I called around to parts stores and got the parts for less. I then called HIM back and told him that I ordered the parts. He then told me HE did not want to work on the car. He did not like talking to me...He kept repeating himself over and over as if he were talking to a dumb person. Upshot...I called a tow truck to get the car over to another repair shop, Precision Automotive, on Monday and the labor would be $245.00 with the correct part of $185.00. I will have to take back the parts I purchased for a refund of $454.98. Just think...had I kept the car with Turks (Newberg Tire) it would have cost me almost $500.00 for parts I did not need plus HE would have made an extra $112.00 for the core charge I would have paid for plus He would have come back and told me we would also need this other part for additional $$$. So instead of just paying approx. $500.00 in parts and labor I would have paid HIM $454.98 + $185.00 for parts and then $300 to $400 for labor which would have totalled approx. $989.00 and let's not forget the core return for $112.00 for another total of $1,101.98. Not a bad haul for 2 to 3 hours work.My advise to this man is to NEVER underestimate a woman and what she may or may not Know!!

My car had a Valve Cover Gasket leak and they fixed it for half the cost the other places wanted to charge. It was good all around due to money problems on my part. Turks is by fa the best shop I have been to since moving to Oregon 5 years ago--------:::::Edit::::After driving my car for a weeks I noticed something was still wrong. Noise coming from the timing area and was still leaking a lot of oil. I couldn't find my receipt to go in and I paid cash. So I called them up and talked to Turk and said I had my car in a few weeks ago (gave him info) after telling him the issue and the car he hung up. I called to more time and was hung up on so I said forget about it I lost my proof of even being there. 2 months later my car is loud as can be from timing and is spewing oil. I took it in to the shop at Mac Auto Pros, they inspected and seen the claimed work they did was not done at all. They told me to get money back but couldn't due to no receipt. Got full print out of inspection and went home. By the grace of luck my fiance found the receipt!!!! In the car under the seat crammed tight in the track. I jumped happy. I called turks with all proof in hand and ready to get the problem fixed and I called got a hold of Turk and stated who I was with what issue and what proof I have. I got hung up on right away. I called two more times and was hung up on again then finally some lady picked up the phone and immediately started accusing me of lying and turks would never do that. I said I'm at the shop right now. I was at Mac auto getting quote on repair costs. She then said let me have your name and number. I have them the info and ended up not hearing from them for a day or so but I couldn't answer phone due to being at work. They never left a message on my phone and when I get out of work they are closed. Since then I have had the repairs done! I will be contacting turks to resolve this issue at hand as soon as possible.

Had a nail in the sidewall of our tire. They didn't have the tire in stock but they gave us good recommendations and topped off the air. Very helpful.

Turks has Great prices on new and used tires. I went their one day with a flat and only had $20 Dollars on me and he gave me a tire for that $20 and said come back when you can and give me the other $15 dollars.

Fixed my tire in 15 minutes on my lunch break. No stress, no upsale. (I had called les schwab and they told me it would an hour and thirty minutes at least.) Couldn't be happier.

Tire and wheel packages cheaper online delivered to your door. I almost turned around and asked to put everything back on my car.I was charged $200.00 for shipping when they are available online for free shipping. Miss Turk!!
