Brought my vehicle in to Newberg Ford for a routine Service. Nolan was my service advisor, he was quick to call me as soon as it was done and was honest with me about what the car actually needed done now and what it will likely need on the next service. They delivered the vehicle back to me for no extra charge. I work all the way on the east side of Portland so this was a huge help and made it so I didn t have to leave work early. And when I got back in my car I realized they didn t even change my seat settings which saved me the time of trying to get the seat back to the right position. Highly recommend this service center! Thank you again Nolan and the Newberg Ford Service team!

I'm beyond disappointed with the service department at Newberg Ford. Very long story short, I started the conversation of a list of service requests at the beginning of July. The first available appt was Aug 28. Dropped the car off a few days early due to a conflict of schedules. Service desk had a detailed list of diagnostics/service requests since the beginning of July. I've had to resend this list multiple times over the last 3 months. Fast forward to the end of September, one simple electrical issue has been the only thing completed, the license plate light bulb now works.Communication has been extremely difficult and far from expectations. When we call, we're told we'll get a call back and/or an email that will detail work to be done with prices. We've gotten one email with a partially completed list of the requests we've asked for. There's been multiple calls since then, still, no progression. I'm beyond frustrated.Due to safety concerns, I haven't had this car, my everyday driver, to drive since the end of June. It is now the end of September, and the car is still not fixed. Unfortunately, we'll be picking up the car today and will have to start this entire process over again with a different shop.I will say, I used this service department regularly 5-10 years ago for all routine maintenance on this car. I've recommended them often to friends who live in the area. I'm extremely saddend this is now the experience which will end both me using this shop as well as being able to recommend them.

Kyle from the service department was so incredibly helpful when it came to my car having issues starting with the key fob. He took time out of his break to check out my car in person and drove to meet me. As a girl who doesn t know much about cars, I was very nervous that I was going to get set up poorly, but these guys were so helpful and respectful!

Customer service at the service desk could be loads better. Asked for something specific and the guy refused to even check for me. Got the recalls on my car done but couldn't get any other help with my other concern because the guy couldn't be bothered to use his computer other than to check me in.

The EV tech is amazing and was not only able to properly diagnose my Mach E, but also have a very complicated repair done in a short time frame. The staff was also good at getting me right in when I had the failure and keeping me up to date during the repair. Randy (Service Advisor) and Don (Service Manager) were excellent to work with and made sure the extensive repairs to my vehicle were completed to my satisfaction. I brought my F350 turbocharged diesel pickup to the Newberg Forf dealership, and they were able to diagnose a problem with the turbocharger, that required the turbocharger to be replaced. I had found previously that the waste-gate was carboned up, and was sticking, so I cleaned it up, and it helped, but I was still having performance degradation when pulling a heavy trailer, or climbing long freeway hills. The turbo system just wasn t working properly, and the problem had been plaguing me for months. The engine code diagnosis I was getting was just a general message that the engine diagnosis wasn t able to find exactly what was wrong, but the engine would operate at a degraded performance until fixed. This wasn t the limp mode like when you run out of urea liquid for the exhaust system, it would just run at a much lower overall power level than normal, that was very noticeable when climbing a long hill, or pulling a heavy trailer..Newberg Ford was able to diagnose and replicate the problem I was experiencing and described a subsystem of the turbo that was failing, and gave me the option of trying to repair the subsystem, or to purchase a new turbocharger for the engine. I opted for the replacement turbo which was significantly more expensive, but because I planned on keeping that pickup for a number of years, but it was a much more reliable solution to the problem. The service agent did a fantastic job keeping my updated on the progress, diagnosis, the final solution, and notification of available for customer pickup. I would highly recommend this dealership both for sales and repair. I own six ford products at the moment, and Newberg ford is where I go with each of them for any repairs and/or diagnosis that I am unable to resolve on my own, and Randy is fantastic to work with as a service advisor and I highly recommend this dealership to any and all, as I am confident that you will be treated well within the service department..

Recently purchased my 2022 Hybird Ford Escape from Newberg Ford. Casey Dyck, the salesperson who worked with me did a terrific job. Very knowledgable and answered every question I had. Kudos to Dean in the business office, who did all the paperwork to make sure my purchase was complete. Very thorough and helpful.

Informed me I had 2 bad batteries on my Ford F350 diesel while it was in for routine service hadn't been having any battery issues. They were unable to tell me how old the batteries were over the phone. Did not authorize new batteries. After watching them try to jumpstart the truck with a small portable jumpstarter . This is comical when it's someone else's diesel truck! Oh it's a bad alternator What both batteries being bad at the same time wasn't a clue that something else was wrong p.s. bad batteries are still in the truck and it's working great. Shiny new alternator looks pretty works pretty good too.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Randy went above and beyond. He said if I left my car for a couple weeks they will get to it in between work. I dropped it off and got a call 4 hours later letting me know its done. I will definitely be coming back.
