Dale and Alex understand that our time is valuable. We felt they gave us the best price and value for our dollar without haggling over the price. We'll come back for our next vehicle. Alex made time to teach us about all of the technology in the truck. Thank you for the great customer service at Newberg Ford.

Although I live in California, I purchased my new van from Newberg Ford. My son had purchased his van from them a year ago and spoke highly of Dale. After contacting Dale by phone, I knew I was buying my van from a knowledgeable professional who cared about me, the customer. Dale made sure I received the best price, even after the close, he unearthed another $1,000 in savings and passed it on to me. I drove up to Newberg Ford from California and Alex had the van and all the paperwork ready for me. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase in my lifetime.

In the business world, we tend to say time is money, and if it is, Dale and his team at Newberg Ford know exactly what that means, they make it so easy to purchase any commercial vehicle. And since they are very award of the pandemic situation, they maximize the online purchase to the fullest where they make you feel comfortable on your purchase!!!

Dale spent a lot of time helping me look for a new transit. He searched all over finding me the options I wanted (without the options I DIDNT want)He was patient with me while he explained the differences in options (there's a lot) and listened when I explained why I wanted options over others. He didnt try and push anything on me but had some very helpful suggestions.When it came time to sign the papers he had all the paperwork done for me. Honestly it took less than 30 minutes for me to look over all the documents and sign.My next ford will be purchased through Dale.

Brought a New Ford Transit this week. Best price I could find, best selection, and I was litterally in and out, in less than 20 minutes driving my new van home! My wife said I would be there two hours and it was less than 20 minutes. Also, the guys down there are the most knowledgable, helpful, and darn funny as well! Thanks again!
