I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L in pristine condition with only 55,000 miles on it and my agent I talked to was Kaleb Wallrich and he was outstanding. He worked with me and got me what I wanted plus some.. I 100% recommend going to Newberg Ford and talking with Kaleb.

Real people to talk to and didn t feel like the standard dealership where you feel worked over as soon as you walked in the door. They honored everything they said and worked with me all the way. I recommend giving them a call if you don t like the car buying experience because they felt honest from the start and proved that to be true throughout. They did not shy away from questions and encouraged conversation. Overall a very good truck buying experience.

Keith and the team at Newberg Ford did an incredible job. After months of looking for a truck I found one online located at Newberg Ford. I sent them an email and got a very quick response. We set up an appointment the next day for me to check it out and I ended up driving it off the lot.Everyone at Newberg Ford was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate them going out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns. They sold me a great truck at an even better price! Thanks again Newberg Ford!

Keith Weldon did a fantastic job as our sales rep at Newberg Ford. Definitely not your stereotypical salesperson person which made the experience alot more enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Keith if your looking for a fast and enjoyable car buying experience.

We bought a 2021 Ford Expedition from Newberg Ford. We dealt with Kaleb Allrich. He was easy to deal with, answered our questions, polite. We didn t get the runaround. Purchasing a vehicle always seems to take a lot of time but this was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. A pleasant experience and I would have no problem doing this again with Kaleb. If you come in, look him up.

Recently purchased a truck from Newberg Ford. The personnel maintained the perfect balance between assertive accommodation without the overbearing undertones. Great experience all around with reassuring tone that lead to a confident and seamless experience. I would recommend this dealership over every other dealership I have dealt with in the past, from a purchasing agenda of new or used.

Have had my vehicles serviced here for years. Noticed a significant decline in customer service and value. Had my cars brakes and rotors changed 4 months ago. the car is only driven in town. Brought the car back today because the brakes were squeaking again. The tech said it was "driver error" and needed brand new rotors again! And wanted to charge me for me for new things they found wrong too! 2200 total. the guy was condescending and frankly a jerk. Taking my money elsewhere. Be wary.

My wife and I just purchased a 2022 Subaru Ascent from Newberg Ford. The car is exactly what we were looking for. Truly excellent condition, low miles, and a fair price. It was even the color we wanted. Newberg Ford had it detailed to be in like-new condition. The salesperson that helped us was Kaleb Wallrich. Kaleb was very helpful, providing any information we needed. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I recommend working with Kaleb.

Amazing experience with JT from start to finish. This was my first time buying a car on my own, he was patient and explained everything well. I didn t feel pressured on anything. JT and Dean made it an easy and fast process. They worked to get me the best deal. Great customer service, professional, knowledgeable and nice people. Nice location and atmosphere too. The car itself is a 2019 Chevy Cruze. It s so nice and I m so happy with it, I can t stop smiling! I definitely recommend them! Thank you to the Newberg Ford team!

My experience at Newberg Ford was very positive. I was going in for an oil change by myself(i m a highschool girl) and the man I talked to was so kind and helpful. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. I wish i remembered to service concierge s name because he deserves a specific shout out. I would recommend Newberg Ford to anyone that asked.

I had a good experience at this Ford dealer. They kept to their agreements, didn t have dealer add-ons, and didn t hard sell during the finance discussion. They were easy to work with and responsive. I would buy from them again and also from the sales person Kaleb Wallrich.

Kaleb was my salesman. He was professional, straight forward, and helpful. When I showed up he had already brought out the vehicle I had called about, ready to drive. He helpfully pointed out and explained some of the features during my test drive. Their prices are fair, my vehicle was priced below bluebook. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had kind of an interesting experience. Went out to test drive a used car they had posted. It hadn't been cleaned at all. It had personal items from the last owner still in it. Measure tape, pocket knife, garage door opener, checking around and found a joint in the console. Not what you'd expect from a Ford dealer. They seemed very laid-back about it. I'm not sure they have good management. Seems like they've slipped in my mind.

Keith took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and then showed me everything they had in stock that fit my parameters. Keith is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, very professional, excellent communicator, and genuinely interested in me as a person not just a customer.

Got a friendly salesman on first visit and he stayed with me the entire process over several visits. Was able to communicate with him via text messages and close the deal without being on site. Closed the deal and staff complied with everything that was agreed to beforehand. Would recommend Newberg Ford to family and others. Ask for Tyler.

Tyler Dyck assisted us in purchasing a 2023 F-150 crew cab truck. We were on the fence about purchasing a new truck as our 2021 F-150 was not that old. He spent all the time we required comparing features between the two models, and answered all of our questions with patience. There was no sense of sales pressure which is comforting to us with such a sizable purchase. We can recommend working with Tyler without hesitancy considering any vehicle purchase from Newberg Ford.

I purchased a used car from here 3 months ago. A month afterwards they sent me a letter in the mail saying I had to go through DEQ, get an emission test, and bring it to them within 5 days in order to register my vehicle. Was a surprise to me, but the following morning I did just that.Fast forward 2 months to today and I received a letter stating "unfortunately we received your DEQ after we were forced to apply for title only." That was interesting because I had gone out of the way to get the test done and bring them the results within 24 hours of receiving the first letter. They either filed everything too early, filed everything too late, or were planning on doing this all along. To be fair, I was sent a check (refund) for the registration fee that I had paid them to do since who in their right mind wants to be at the DMV all day registering a car.Earlier this week my temporary plate expired since I have been expecting plates in the mail for months. I was not made aware until my plate was already expired. Had I been communicated with months ago that they messed up and couldn't do anything else for me (looks like they found out on 12/27, a week after I brought it in) then I wouldn't have been driving with an expired temporary plate.It all boils down to terrible communication, not doing what they had agreed in the contact, and false claims I had not met their timeline.Solid people overall, just unhappy with the process post-purchase.

Updated: Purchased a used suburban through them with no problems. Until I found I out I need to pay $3k in repairs after taking it in for its first service with another local service dealer. Be sure to thoroughly inspect your vehicle as it could cost you.

Getting a new car is a great feeling when you know it s going to make the whole family more comfortable and be able to include additional friends and family on the journeys/adventures ahead. I have chosen to edit my review. It took a while to get everything straightened out. In the end everything was taken care of and my son was happy with his purchase.My son has purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. It's been over 2 weeks now and still has not taken delivery. Absolutely nothing is going correctly. There were needed repairs. They repaired the wrong truck. He purchased tires for the truck. They put the wrong ones on. There were several small things that were supposed to be repaired. For the most part, they were not. It should have had a professional detailing. Still lots of dirt. If you deal with these people, do not expect anyone to care after the paperwork is signed. Please, friends, don't let friends trade at Newberg Ford.

So I have been looking at a mach e GT for about a month now at this location..found a used one but when I finally go to test drive it I realize it's the managers daily driver lol..this thing was thrashed, wish he would have mentioned that before I went out of my way goto go look into this vehicle. Also he failed to mention the brembo brakes were removed and replaced with red knock off brakes and when I mentioned it he just blew it off!!! Felt dissected and completely scammed and my time was not valued at all!!!

Honestly the smoothest car buying experience I ve ever had. Initiated contact via internet message at 10. Call back at 12. I told them what I needed for my trade, sent pictures. They verified my info and we ironed everything out over the phone and text. Newberg ford is about an hour from my house so they met me halfway and I had the car in my possession by 530. Time in person was less than 20 min. Shelby is who I worked with exclusively. Definitely pleased. Price I felt was fair and what I got for my trade was fair. The rate and terms on my financing was also just in line with what I asked for. Thanks!

Do not trust their service department, and maybe their entire dealership. My mother had an issue with her vehicle from an outside source, and when I went to help her there were three other customers having issues with their service department (one being denied after purchasing a bumper to bumper service contract, one being triple charged for the same service, and the third being told the vehicle was completed and it was not and they were stranded there) due to a severe lack of professionalism and customer service. When I stated that the work would most likely be paid for due to negligence, the transmission service technician then tried to hard sell the service and wanted to have my mom pay for it. My mother was in tears and he kept pushing so he could get paid for an 18 hour job that would most likely be completed in 8-10 hours.Zero professionalism, zero remorse, and just wanted to make some extra money. The service tech stated that he did not think any issue would arise from a front wheel locking up at 40 MPH on a front wheel drive car.Be very leery of this dealership, their service department, and overall business practices.
