Always there to help find what you are looking for, friendly service, and have never, to date, had a defective part. Knowledgeable staff, and even if choosing to go elsewhere for a better price, they are more than willing to give you any advice or answer any questions. It's my one stop parts place in Newberg

Placed an order for local store delivery and had to come to the store multiple times until I was eventually told the item was discontinued. The employees at the Newberg store were very kind about it, but the system seems to be dysfunctional. During COVID mask mandates the employees were not wearing masks.

Definitely do your research before purchasing, since you might find better prices on parts elsewhere in the area, but the customer service is really top notch. Employees here have gone above and beyond to help me out on more than one occasion.

Steve and his crew are a great bunch of guys and gals, very knowledgeable and as helpful as you can get. No big corp stuff here, just a great group of very helpful people. Appreciate them more with every visit.

Very knowledgeable staff worked with me to resolve a travel emergency car problem right at quitting time. They had the parts and loaner tools I needed to get the car back on the road without missing any planned activities. Definitely recommend this location.

These folks never fail to go above and beyond. I am in the middle of moving and had issues with my Napa alternator. Although it hadn't completely failed yet, they didn't want me to be stranded on the side of the road with a bunch of personal belongings in my truck, so they warranted it without any issues. The people there are always friendly and helpful. Thank you Wilson's Napa!

Customer service on the phone could use some work. Could barely hear them and they sounded like the last thing they wanted to do was talk to me. Seems this is pretty common place with parts stores around this area. Doesnt mean its alright though.

Maybe they are understaffed but the workers seemed too busy to even acknowledge we were in the store while they both sat on the phone for 10 min....

I had an issue with a battery terminal breaking shortly after I purchased it. The employee helped me exchange it for a different set no questions asked. Definitely my go to place for anything automotive from now on.

I'm trying to make Wilson's Napa my go-to autoparts place. I strongly feel the collective group there makes them the best parts store in town. In four years not a single person has been rude to me . However other places being rude seems to be the norm

Our two kids go to George Fox and had overheating issues with their PT Cruiser. NAPA took great care of them. Really appreciate their excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable rates too! Thanks NAPA!

Walked in the door, old white guy behind the counter looked at me then walked away. No greeting no can I help you just unprofessional behavior. Sad part is there was nobody else in the store. I'm just so you know I'm an old white guy also.

The lady that used to work at auozone still has a chip on her shoulder, she is inexperienced and rude, I'm assosoted with Hazenberg Dairy.

Pat who works in the back isn t very knowledgeable and always has a mood whenever I come in when I m nothing but nice.... To him it doesn t make sense to credit your rewards back to your account when you return something... he also thought that I paid the rewards amount instead of being credited towards an order. I never had this issue at an other Napa.. they always transfer your rewards to the new order.I lost my $5 napa rewards due to this! I will be only going to the Sherwood Napa for now on!

Nice people work here. Helped us find the part we needed, has it shipped to the store and didn't sweat it when we couldn't pick it up for a few days.

Called to see if they had a diagnostic instrument for check engine light.... They said yes... So went there... No instrument is available. Went to O'reilly, took care of me.

Last 3 times I went there to get parts I was given the wrong parts. They even tried to sell me a used spark plug for my motorcycle. All I got was a "sorry"I will never go back
