I was driving with flat tire, i didn t know. They fix it the same day. Easy fast. I am grateful we have them in town. The level of professionalism, kindness and great service they provide to everyone. Amazing. Thank you!

Extending a huge thank you to the professional team at this location. Stephanie and Joey provided excellent service and knowledge during my repair. I had an insurance claim that I entrusted their team to help me out with and they were incredibly professional and organized. However complicated my issue was Stephanie made me feel taken care of, informed and reassured. She dedicated herself to finding the solution and doing the job right. Additionally, and this is my favorite part, she is very communicative! I never doubted where my repairs were at and if the shop cared about me. I appreciate and value her professionalism and quick work! I will be back as a returned customer for sure!

Went in at 4pm, an hour before they close, due to a flat tire. They were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes! Fast service and super friendly & helpful staff.

Hands down, the best Les Schwab in the area; every time I need brakes done on a vehicle, they do it for FAR less money than other Les Schwab stores have quoted (Graterri's for example is 40% higher in most cases). It's ALWAYS done correctly and promptly. Even if you have to wait an extra day for an appointment time, it's worth the wait and you'll be treated well.

Love Les Schwab. In and out without an appointment in less than an hour. Tires rotated and brought up to spec with air, etc.

Kinda bummed I have to share this but im unhappy with the actions at this location. I went in April of this year for a sound that was coming from me breaking, les Schwab told me it was my rotors. They replaced the front ones and turn the back ones. Ok if that fixes the issue ok I m happy. Well here I am 6 and half months later and brakes are grinding. I don t understand how they didn t catch that my breaks weren t needing repair or replacement. Breaks don t just go bare after 6 months and if they weren t good why didn t this establishment that I trusted my family to make sure we were safe catch this? I had to get new rotors for the ones I just replaced because the brakes were grinding on it. So, again why wasn t this caught before hand? Doesn t Les Schwab offer that service? FREE SAFETY CHECK.Now here I am 2 weeks after the original review was left and my now front is doing the exact same thing it was doing in April. This is awfully frustrating.

Speedy service, and friendly too. I came in for a drop-in and they had my car in and repaired the tire in no time. I'm grateful for the service and will be back next time!

I visited because of a tire pressure problem. I got friendly service right away. In a matter of minutes, I walked away with my problem solved for free! So grateful for Les Schwab!

Les Schwab has impeccable customer service. They are far and above the very best franchise when it comes to treating the customers correctly. Getting you what you need and getting you out the door. All of their employees need a big bonus they are amazing!

One of the best experiences I ve had in terms of customer service! Gerald was very helpful. I originally called in wanting information on the leveling kit for my truck, and he quickly quoted me a very fair price for the kit and installation. I took the truck in, and halfway through the crew found that the sidewall of one of my tires was leaking air and was splitting. They quickly called me and let me know, and offered to put a free loaner tire on my truck. After talking with my wife, we decided to just put brand new tires on it. Gerald again took the time to quote different options, and talked to me about how it would look in combination with my increased clearance. The process was not pushy, and it seemed like everybody I talked with genuinely cared about not only what I wanted, but the safety of me and my family! I definitely recommend them.Edit (10/6/21):Got a new truck and wanted to put a lift kit on it. Gerald was still working at this store, so I contacted him and asked what they could do for me. He went even more above and beyond than the first time, and worked with me to understand the look and performance that I wanted. He helped find high quality products at the best price point I have ever seen. Could not be happier, and I 100% recommend that you go talk to him if you need any work done!

Hannah is a rockstar and is very patient and knowledgeable! She gives me faith in the younger generations! She waited patiently on the phone for me to confirm something simple that I should ve known but she didn t make me feel bad she was super professional and helpful. I had my brakes done here 2 weeks ago and am very happy.

Always very good and knowledgeable service. Will not go anywhere else for tires or service. Had the front end aligned on my 1934 Ford hot rod. I don't let anybody work on my cars except Les Schwab ...

Had our Subarus front axles replaced two weeks later the right axle boot rips and bearing starts to go out. Les Schwab replaced the axle with new labor and parts were free. They also realigned the front end again free. Great Les Schwab Tire Center.

I have to drop my rating a bit because of my last experience here. I arrived about an hour before they closed on a Friday and every worker was sitting around shooting the breeze. I was helped by a nice gal, but she had a very distracting nose piercing bobbing back and forth over her upper lip when she talked. It is so hard not to stare at that thing.I left my rig overnight a few days later to have a couple of new tires installed - -I paid over the phone and came back after hours to pick up the rig. For some reason, they didn't leave a receipt/warranty with my key. I called the next day & they offered to mail the receipt to me, that was 5 days ago and still no receipt. Seems like the quality is slipping.

This is the only tire shop I will go to. The staff is friendly and actually listen to what you need. When ever my tire pressure warning pops up I go here and they fill it for free. They noticed I had a nail in my tire they even patched it with no charge. So ty money is a little tight this week. My family and I have gotten new tires here over the years and what I like the most is they value return customers. They aren't just trying to get a sale at that moment. They want you to come back and return for business. So ty I also like seeing you have a female in the bay as well. Good to know your shop doesn't limit talent.

Had to replace one of my RV tires and they had to special order to match existing tires. Tire came in the next dayand was wrong size. Had to reorder. Had the tire installed and balanced in a short time .

Brakes froze up, luckily there was a Les Schwab close by. They got us in and taken care of quickly, so we could continue on our journey.

My brake light was on for over a week. I stopped at Les Schwab in Newberg to have my brakes checked. The tech was fast and efficient. It turned out the emergency brake had been pulled one click!! I was in and out in lessthan 30 minutes.

Have been a regular customer. This timei went in for trire traction/chains and was told the tire socks would be my best bet Turned out they fell apart on the first try They did replace them but they fell apart on my second try Wish they would have subjected some that were more durable 109.$ down the drain

Came in for a brake job and they were not properly bled. Came back an hour later, had them bled again. Still just as bad if not worse, parking brake worked fine before but who would've guessed, it's not working either

I've been dealing with this store for 30 years and obviously they are now so shorthanded that the business is suffering. I tried to buy a set of tires twice and both times the lot was full, there was a line to get help, and there was only one person at the counter. I took my business to the other guys.
