@JiffyLube(Owner) It s been over two weeks since I emailed Mark Campbell as you suggested and have not heard back. This is indicative of the service I have received as a long time customer. It s unfortunate this establishment has fallen victim to such a poor standard.I have been going to this location for well over a decade strictly for oil changes. I have had mixed experiences but overall satisfied with my service during this time. I usually use coupons or buy the three packs of conventional oil changes offered by Jiffy Lube giving the best price. I went in yesterday to find a bay open and was only one of two cars there. It took almost an hour to change the oil on my 26 year old car as I watched the four employees move at a snail s pace seemingly trying to run out the clock for the rest of the day. I was patient with that, but when I went to cash out, I presented my prepaid oil change code (as I have done many times in the past) and was charged with a new $4.00 shop fee. The manger cashing me out couldn t give me a better explanation. I asked where my notification of this was and he told me it would be on my receipt and said it began at the beginning of the year. I get this economy is rough, but this is a shady practice. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. It s unfortunate to treat longtime customers this way. I will say the staff yesterday was polite, but just extremely slow in their pace.

I wanted to write a review due to the fact that I read the reviews before going here and it made me really nervous (as I m a girl and know nothing about cars) I called ahead about pricing- I pulled up and was instantly met by two very nice gentleman asking what I wanted to get done (he didn t try to push anything on me whatsoever) grabbed my keys and told me I could wait in the lobby. They did my service super fast and the gentleman even gave me $20 off my oil change as promoted outside that I didn t know about! I appreciate how nice everyone was here :) definitely stop by and don t be afraid due to these other reviews like I was bc I had nothing to worry about. Be direct about what you want and they will do it

The crew at the Newberg Jiffylube location are hands down are some of the coolest and fastest techs I've worked with. They're very knowledgeable and informative of what needs to be done on the car. Very affordable, especially compared to the competitor just a block over.

We all have had or know somebody who has had a terrible experience at Jiffy Lube in the past. Even still, I was a bit astounded today when I stopped by I thought maybe I'll give him a shot I mean it's just an oil change and it says $20 off right now. When I asked how much my oil change would be, it ended up being the unanswerable question. Even after a manager was called over, he was unable to give me an actual price. I was told a whole lot of what ifs and maybes. So I'll get $20 off, but I'll have no idea what that $20 is off of. Obviously there were no price guides or lists posted, and this guy was just going to get to pick one at the end of my oil change. He also said something about a $4 oil disposal fee. Seems weird cuz it's jiffy lube and they change oil, I wasn't given the option to take the oil home myself. Ultimately I got the feeling they would not have plugged the oil pan

They're quick, and the staff is respectful. But a recent change in management has made them change a handful of habits that altogether feel scummy and a money grab. Prices are a bit higher. They'll automatically check everything easy to do and check every filter that could be replaced. Service reminders now tell you to come in more often than you actually need to. It's a money grab I'm not playing, will not be returning.

Jason and Chris just saved me! I sneezed and hit a curb, pulled up with a flat, and within 10 minutes they had my spare re-pumped, placed, and ready to go. I've been a customer here before, great guys every time, always with an exceptionally helpful attitude. Thank you so much!!

Under new management!!!! This place has all new staff that is very knowledgeable and polite. I took my truck and my daughter's car here to get service and would definitely recommend it anyone. My car

The guys that helped me today are the best. They didn't treat me like an idiot or tryto up sale. I was Informed what else this old Ford needed. I already knew. The JiffyLube off of barber told me that I needed my dipstick calibrated. I never went backthere. These guys in Newberg treat everyone the same young old male or female.Even though they were shorthanded they did a phenomenal job. The ones that werethere deserve a raise.

My wife and I have been really impressed by the reasonable and trustworthy approach of this branch. Justin was kind and down to earth, took good care of us a customers that don't understand auto mechanics well. Many times as a client im insecure of being taken advantage of, but in this case at this branch I feel allot of gratitude towards their approach to our needs, both mechanical and financial.

I had a great experience here at this jiffy lube. I just came in to get my fluids checked and they didn't treat me like a small job. They were even 20 minutes till close with two cars ahead of me and let me have service. The person I believe to be the manager had a smile on his face the whole time

Don t sleep on Jiffy Lube! They offer a tremendous number of services you wouldn t expect. Newberg Jiffy Lube saved me from crawling under my car in the winter to replace a burnt out fog light. Their tires and associated services are also top notch, and as usual, oil changes are never a worry, with rarely any wait time. Their ubiquity makes them always within a short drive or tow, and they ll have you back on the road FAST. Justin, Mikel, Chris, Jason, Javier, & Brayden had me back on the road right away.

I seem to always get my oil changed here.So I am saying g that they are a decent place, they do try to up sale you. But you can use that ad a reminder that you need to check into that, what they mentioned.

Huge shout out to the assistant manager and crew for helping us out yesterday when our car broke down because another jiffy lube failed to put the filter on correctly last month. We were on our way to coast and all the oil came flying out. We could have had our engine blown. The assistant manager stepped up huge in helping us fix the mistake of the other location. They provided wonderful customer service and got us on our way quickly. So thankful!

I Was skeptical about bringing my modified car into jiffy lube as usually I do everything myself, a friend had recommended I bring my car in and I didn t feel like doing my pads and oil change. I brought my car in and the techs serviced the car with great care and even had some small conversation while staying on task with their work. The customer service was excellent, the manager (I think his name was nic or Nathan I can t remember) was very respectful and kept his employees on task yet happy about their job. They took great care of my car quickly and for a fair price. I will come again and reccomend it to all my car friends as you guys respected everything on my vehicle that was modified and didn t touch anything I didn t ask for. Thank you jiffy lube!

Went in for a oil change and never again will I go to this place.. one of them took my can of water and turned it upside down leaving water in my cup holder . Not impressed with there manager jose who doesn t seem to take his job very seriously.. this store needs better management and it lacks customer service . I CHANGED MY RATING !!! I went in talk to the owner we got things worked out .. the owner makes me want to give it another shot

The employees are completely incompetent. They didn't check any of my fluid levels whatsoever, day after the oil change my check engine light comes on because I don't have a single drop of coolant, which was supposed to be checked and topped off yesterday! The teenagers were too busy joking and talking about girls to pay any attention to their customers! Not to mention this is the second time in a row I have received an incomplete service, yet charged full price. The first time I was given the excuse of new employees and was assured I would get excellent service next time. So much for that!

My husband brought his car in for new front brakes and was helped by the manager of this location. He said they were very reasonably priced, work with him on what he needed done, rotated his tires for him and had him in and out in timely manner. Both of us have had bad experiences at other Jiffy Lubes but this one was the best experience he has had at any Jiffy Lube he has been to. He will definitely be back

When I came in, I was told that it may take longer because they were short handed. It was only about 15 minutes! If that s longer, I d love to see what normal is!
