They've always been professional, quick, and honest. Got a 'new' Frontier and Wes showed me the new location for the air filters. Full synthetic and new filters, under $100. They've closed their Sherwood location, but Newberg is a stones throw away. I'll be back.

Came here on my hour lunch to get an oil change and these guys were great! Super friendly, informative and competitively priced! Done in about 30 min. Very happy with experience here!

Excellent customer service. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and they seemed to work well together.What I liked most is that unlike other quick lube businesses they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I asked for an oil change and that is exactly what I got. They didn't try to sell me on an unnecessary radiator flush, Transmission service, blinker fluid refill, exhaust bearing service or any other thing you can think of. They changed my oil, showed me the dipstick reading full and sent me on my way.I will be using them in the future.Service: Oil change

My mom recently went in for an oil change and a check up. She mentioned that they did an excellent job. They did an oil change, and swapped out the oil filter. All together great job.

We've been bringing vehicles here for years and they've always been right. Owner seems like he's there almost anytime they're open. We never have any hesitation doing any fluid changes with Havoline

Just had oil change on my F250 diesel. Great service at this location. The technicians took time to explain in detail some of the peculiarities on this vehicle that I was not aware of. The air filter has a gauge that displays how much life is still in the filter. Unexpectedly mine shown as clogged. The technician investigated and found a rodent nest that was clogging the air intake......What a surprise! With the the truck getting more air, I expect it will run better now. Great Job Havoline Xpress Lube, I will be back again no doubt.

Only place I trust. After a number of incidents at Jiffy Lube including: over filling, forgetting to replace the oil cap, locking keys in the car and telling us we needed to call a locksmith, and the constant upselling, we looked for a better place to go. And though Jiffy Lube set the bar pretty low, we were impressed with Newberg Havoline, they not only were competent but were skilled and professional, with reasonable prices to boot. Make this your regular place, you will be happy.

I sent my daughter there to change oil. Apparently they don t fill washer fluid anymore! I have always taken my vehicles there never an issue!! I know it s a simple thing filling washer fluid . I sent my daughter there because I trusted them to take care of her
