Point S did an Awesome job installing my lift on my truck. Travis was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and his team when considering lifting your rig. On top of that their service is top notch. I had to replaced my wheel bearing recently which they fixed in one day. Their pricing is very reasonable. James and his technicians went above and beyond, checking the other bearings, tighten up the lift, and checked the alignment. Even more when I got stuck in traffic, James re-opened up the shop so I can pick up my truck. Thank you Point S for your great service!

I stopped by to get a low tire checked for a possible nail.I didn't know how long it might be because they were very busy when I walked in. The gentleman that I spoke with said it would be about thirty minutes, so I gave him my keys and sat down to wait.I do not think I sat there for more than 15 or 20 minutes.They got my car in quickly, and I was back on the road!These guys really take care of their customers!

I recently visited Gills Point S Tire & Auto in Newberg and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service. As someone who walked in without an appointment and under time pressure due to caring for a disabled family member, their understanding and efficiency were a breath of fresh air. The staff were not only kind and empathetic but also worked swiftly to ensure I could get back to my responsibilities as soon as possible. Their quick and professional service in a time-sensitive situation really stood out to me. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable and compassionate auto services.

My wife and I are so grateful to this team, we were stranded and had been towed in after 5 pm. Gabe stayed open for us to get us checked in and the whole crew worked hard the next day to get us on the road by 1pm. I will bring my service needs here anytime we are close. My car battery died in the ice storm, they dispatched a truck and changed out my battery in my driveway. the other tire/ battery option "les" said "no way, we arent going out any where today.then 2 months later, that battery they installed died again. they one again dispatched a truck to come check it out. needed tools in the shop so we drove it down there and they fixed the incomplete circuit. all of this they did for free minus the new battery cost on the icy day. Good people, fast and friendly, they will get all my battery, tire business here on out. thanks point S

Had a few questions and Travis took the time to explain things to me to ease my concern..He also mentioned that im going to need back tires soon. Always have nothing but positive experiences at point s in Newberg. I was in for my regular oil change.

I guess I should have know when I saw the word "suspention" on their electronic reader board in front of their business. You would think with the word spelled "SUSPENSION" correctly in multiple places within their show room, they would be able to get it right, but nope! At any rate, my complaint is that I called on a Friday to make an appointment for a Saturday oil change and was told it wouldn't be needed, just come on in. I drove in from the outskirts of yamhill only to be told they were kind of busy, and try back in a couple of hours. I told the guy, "this is why I tried to make an appointment yesterday, but no one could be bothered to due a little data entry." The guy kind of smirked and told me I could wait, or come back. I told him, "or I can take my money elsewhere!" I could tell by the look on his face that that option hadn't crossed his mind. I smirked as I walked out

I needed new front brakes and was quoted $450 at the dealership and 450 at Les Schwab. I made a few phone calls and found out about S Point Tire and Auto service in Newberg and they quoted me $150. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism, speed and quality of workmanship.

Travis nailed it! I'm not going to speak for every point.s (just cause i havent been to them all haha) but the guys in Newberg and mcminnville know what their job is and do it very well. These guys are skilled smart and very personable. You're in good hands with them!

I had some work done on my truck and I am very happy to say that all the people working were very respectful, friendly and kind. Top tier customer service! They will go out of their ways to make sure things are done right and quickly. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this business for any work or up keep on it. 5-5 stars.

I had emergency this morning when the ignition stopped working. It happened at car wash. After pushed car over to the curb I called in and Ricky answered the phone. I asked if he could come to rescue me. Within few minutes he showed up and got the car to start. He followed me to make sure the car would run till we get to the shop, where he replaced the battery. I got my car back in great condition less than half an hour.Point S has always been a go to place for my family. The service has been very good. With an exceptional service from Ricky,who is so kind and very professional. Now, it's excellent. Highly recommend!!!

I went in to get some bulbs put in my car I had the bulbs they charged me 42.71 to put in bulbs .. complete rip off I could have gotten it done for free plus a tip a jiffy lube I m done with point s I won t go back there

They just don't care about your vehicle. Three times in for a simple oil change and each time my factory skid plate has been put back incorrectly. This last time it was missing a large spacer and a nut leaving my truck rattling down the road. And the grease monkeys always leave black handprints all over the interior. This last time they man handled the headliner leaving grease all over above the drivers side on my brand new Rav4. I mean who needs to put their hands all over the headliner.? This is all just lack of caring about the customers vehicle. I've brought this to their attention each time and its apparent they just don't care or they'd have address the issue and set some basic guidelines. IF THE OWNER IS READING THIS PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR TECHS TO CLEAN THEMSELVES BEFORE GETTING INTO A CUSTOMERS CAR

I went in because my low tire light was on, the technician found a screw in my passenger side rear tire and placed a plug and even showed me the screw. I was thinking I lost pressure due to climate changes. I was in and out of there under 30 minutes I would recommend Point S to anyone they also have great service for most of your automotive needs.

Very friendly, quick, and professional service this past Saturday! I went in to buy new tires and ended up with a way better deal than I was expecting. And I m loving the new tires. They are quieter and smoother than what I had.While sitting in the waiting area I could hear the calls coming in and was very impressed with how the service desk handled them all. I could tell some of the conversations could have been difficult but he was openly truthful, friendly, professional, and reassuring to the caller. I highly recommend them.

I went in to get my tires rotated, and it had been a little bit since I had been to this location and they have made some changes to the inside waiting area. I was able to grab a quick easy cup of coffee, and add in cream and sugar (and flavored creamer if you wanted) and grab a nice cold water as well as add flavor if you wish. I also really appreciated their charging station, being able to charge my phone and work on my laptop is a great benefit while waiting for my car to be checked out. The manager is very nice and knowledgeable, and takes the time to educate, if needed.

We used to be long time customers of Les Schwab, but have slowly watched the prices go up, and the service go down. About a year ago, we tried Point S. Wow. We will never go back to Schwab. The customer service is at Point S is fast and friendly, prices are comparable to every other tire shop around, and they provide more services than most tire-only shops (like oil changes). They have filled a customer service void that has been missing for years- I only wish I had tried them out sooner.

Have been coming here as a repeat customer for some time. Even bring my car in for oil changes now, after getting tired of the terrible service at jiffy look lube.This most recent experience I brought my flat tire in with a bent rim. My husband went to a pick and pull out yard and found a rim to replace the bent one, so I had that with me in my back seat as well as the original blown tire in the trunk. Charlie called earlier and explained I'd be in later that day.As we expected the blown tire could not be salvaged so I had to buy a new one. Gabe talked very straightforward to me, did not condescend or try to up-sell me, in fact first giving me the option of only buying the 1 tire I needed.They did however, fix the rim on my blown tire free of charge, then place the still decent other tire on now-fixed rim giving me a spare tire instead of a donut should the need arise again! Wow, what service.After speaking with Gabe in the lobby, another customer looked at me and remarked something to the effect of "Aren't they just great?"Every single time I'm here I get helpful, friendly, authentic service and come away pleased with the experience.I never take the time to write reviews ever, but as I was driving home I was thinking they really do need the recognition for doing excellent work consistently.
