Super friendly and helpful. Who wants to have to go to a body shop? Me neither, but this place was good. They got me in quickly, helped get me on the schedule, and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of.

Update: I picked up my car today and it was all fixed and better looking. The manager Jason was very nice and helpful and my car was all clean inside and outside too! Thank you guys for the excellent work on making my car looking like it never got hit! I love it!Customer service. I ve taken my car twice here for my bumper because I ve gotten rear ended in 2018 and in 2022 and I like this location because it s next to my work (at the chiropractors office) but the first time the receptionist was really rude when I had questions about my car being finished because I ve never gotten into an auto accident before so I wasn t sure how it all worked and what not. Second time I brought my car in for the estimate, the guy was really nice and helpful and said I can drop my car off early the day before and that way they will have it done the next day so that s what I did. I dropped it off Sunday afternoon (I know they are closed weekends) then Monday morning about mid morning I get the automated text that shows updates on my car and about 11am it said it was being started for repairs. Around 2:30, I called to check in about my car and I had some lady was very rude and then some guy from the shop really rude too. Just short answers with attitude like no it s not done yet! We haven t even took it for repairs. They didn t say much else and I m thinking of not going there anymore. Like I said, the work is great and they do an amazing job, it s just the customer service wasn t in my experience.Service: Body & Trim

This is the only shop I would recommend. They are always professional and friendly. You are kept up to date and have a reasonable repair time.

I had a rear quarter panel out of place and these guys took it in right away and checked it out, fast friendly service and helped me out

I just had my car repaired by Gerber Collision and Glass. Someone had ran into my parked car. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service Roberto and his team provided for me. They gave me updates throughout the repair process via text (which I had a choice to opt into).Their communication was absolutely perfect. Not too many updates, but enough to let me know the status of my repair. My car needed further work due to finding more extensive damage once inside the repair process. They informed me of this and took care of the communication with Enterprise for my rental car to be extended. They were always one step ahead of me. My car was clean and repaired beautifully and it was pulled around front and ready for me when I arrived. I don't HOPE to have to use their services again as that wouldn't be good luck for me; however, I would use them again for any type of work they do and highly recommend them. Extremely professional as well!

Multiple instances of zero communication on status of vehicle! Quote un quote of finished vehicle released with two badges missing. I will never be giving them business in the future!

At first i was a little skeptical about bringing my car there after a front end collision because i had read the other reviews and the insurance adjuster wanted to meet me there, but after talking with the manager for a few minutes and seeing how he was able to answer all my questions with ease i felt much better leaving my car with them. Customer service was awesome it definitely felt like they were working for me when i had some concerns about aftermarket parts the insurance company wanted to use they were more than willing to explain and achieve the results i wanted. Craftsmanship was amazing i can honestly say my car looks better than it did then when i drove it off the lot. These guys are awesome I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants fast quality work Thanks Guys.

Repairs done beautifully! Friendly staff and they were great at communicating what exactly needed to be done as well as the time-frame of the repairs. Repairs were done on time and they even vacuumed my car (it was covered in dirt and dog hair when I handed the keys to them). ATTENTION: EVER WONDER WHERE ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED AND KNOWLEDGABLE COLLISION REPAIR PROFESSIONALS WENT? Look no further, you will find them all at Gerber in Newberg. We are in Portland temporarily for work, set to return home in 3 weeks and the unfortunate happened my husband was in an accident. I called over 15 collision repairs shops in the Portland area to get an estimate of damages. NO ONE was able to get us in. I heard the same story over and over from each shop, our lot is full, we have no one to look at your vehicle for 3-4 weeks UNTIL Toni picked up the phone at Gerber in Newberg. She listened to my story, was empathic and put us in touch with the manager. The shop is like all others, limited capacity BUT get this they CARED! They genuinely cared that we were stuck navigating this complex maze that happens when you are in an accident. Donnie found a way to work us in, he worked with the insurance, he followed up, then he worked some more, shared his knowledge, was detailed and ultimately, he got us the answers we needed. If you want things done right and to be treated right I recommend you take your business to Gerber in Newberg!

Worst experience ever. After being rear ended I called to see what kind of time frame the shop had for the repairs and was told up to two weeks just because they may have to wait for parts. Ok sounded reasonable enough. From that point forward it was nothing but being put off and lied to over and over. It was 3.5 weeks before they tore into my car enough to figure out what additional parts were needed. During this time being told over and over they were waiting for parts. Now I've run out of rental car coverage, one would think the body shop would secure a rental since they are the ones who were in over their heads with too much work. After basically throwing a fit my car is mysteriously ready. Go pick it up and I have no tail lights. The tech apologized over and over that they should have fought it but they didn't. They can't fix it and send it to the dealer to be fixed. Still no rental even though it was their lack of knowledge that's caused me not to have a car 6 weeks after the accident. As a less important side note my car paint resembles the peel of the oranges in my fridge!I understand there can be issues, but don't lie to your customer. Don't play the game blaming each other in the shop for the work not being done and your word not being kept thinking that somehow that absolves you from responsibility. People depend on your word. Tell me your too busy to take on another car, tell me you haven't even tore into it yet. But do NOT lie to your customer. When you screw up own it and do your best to remedy the situation. It would have been simple enough to get me a rental until you get caught up enough to get to my car and fix it the way you claim you would.Never again. This shop is one of the reason body shops have bad reputations.

The guys in the shop really helped me out today. I had an accident about a block away and even though they had a very full shop they helped me get my truck back on the road so that I could get back home to Eugene. I'm very friendly, kind and considerate and would suggest and recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was in a wreck and went to Gerber Collision and Glass in Newberg Oregon. got my Jeep back and then the fan wouldn t shut off even after my car turned off which killed the battery. Took it back in they denied that it was from the wreck but said they would replace it as a courtesy. Got it back and it started happening again called and they were incredibly rude saying that it s a design flaw and it s not their problem I tried being respectful and asking if they could look at it and they wouldn t. Called my insurance and my insurance tried to talk to them and they insisted that the issue was not from the wreck and refused to even look at it again and they were still rude. So I took it into a different shop. It ends up The relay box was cracked (which the auto shop I took it to said was from the wreck) Not only that but they put the CRACKED box in UPSIDE DOWN! I will never be returning, their customer service was TERRIBLE and the receptionist and whoever the second woman I talked to was incredibly rude. And the fact that they messed up my Jeep by this carelessness is shocking. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Had a great experience with these guys, just had a minor paint fix, (touch-up.) They did a great job. And since they had the color already mixed, they did it for free. I go for coffee next door and often see their work, and they do a great job.

If you call them to ask about the range of services they offer, the receptionist won't answer your questions. I don't expect a quote/pricing/guarantees over the phone but they should be able to tell you if clear coat repair is something that they can do."That's a question the estimator would have to answer and that's by appointment only. "I'm not making an appointment a week out just so I can hear a list of services a business offers.The individual who answers the phone should at least have a rudimentary understanding of the business they represent.Poorly trained front office staff usually means poorly trained staff all the way around.If I could give fewer stars I most certainly would.Extremely disappointed.

They were difficult to contact, unorganized, confrontational, argumentative. Jason was rude and confrontational. Will never use them again. Their initial estimate was incrediblyinnacureate. They lied to me about scheduling a time with my husband. . Terrible business.

(Newberg, OR.) Friendly staff. Frontal damage to vehicle was repaired. After repair, fender and front facia did not align as before. Shop did not properly replace a flange that abuts the windshield. Under the hood, a snap fastener was not fully engaged and was left hanging out of the hole. They fixed 2 out of 3 when I mentioned it. They were unwilling or unable to fix the fender / facia alignment issue. It worries me that these things were so easy for me to spot. What aspects of the repair that are less visible are incomplete or lack attention to detail? For this I have revised my initial 4 star review down to 3 stars.

So i went in with 1 hour untill closing, and asked how i would go about getting a quote for some front end damage on my car. The lady at the front counter replied with a "uggghhhh, ive been doing quotes all day... I really want to finish up some other stuff right now so just come back later or maybe you can make an appt. For next week" i went to 3 other local shops that afternoon, got quotes on the spot at every one in less than 20 minutes each. They just cared enough about getting my business i guess. Not this place... Ps... Find a different job if your tired of giving quotes. You are a service writer for an auto body shop lol I had cash in hand and was ready to leave my vehicle there but not now. Would have been really convenient as i live just 2 blocks away. Im not a confrontational person so I played along respectfully and had her put my name in the system for an appt. That i will not return for. Just plain rude

We are missionaries and our mission uses this shop to fix all of our cars. They know what they're doing and they do it well. Good people with good knowledge and good attitudes makes for a really good business.

Avoid this shop if at all possible and don't let its neon lights fool you. I took my car to this shop after being rear-ended. The result I ended up with was a mis-matched bumper that had paint peeling off it. (Fail!) I immediately noticed the cut corners when the car was delivered. I instantly took it to the shop and showed the owner, who made excuses for the shoddy work. He instantly changed his tune when I told him I was going to report the incident to my insurance company and the BBB. I had a legitimate bumper within a couple days.

These people were terrific after our crash. They kept getting shipped wrong parts and while we were waiting they did an excellent job of keeping us updated. When we got our car back it was beautiful!

I need some repairs done to my elderly parents' vehicle for which they would pay out of pocket. Gerber did a great job working with me to find the cheapest way to make a reasonable repair that vastly improved the look of their vehicle.

Very kind, very helpful. They didn't wind up fixing my car, it got totalled, but they helped me get a rental and deal with the tow truck driver.

Stopped in to inquire about having my windshield replaced. Was told that Gerber Collision & "Glass" doesn't install windshields, but they refer to an outside source. Signage is a little misleading to say the least.
