We were able to choose from a variety of time slots that best fit our schedule. The staff was friendly and communicated well throughout the process via texts. Final payment was less than the quote because they were able to take advantage of a price reduction on the tires. I needed my vehicle inspected for a sound that proved to be a faulty water pump and thermostat issue. In addition, the inspection they provided included a long list of items totaling over $4k. This included a 4x4 service and my Overland isn t a 4 wheel drive. Another item was listed twice and had different price quotes for the same service. I felt uneasy about the accuracy, quality and attention to detail and decided to seek service and repairs elsewhere. I was charged for the inspection and the service manager was too busy to speak with me about the inspection report. This was not a positive experience overall BUT the receptionist was very friendly and helpful in the process.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Bob Lanphere s Newberg Jeep Ram performed or orchestrated five upgrades on my used truck purchase. They added a bed liner, tool box, head rack with load clips, automatic running board step and single step near the left rear bumper for easy bed access. Could not be happier with the quality of installation or the timely completion. The price was also very reasonable.

The process was flawless. Walked in, dropped off my keys, handed keys for a rental, briefly discussed situation and walked out in less than 5 minutes. Service was outstanding! Returned to pick up my truck and experienced the exact same treatment! Definitely going back!

Replaced recall fuel pump took two days that ended up running over the weekend. Had reschedule the first time because they had no rental car or customer drop off service like Newberg Ford does. Everyone is very nice but does not flow well as other places I have used in the past

Carlos, the salesman that sold me my truck came through the showroom, and I was sitting in the service waiting area and he recognized me after over 6mos and we chatted a little. My truck was in for standard service and they were great. I brought in my RAM 1500 truck for its first preventative maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the check in process was kept at a distance. The service rep was very helpful with check in and accepted my coupon via email. The work was done on time and the waiting room was comfortable. I was notified when my truck was ready by cell phone. They requested that payment be made by credit card over the phone, again due to the pandemic. Overall, I felt customer service was excellent, work done was timely. Took my jeep in for an ecm repair. At first communication was not existent in the beginning and after going in a few times I finally started getting info and updates. Mechanics are phenomenal but they definitely need work in the service office.

I am extremely frustrated. I went in for an oil change and they also changed my fuel filters on my Ram 3500. Came home and was hand washing it two days later to find out that my front splash guards are missing from inside the wheel wells. I called and they sent a message to the service team who was supposed to get back to me. I was never contacted so I reached out again about ten days later, spoke to a receptionist who called over to the service team and reported back that they said "There was no reason to remove them. Are you sure you had them on when you came here?". Considering that they're bolted in place it's not like they would just fall off; someone would have to take them off. I haven't been anywhere else except home and work, and haven't done anything where they would need to come off for any reason either. You can see that there is even a difference in the paint color from where they used to be and it looks very recent. The receptionist offered for me to speak with the service advisor, Jay, and I said yes please. My phone went to voicemail, and I left a message. This was four days ago and once again it has not been followed up on, and I have heard nothing from the service team. I will not return here for any type of service and I will strongly recommend anyone else from visiting here either.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Brought my truck in for a expel coating. Was given a loaner car. The young man who filled it up with gas handed me the key. I got in and every tire was very low on air and the warning lights were on. How do you give someone a loaner car thats not safe. Number 2 issue is I called at 2:30 pm to find out if my truck was ready. The lady said it would be ready by 3 pm. I asked that they call me when it was ready. No call. At 4:30 pm I called back, and she said she didn't know, but it should be done. Once I got there to pick it up, I had to find the truck myself. It was parked tightly between two vehicles. This was my first experience with your service department. Take care of the little things please

Took it in for a screen glitching. Of coarse when they took a look at it they couldn t get it to glitch . So they had to return it to me.FYI if Your screen is glitching or there s an issue with the heads up display get a short 2o second or less video of what it s doing so you can give it to them.This way they can turn it into Mopar for a replacement. If they cannot find the glitch then they can t honestly say that there is something wrong with it. Which I understand. But if they have a video of the issue happening they can submit that and get a replacement stereo or screen.Nice people to work with overall!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I love the family feel Newberg Jeep Ram Service offers when I come in. I told Elly I had an unknown alert flash on my dashboard alerting me to fix and without hesitation she said she will get it taken care of and to hand her the keys. I enjoyed a hot cup of joe in the customer waiting area, enjoyed some small talk with the sales employees and before I knew it, my car was ready parked out front all taken care of! We had an exhaust leak on our 2019 RAM limited. I was able to schedule an appointment to get it fixed asap. It took 2 weeks for RAM to send the part. It took a day to fix it and I did get a loaner car to use. All in all, I'm so glad I took it here; they took care of me and got it done.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They had my car 5 days & didn t fix anything! The repairs were under a bulletin from Jeep. They said because the dealership I bought it at (Hillsboro JEEP) was sold to Tonkin so I needed to take it to a Tonkin dealership.

I made a reservation for service, concerned that my battery was not being recharged. It is a new battery from Les Schwab. I had Les Schwab check to see if it was a good battery. They found that it was. I had less than a hundred miles on it. They also reported that they did not find the electrical draw and that the vehicle, a 2009 Jeep Commander should be taken to a full service facility to find the draw. When I made the reservation at the Jeep Service department the women asked me if I wanted an oil change as well and I agreed to that as well. But the main thing was to find the draw of energy that was taking place when the vehicle was idle. It easily started with a jump start. But it would not hold a charge.After they began servicing the vehicle they reported that the vehicle was unsafe to work on inside. That they could only work on the outside. It was damp inside the cab because there is a leak in the windshield. (The garage had replaced the windshield a few years back and there was a leak that did not show up immediately.) As a result of the electronic problems the vehicle has set for a few months outside.Thus the 60 mile round trip was a waste of time. I was not offered a loaner vehicle and had to wait several hours to learn nothing. The bill was $143.20. This vehicle has a history of malfunctioning electronics. The computers have been replaced several times. That is probably what is wrong now. The Navigation system is dead for one thing. There is always some excuse as to why this garage (where I purchased the vehicle) can't fix the problem or takes several times took weeks to repair. There is a lifetime warranty on the vehicle including electrical components.The battery charge lasted until yesterday morning. It is NOT charging! Driving home the speedometer was going off on a periodic pattern. When I had the radio on it did the same thing. When I drove at night and put the lights on bright they would go dim and bright continuously. I couldn t use the brights. If this vehicle had been test driven these electrical malfunctions would have been noted! The vehicle is not safe when the computer is operating like this. I was mot able to access the rear compartment. At the moment I don t have a way to get home if I leave the vehicle back in Newberg. I live alone. I bought a Ford 150 a couple of years ago for a reliable vehicle since the Jeep is not. It is the same age but has more miles on it. So I have a vehicle to drive while the Jeep is in the garage. I notice that the Newberg facility is nearly empty of vehicles. Is it being shut down? Do I need to take the Commander to a different facility?Service: Electrical repair

Booking was easy and quick. I had to bring my Ram 3500 in for some recalls and general maintenance. All work was performed on time. I had an ABS issue they diagnosed. The team there went to bat for me with Chrysler and got it covered. Well, I bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot and was told the extra wars tee I was sold covered bumper to bumper. I was even curious about what parts it covered and asked in specific a few things and was reassured that the warranted would cover everything except tires. Well, my heater stopped working and so I took it in for work and an oil change 3 months after my purchase and was told my warrantee doesn t cover it and it only covers the power train. Kind of messed up if you ask me. I feel double crossed. Feel free to contact me if you want to make it right.Service: Air conditioning

ive been taking my truck here for over a year now and the service has continually become worse over that time. From leaving my wiring harness hanging down from under my dash to pushing my park brake on just enough that the light wouldn't be on and now telling me that my rear discs are warped, i wonder why. i would never recommend this place to anyone and will no longer be taking my truck here.Service: General repairs & maintenance
