Bailey was great! My wife and I had a lot of question though the whole buying process. she did an amazing job at answering out questions , even if she didn t know she would be honest about not knowing but promptly find us an answer. She is definitely about costumer service over pushing the sale.

Friendly staff and they will work with you on your budget. But like any dealership, things are added to the cost of buying a used car, so be sure to ask about everything that is listed on the quote.Also, one of the salesman was very difficult to keep in touch with and would not respond for several days on two occasions, this was also during his working hours. No heads up text or follow-up the next day to maintain acceptable customer service. I had to keep prying him for info on the vehicle I was interested in.

Bailey at Newberg Jeep Ram and Dodge went above and beyond for me and my wife. You can tell she takes pride in her work and enjoys seeing her customers drive off in something they love. I contacted this dealership to get the price on a lease and ended up working with Carlos. He got me numbers that were too high then immediately got back to me and let me know that there were more incentives that were not worked in. The price was better than any other dealerships. They did everything possible to make the numbers work and I got exactly the deal I was looking for at the beginning. I ended up driving 45 minutes to this dealership when there is a jeep dealership 7 minutes from my house and another 5 minutes from my work.I have shopped hundreds of cars and bought or leased a lot of vehicles Carlos was one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with right after my good friend at the BMW dealership. He was honest, patient, never pushy and did what it took to get the deal done and worked with us remotely.

We presented Bailey with a real challenge and she absolutely went the extra mile to get us the car we wanted, and even took time out of her schedule to deliver it personally when we could get free from our personal schedules. The car we were after was an older model, high mileage, low production numbers vehicle which made financing a challenge, but she refused to quit on us. She overcame every hurdle and delivered. At first, very kind and approachable. Did her job in trying to advise and include extra service. I declined the service and she typed up the paper. Signed, and went on my way. Come to find out they did the service I didn't want done anyway.There was zero attempt to make this right and even the sales manager laughed on the phone and said "he signed it, he pays for it". Before Christmas, this is a nasty trick. I even offered to meet half way and say we both made the mistake. There was NEVER any attempt to make anything right, offer any discount or try and figure out a plan moving forward.All they care about is getting you in and out and any service they can add on. Not only was this disappointing that they lost a customer that day, but no one else I know buying a vehicle wants to buy from there either. In this difficult car selling market they fit the "typical used car sales" model. Watch out when you get service done there she's MAKE SURE you read through every tiny detail regardless of what you tell them. And find a way to document what you agree to. Buyer BEWARE! They will excuse this away and say that we were "x y and z" but at the end of the day, there is a reason they lost multiple customers because of this.

Worst Experience of a Lifetime!I ve had issues in the past with this service department, and the only reason I brought my vehicle back to Bob Lanphere s Newberg JRCD is because I was told I had to due to a clause in my extended warranty. I don t even know why they call it a service department ; it should be the anti-service department. They worked harder at finding ways to not service my vehicle as it took over 2 months to get a simple repair completed.I initially took my vehicle in for a required 2-day diagnosis, even though the issue was obvious and could be identified in minutes. I was promised an update by end of business on day 1, which I never got. I was without the truck for 4 days over the weekend. I called on Monday after the weekend and was told that the repair would be over $1,000. They hadn t even looked at the extended warranty coverage, even after I left them with a copy of the contract. There was a compete disconnect as the service advisor I spoke with was unaware there was an extended warranty. I arranged to pick up the vehicle that afternoon with the reassurance that they would process the claim through the extended warranty provider and call me when the part was available. I was told it would be about 2 weeks to get the part, but may take slightly longer due to labor strikes. Additionally, when I picked up my vehicle I noticed that it had not even been moved from the parking spot where I left it. It was left unlocked, and smelled like cigarette smoke inside.After not getting any updates for 3 weeks I tried calling. It took 4 days of repeated calling before I finally got a call back from the service manager. I was told my warranty claim was denied, but he could not tell me why. He hadn t even bothered to find out and tried to push that burden off on me. After some investigation on my part it turns out they NEVER FILED A WARRANTY CLAIM! As a result, I had to bring the truck in a second time so the manager could look at it. I never got an apology or an explanation. The only thing the manager could tell me was that the service advisor assigned to my vehicle no longer worked for the dealership and that he couldn t do anything about what happened in the past. The service manager assured me that the claim was submitted and the part was on order.Once again I didn t hear anything from the dealership for another 3 weeks so I had to call to see if the part was in yet. It took 2 days to get a return phone call and surprise surprise the part was in and they were ready to schedule the repair. (Who knows how long the part had been waiting before I had to call and check.)As a customer there s nothing more frustrating than a lack of communication and not being able to get a hold of a service advisor. I ve never had anyone at the dealership actually answer the phone. Every time you re routed to a call center that services all the Lanphere dealerships. More than half the time the call center won t even answer and your forced to just leave a message. I even tried reaching out to the GM via the link on the website, no response!I will never bring my vehicle back to Bob Lanphere s Newberg JRCD, and would advise anyone to avoid this dealership. I have no trust in their service staff and the complete and utter lack of customer service is atrocious.

Our family was shopping for a new truck for our family business. Carlos Perez was great his service was exceptional he was knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking for. The process was super fast and efficient he sent us the link via text to get the credit process started and within an hour he got us an approval and we went to pick up our new 2023 Ram. I bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe with Bailey. Came in asking for the base model cause it s all I thought I could afford. Was disappointed by my husband's experience with your service advisor Bridget Hofer, when he brought his Ram 3500 in for a service check. Felt good about this dealership, as my husband went to highschool with the Lanphere's. Was asked to bring his truck in at 8 am, he did so, but No courtesy ride back home was available or offered. Attempted to kill some time, was rudely told by Bridget. . ."Like I said, your truck will NOT be looked at today anyway , so you need to go home!". Uncomfortable experience from beginning to the end . The truck was serviced after 2 and a half days, that's why a 2 instead of a one Star was given.

One of the first things I asked the man selling me my car here, was for him to be honest with me. I understand that dealers sometimes have to talk down certain issues in order to make a sale, but I was willing to fix any problems the car may have had, so long as I was made aware of them.Long story short, he was not honest.I thought that by bringing my concerns to management some of those issues might be rectified. Instead I was completely ignored. None of the issues with my car were ever addressed or fixed. They did give me a free oil change in acknowledgement that I was having issues in the first place, however they used the wrong oil and did not do either of the air filters like they said they would.I ended up having to redo my oil change myself and am still dealing with more and more undisclosed issues with my car.The overall impression I've gained from Bob Lanphere's Newberg Jeep Ram, is that they are incompetent, unprofessional, cheapskates.I wouldn't recommend this dealership ever to anyone.Oh yeah, and they let a random guy come in and drive away with my car because he asked for it. I had to find it hours later.

Looks small from the outside but their hearts are big on the inside. In all seriousness we brought our Jeep in for service and were impressed how Jerome and his team really took care of us. The courtesy section is stocked with coffee and snacks. The car was well handled and quickly turned around. No free car wash this time but that doesn't matter when the prices are so reasonable and staff is so pleasant.

Friendly and honest people working at this dealership. I've been experiencing what I believe to be transmission problem. We've taken to car to at least 5 shops in the past 3 years in multiple states, this is the only place who didn't charge for a problem they could not identify. They worked on the vehicle for 2 days, thank you guys.

Greg helped us get a brand new 3500! He did not try pressuring us like I ve experienced at other dealers. And they gave us the highest offer on our trade in!! We had two young kids with us and they were even accommodating to them and very patient.Highly recommend !
