Lori was SO helpful. I had some tire chains that were not the right size and she worked with me to figure out a great solution. Her customer service is amazing and she really cares about people!

Mark was very helpful. In fact every visit I ve had a good experience with with the sales clerks. They aren t all knowledgeable, but there is always that one clerk that knows what s what.

So funny story. I changed the oil on my car and it eventually blew up due to existing problems. Anyway I needed to prove that I changed the oil for the warranty to cover the blown engine, turbo, and exhaust that was destroyed. The only bit of proof I could get was a receipt that Marcus found after digging through records for at least half an hour.Way to go above and beyond on that.

Tiffany went above and beyond with great customer service walking me through the best way to buy a part online and have it qualify for free shipping. She has also helped me in store always an easy pleasant experience. Amazing customer service!

I m a delivery driver that uses their own vehicle for work. Something was wrong with my van yesterday so I stopped by this Autozone location. I could ve gone to Oreilley s but something told me to stop here and I am so glad I did. The manager there, Erik, was very helpful. He didn t hesitate to help out in diagnosing the problem to my vehicle. It turned out I needed a new battery. He noticed the other battery installation parts were badly damaged so he recommended the whole battery installation kit. He got me completely set up and even installed my battery for me. Erik really went above and beyond to help me out when I was in need and I am so appreciative.

Came in 30 min before close - of course they don't want to help me because they want to leave at exactly 9. Well perhaps you would have gotten out of there faster if you wouldn't have given me attitude, and instead helped me - your customer.Instead, I got rolled eyes and repeatedly "I don't care as long as I'm out of here at 9."Well, cashier number 3, on register 10, on 5/17/18, screw you too, and I'm glad you had to wait because you wouldn't do your job and help me find something.Never going back.Edit - here we are 5 years later. I called because I couldn't recall when I bought a battery, and if it was under warranty still. They looked it up, said yes it is bring it in. So I did. I get there and the guy says no it's not. These people are absolute morons.

They were so extremely helpful! I couldn't figure out what was going on with my Honda and they hooked it up to their computer and said it was throwning some codes and they figured out it was one of the spark plugs was out and I was running on three cylinders and I needed to change something else out and it shouldn't be too big of a job to fix and it shouldn't cost me more than like $60 bucks hopefully. Amazing service! He was so nice and printed out a diagram and wrote on it and got it all ready for me to hand it over to my brother-in-law to get on the job. Lol. Jk.All of this took place in like a matter of 15 minutes. I highly recommend them!

I needed to find out why my check engine light came on, but I had never done this before. Lori W. came out to my car and helped me through the process. She also suggested a series of solutions, starting with the least expensive. I really appreciated her assistance.

I needed a check engine light diagnosis. The rep got the instrument quickly and plug it into my pick up.. Let me take a picture of the diagnosis. Gave some suggestions and recommended a mechanic. No pressure to purchase.

I couldn t be more pleased with this store. The employees are great. On a whim, I stopped in today to see if I could get a replacement headlight for my Toyota Avalon. When I entered, I was greeted cheerfully and helped right away. Bo checked my headlight and fixed it, no replacement needed (and at no cost). Five minutes later, another employee had helped me purchase new wiper blades and had installed them for me. Two fixes to my car in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Auto Zone! You just got a lifelong customer.

Just wanted to thank Mike, Yara , and Ed for all your help and kindness on 10/19 and 10/20/18 ... you all were awesome ! 10/21/18 had to go back and Lori was so helpful , checked out prices and troubleshooted my car with a smile ..... they all were wonderful .... nice to see now days !

Lori at this location took my money and said she ordered a part. Needless to say after a week of nothing I went to napa and got it same day. Autozone in newberg is garbage and if I could give it a 0 star I would

My go-to when I need parts. Great return policy. They just changed their meet or beat policy they had with Rock Auto...that sucks. Love that they give my military discount

We are new to Newberg and just happened to be having some car trouble. We headed to AutoZone because it appeared to be open on New years day. We were welcomed by both guys that were working that day, I know one of them was Andrew but I didn't catch the other guys name, they were both professional, helpful and didn't make me feel stupid about my questions. I'm writing this review because Andrew went out of his way and provided the kind of customer service any business owner would want to see. We made two trips to the store that day and he remembered my babies name the second time in and was incredibly friendly and easy going. We needed a jump and the only other car in the parking lot belonged to a man who didn't speak very good English so he offered to jump us once he was off. He could see that my kids were getting antsy and offered to let us use the battery charger they had at the store. It didn't work so as soon as he got off (on his own free time) he pulled around front and came over to jump our car. He was so helpful and just easy to do business with. I will be a lifetime customer of this particular AutoZone because of Andrew.

Worst customer service ever. Very un help full people. They give misinformation every time I have gone in there. Have gone in there many times but never have had a good experience. I won't be going back.

Went in to the Newberg AutoZone to return a part and get my money back, for a problem I have had to address multiple times previously. I had called the store prior to going in to make sure I could return the part there, as it was purchased at the McMinnville location; my phone number was taken and I was given the O.K to bring it in.Kurt, the Part Sales Manager, at the Newberg AutoZone was incredibly rude. He rolled his eyes, came back with snide, sarcastic comments, and argued with me about how the issue wasnt fixed. Told me I had to go to the McMinnville store to return the part because they have the purchase history there.Called McMinnville AutoZone tonight, explained what happened, Terry W, the store manager, was super helpful and informative. Gave me my money back and a phone number to provide feedback for corporate.DO NOT GO TO THE NEWBERG AUTOZONE!!!! YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
