We made appointment 10 days in advance and dropped of RV on correct day. Hot weather caused a day delay because of a/c failures and we understood. Holiday with no staff working followed that? Ended up being 8 days for a 2-3 day repair I was told. The biggest problem was owner Steve s responses, no returned calls, whining about his problems etc. and all the time we are homeless and staying with friends. We could not get a approximate finish date which is very frustrating and unnecessary when you have reservations. The whole thing was really nuts and didn t need to be as we understand things do happen. We finally had, had enough and headed to the shop to really see progress and pickup even if not done! It was done, all he had to do was let us know? Crazy and frustrating!!!!Service: Body & Trim

We were traveling. Called a week ahead for a replacement of our black tank valve. We knew which day we would be passing through and wanted to wait while they did it as oppsed to dropping it off for the day..They shifted their schedule to give us a 10:00 am appointment. Did a good job, and also found a small problem where some screws on our lower sidewall had broken. Quickly repaired that also. Reasonable charge!

Took motor home in on 4/12 to work on vacuflush system . Charged 2467.00 still did not shut off and returned on 5/19 to be fixed again . Charged 507.00. Still having problems and took it back on8/29 picked it up today and was told nothing could be done but still wanted to charge 256.00. I told the man behind counter that I Felt like was being screwed. And he went ballistic. Slammed my keys on the counter and told me to get the hell out of there. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

I had an appointment to have some work done on my trailer yesterday. I pulled in and when I got out of my truck to ask where they wanted me to park, my little 14-year-old Papillion jumped out of the truck. I told her to get back in which she did. I went to get in my truck and I heard a lady screaming and yelling, I looked around to see what was going on and she was screaming and swearing at me because my dog got out of the truck. So I went in to tell the owner and he said, that s my wife what do you want me to do? I left and will never set foot in that place again!!!

Been coming here since we moved to Oregon 6 yrs ago,and have always been treated with respect & kindness.It doesnt matter what kind of issue there is,(And there's always plenty with RV's)We moved here from Washington state with a 2001 Arctic fox 24' travel trailor, snd only had minor things go wrong,but then we sold it and bought a used 30 ft. 1999 Bounder Motorhome and have had nothing but problems pop up almost every time we use it.Although South County R.V doesnt have alot on there shelves, they are always able to get it within a day or two.I havent had it serviced by anyone,because i usually do it myself, but because of cancer, im going to take it in and let someone else have the headache.I'm more sceptic then most people,and dont like to trust anyone i dont know well,because ive been burnt so many times in the past.I Trust these guys... they've always been straight up with me, and thats all i ask for ,weather it hurts me or not.They'll be seeimg me soon.

While working in woods and living in 5th wheel, water heater blew out. Jeff ordered exact replacement and had delivered next day. Install was quick and pricing very reasonable. Highly reccomend Jeff at South County RV Repair. Ken

This place is amazing and the customer service was better than anywhere else. Extremely reasonable pricing. I came in with my fridge not working and the guy fixed it in minutes with little to no cost at all. I would recommend this place to anybody! 5 stars!

Do not go here for any type of repair. Period. They will not find the leak in your trailer or motorhome, and charge you as if they did. Hostile when you question them about it. If I could rate it 0 I would. Total scam. No idea how anyone trusts this shady buisness.

I had purchased a vent cover. Need to have one before it starts to rain in here in Oregon. I had spoke with the owner he had make some recommendations we come to the conclusion of the one that I have the photo of maxxair II smoked vent cover. I see that there is no videos of one being installed so I will take one to post it.

Water leaks, don't use this plac different plumber came and replaced everything the other guy had put in and I haven't had a leak since and it only cost me $50 compared to $266 from the other place and I never got a refund for any of it don't use theme!!

Leaving town and couldn't get fridge to work. They had it fixed and on the road in about 3 hrs. Always take care of our problems.

Horrible customer service, very rude on the phone when asking for quotes. Husband was very disappointed in the way we were treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone in south County!!. Find someone else!
