Excellent service. Great prices. Absolutely amazing customer service. If I ever have any issues with radiators on any of my vehicles I will take it here. Thanks Mike! I got my vehicle in and it was fixed very quickly.

Mike was AMAZING and a lifesaver! My car was overheating on the I-5 and I was freaking out. I called this place and Mike calmly told me what to do to patch the issue which allowed me to drive over to their shop. They ended up triaging and checking the engine and a bunch of other things that included some "magic powder" for the radiator, and the car is totally drivable again with no overheating problems!

Stupidly and foolishly, but yet whimsically, I decided to watch YouTube and Instagram, noticing that some mechanics put deodorant on their serpentine belts to stop the squeak. Do not do this! I repeat, do not do this. After one day, the belt started smoking and slipping. Grandma sprayed some brake cleaner on it and that was the last straw to have the belt snap on me at the wrong moment at the wrong place at the wrong time. Went all around town today looking for a good mechanic. Mike not only gave me the best price in town to replace my serpentine belt, almost ridiculous, compared to the overpriced point S and other mechanics near. Ask for Mike. Do yourself a favor and don t go anywhere else. If they take longer than another mechanic let them. Mike knows his stuff and this shop is a good old boys dream. Come true. Thanks Mike, I ll be bringing my RAM in for service. 5 stars alone on price, reputation around town, and for general niceness. Great shop.

Mike at Douglas Radiator & Automotive in Myrtle Creek was super awesome & funny, the jokester type.We were having an issue with our heater core, heat on passenger side but no heat on driver's side or the back.After about an hour, he had our Heater Core System flushed and we now have heat again, considering temps are in the low 30s in the morning, he did us a real favor. We will be visiting the 20s after Thanksgiving, so heat will be necessary then.Thank you Mike, we appreciate you're service and your prices.

After we broke down on the side if the road with a dead battery and alternator and were towed into Myrtle creek, we were able to get a new battery and alternator but know one was available to replace them for another day or at earliest 3 hours. We happened to get a call from Douglas radiator works after they received a call from a place we tried to get the work done at. They stated they were dropping a car right then and could get us in immediately and at a much cheaper cost than anyone else. We are very appreciative of the fact they called as soon as they heard we were stranded and from out of town to get us back on the road asap. Thanks so much for your help guys and I would like to recommend anyone I can to come to you for work they need done on their vehicles even though we're from out of town

Bad customer service, sold me a broken radiator and the owner tried to scam me for my original radiator I brought in. Tried to reason with him but didn t care. Small town mechanics like these give mechanics everywhere a bad name.

This was the first shop on our list of shops for a truck we bought that ended up needing many repairs. They rebuilt the radiator and recommended some other parts and pieces to be done to ensure the radiator worked to its best potential. Overall I was satisfied with the work done here.

Great little shop, the guy does good work and I didn t know til later but he let my son pay half his bill after completion of work then go back and pay the other half two weeks later when my son got paid again all on a handshake. Now that s good business trusting a 21 year old on a handshake. I appreciate folks like that

Excellent service , consistently delivers over the years. I've sent at least three radiators and a couple of gas tanks to Mike in the last 10 years and will take my work to him no matter how far down the road it is.

My dad's hhr was over heating on his trip from cali. So we called the shop talked to Mike was able to not only have the car checked out do a few tests but solved the mystery and fix it for a great price and in a very timely manner. Thank you Mike!!

My wife Sarah and I had gotten our radiator replaced at a different shop. The next week we were moving down to California. Our engine began overheating as we went through the passes, and we ended up getting towed to the Auto Parts store right across the street from Douglas Radiator Works. Early the next morning, we explained our issue to Mike. He and Jerry took about an hour out of their day to work on our vehicle and got us back on the road. All for under way under what was quoted. Mike walked us through every step of the process and made sure we were ok at each step.Stop reading the rest of the reviews and just go there. Great people.
