There is a young man and an older man that always greet me when I come in and very nice and happy employee s. Amazing customer service! This particular day I came in to see if I could use there code reader. Not me personally.. I know I can t borrow or use this myself. I know they can help me.. so that s what I meant. The same two employees I see all the time were there.. except this time there was this old gentleman working as well and he was very rude !! I wasn t even asking him !! I asked the young man. Needless to say this particular old gentleman was very racist ! Shoutout to the other two employees I see all the time!

During the winter storm, I purchased some chains for my car. The guy asked what size my tire was 3 times as I tried to show him a picture of the tire numbers. He went and chose the chains for me and I didn't realize he sold me chain tensioners too without my approval...Im not knowledgeable with cars, so I asked the guy if he can help me put them on. (Since it was cold, snowy/icy out) All he said was "no" firmly. That was it.Needless to say my experience was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, unhelpful. I did get what I needed to make it to work, but as the weekend ended, some of the chains broke. I went back to the store with the chains and bag and receipt and I just wanted another replacement set and another guy working told me no, that all chain sales are final.I have had better outcomes with purchases from other auto stores...

Stop and get your parts here don't go any further to those idiots down the road at the (A Zone). The prices here are usually better by just enough, but what really makes this place good is they have excellent customer service and most of the guys know a fair amount about cars. If you have a business I suggest you have a business account because you can get a decent discount if you spend enough. I love the parking lot because it's so easy to get the in and out which you may not think about but if you have a truck and trailer there's plenty of parking. The hours seem to be open later than the other ones, and the stores fairly decent size so they probably have what you need. And if they don't they can have it usually within an hour or so. Stay with the green store avoid that other red Auto store like an STD

Really frustrating. I bought an alternator for my car and then called a mechanic to have it installed for me. Halfway through the job, my mechanic called me and said it wasn t even the alternator that needed to be replaced. I went and picked it up to take it back and have it returned. I explained that it was the incorrect part and I needed a return. The guy at the counter asked if it was ever installed and I explained that it was in the hands of my mechanic, but they said it was the incorrect part so I couldn t even give him an answer because I didn t install it myself. We were being treated as if we were lying about the situation, just because there were greasy hand prints on the alternator. The guy at the counter said hmm must be a dirty mechanic then. He made me feel like we had done something wrong, I was just returning a part that was never used but handled at a mechanic s shop. Luckily, I got my return but was treated as if I was lying the entire time. Before even buying the part I mentioned that I noticed on their website they offer price matching. I told them Autozone had it cheaper and they asked if I had the paperwork from Autozone to prove it. They wanted me to get the paperwork from Autozone and then bring it back to them. I don t understand why I would do that, I might as well save myself the time and just get it from Autozone at that point if it were cheaper there and then not waste my time and come back. I just told them I could find it online and show them Autozone s price if that was acceptable, they agreed to it and did the price match. I m not sure why it was that difficult if I could ve pulled it up on my phone the whole time, but they made it sound like getting physical paperwork was the only way.The entire situation was frustrating to be honest. Being treated like I was doing something wrong by returning a product with grease on it after it had been sitting at a mechanic s shop wasn t great. I tried my best to explain the situation but in return was given a snarky comment about how my mechanic is dirty aren t they all?I won t be returning, solely because I was treated as if I was lying or hiding something.

I would give zero stars if it allowed. This place is a joke and the employees and management are worthless at their jobs.My pregnant wife went in there, with a bad battery that was bought from O'Reilly's with warranty they would not honor this warranty and didn't even have it in their system. They were willing to leave her on the side of the road with a dead battery. Then they tried to sell my wife a economy battery for almost full price of a new one with only a year warranty on it when she declined and said she was going to AutoZone they literally chased her out of the store trying to drop the price to $70 on a economy battery this is not proper management or employee Behavior it's very disgraceful.

I was on a little fun adventure when my "gear linkage" (I had no idea) went out. I tried to push my car out of the way but it wouldn't move. Just then I see my O'Reilly Hero running towards me to help. I'm pretty sure he was wearing a cape. Not only did he figure out what happened he and his co-workers put their heads together and found a part that would fix the problem. These folks were beyond incredible!! Kind, Smart, Patient, Hard working and willing to help a stranger. I am a customer for life!!

I was really impressed by the effort, knowledge, professionalism and cheerfulness of Eric at O Reilly s today. My battery need replaced, he explained my options and switched out my battery very quickly after I made my decision. Wonderful experience. Eric is very much an asset to this business.

Went in for just a blinker bulb and I had mentioned that my headlight had fallen out of place. So, Eric went above and beyond his usual job description and tried to get the light back in place. Unclipped clips, unscrewed this and that. He was determined and spent time trying. I was truly impressed with his customer service which seems hard to find these days!!!! Thank you Eric!

I drove my car to get a new starter. The starter died in the parking lot at the store. John the counter man loaned me his personal tools to do the job. Thank you for having people that care.

Absolutely terrible. Husband called about a part for our Fiat Abarth. They said they didn't have it. Then, 5 min later received a call back from a lady who said she could get the part, it would just be overnighted. Got the part, put it in the car.... Had to take the car into the shop because it didn't fix the problem and made it worse. Come to find out, they sold me a part for a Chevy, not a Fiat. This part could have left me on the side of the road, or blown up my turbo. They're out here giving parts to people and have NO IDEA about what they're doing. How dare you call me back and offer me a Chevy part for my FIAT. These people have NO IDEA what they're doing. Save yourself the bill from the mechanic and go to AutoZone.

Corporate stores are corporate stores it was decent. The staff were hit or miss. If you ask enough times they might give you what you want at an affordable price but not right off the bat
