If I could give them 10 stars I would. Seriously, Autotech NW is second to none in customer service, honesty and excellency in mechanic work. Great service! All the staff is professional, friendly, & courteous! Service is timely! We have had them servicing all our rigs for years. They take care of what is needed, advise you of any items they find but don t try & sell you services you don t. Pricing is always fair. Outstanding price and service. Autotech has serviced several of my vehicles for years and they are honest and provide fair and excellent work. They did a recent brake service on my 2005 Toyota Sienna and their price was competitive and work was excellent. I was in a pinch when my car engine suddenly stopped working on my way back to Portland from camping. Limped the car into Molalla and a passerby suggested we talk to the folks at Autotech NW. They took care of me quickly (given everyone else said they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks, he got it done in a day!) and for a price that was significantly better than I had expected. We have been using Autotech NW for years now. We love that we can trust them to give us a true and honest opinion. They have NEVER pressured us to fix something just gave their estimations and will make us a quote if we ask for one! I've been going to James and crew for coming up on 10yrs. They always make sure I get in ad soon as they can. Communication is awesome, and when things go away, they are helpful with solutions. I wouldn't take my bow-tie parade anywhere else.

Outstanding service we are new to the area and needed a new place to call home for our vehicle's service by far the best service from start to finish. They have great pricing for a oil change and the service that comes with it with diagnosis and online view of the results and no trying to get the customer to pay for things they do not need. Appreciated the kind, courteous manner and great communication when dealing with any car issues. Very prompt and usually finishes sooner than expected which is always a bonus. I had called the day before as I had a blinker light go out, I spoke to James, he told me to bring it in, and that he could more then likely fix it in the parking lot, which he did!I actually asked that he replace the other as well, as normally when one goes out, the other soon follows!He was quick, courteous, and they have definately earned my buisness!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Drove 40 mins from Vancouver on a reference to service my 2018 Ram diesel. Didn't look like much from the street but the shop was super clean so was the bathroom (was even furnished with a baby changing table- little details like that matter to me). Great service, competitive pricing.

Won t be back!! Took two visits to repair two leaky power steering hoses at $250+! Was told the mechanic looked at BOTH hoses. Hoses were old and cracked and should have been replaced at the same time.Bent the temperature gauge hose on the motor. When I took it back to the shop they took the wiring from underneath of the dash out until someone realized the mechanic laid his hand on the gauge in the motor and bent it. The wiring underneath the dash had nothing to do with the bent temperature gauge. But the wiring was left open for the drive home. Didn t try to make it right or even apology for the mishap.(Reply back to you )First, Thoree is my handle name. Yes it was you and your establishment. Curious how many power steering hoses you replace in a week and how many customers come back to you with a bent temp gauge. And no, it wasn t us on 12/27. The week prior! And I did forget to mention my ride home with greasy palms from the steering wheel your mechanic left behind. All in all, it took three return visits, and multiple charges to replace two power steering hoses, and not once did we receive an apology for having to come back and for you to correct the problem. Should have been done right the first time!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We moved from Gladstone Oregon to Molalla and we needed a good place to take our car to for Oil changes and other things. We love to do business with local people. We went to Auto-tec and we could not be happier. The staff are so polite, helpful and professional. They are fast and very honest and not over priced. We love going to them.

I have been taking all of my vehicles, both personal and company, to Autotech NW for about 15 years now. They are honest and do a great job. There pricing is very competitive as well and I have always felt that i have gotten the best deal possible from them.

I had a repair done by a dicey mechanic, and was not certain of his quality of work. I stopped by with a concern, and the gentleman at the desk responded to me with courtesy. He took a look at my concern, assured me it was ok, and did so with a smile, not charging me a penny. Now THAT'S customer service! I wish I had gone to these guys first and not wasted my time and money on this other fool. I'll definitely do so with any other repairs. 2 thumbs up.

Took my 2000 Chevy Tahoe in for an oil change. Not only was it $8.00 less than they quoted me, but they replaced my parking light for $1.00. For a high mile vehicle they assured me it was in good working order, and gave me a reasonable estimate to repair a leaking diff seal.Love these guys. I am a repeat customer. It's hard to find mechanics I can trust.

Friendly and professional service. They always give it to you straight and help you where they can; or provide excellent referrals for jobs they aren't able to complete at their facility. I no longer live in Molalla, but still make the drive out to their shop for my oil changes.

I would recommend Autotech NW to my Mom.We have been going here for a number of years for a simple a oil change or replacing a differential. Thank you for providing a good honest repair shop in our community.

Four years ago, my wife and I moved from working on the southern Oregon coast to Molalla, leaving behind an honest mechanic shop who we had many reasons to trust and appreciate for decades. Now, we feel so fortunate to have Autotech NW to professionally and honestly service our vehicles in our retirement, when our funds are tight. We highly recommend them for best decision making and best practices when needing vehicle maintenance and repair. I have been taking both our vehicles to Autotech for several years now and am very pleased with my repairs and service. If you need your foreign or domestic vehicle serviced or repaired I would not hesitate to let the folks at Autotech do the work.
