Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had placed an online order, to be picked up in the store....and it was ready when they said it was. That was impressive, as some stores that I've ordered from, that has not been the case.

Woman at counter blew me off when I walked in. Couldn't find what I needed. She saw me searching. Looking for Lucas Oil Additive. When I walked towards counter to ask for help she bolted. Short blonde woman with short blonde hair. So I saw a guy walking to back of store I called out. Excuse me, could YOU possibly help me. He was super pleasant. Found what I need in back. Unbelievable!!! She's is obviously a woman hater!! So sad. Will not shop here anymore! I'll go all the way to Klamath or Alturas next time!
