We came from out of town to visit family and our starter went out on a Friday afternoon, we called everywhere but because of it being the weekend and so last minute we were getting told it could be done at other shops by Tuesday . Outcast got us in that day and replaced our starter so we could get home before the weekend was over ! Will recommend Outcast to any and everyone! They are knowledgeable , caring , swift and just all around great people ! Thank you Outcast for getting this family back on the road and home to central Oregon .

These guys are absolutely amazing. Me and my family were on vacation and broke down just a few miles from their shop. I called them to get a part for my truck and they had it in stock. When I showed up to get the part, they refused to take any money for it and said if it gets me and my family home safe, they were glad to help. These guys saved our vacation and I can t thank them enough

Dustin is the most honest, trustworthy and skilled mechanic I have ever met. He came recommended by a local auto repair shop and went above and beyond expectations in helping to get my car back on the road. We broke down hauling our trailer through Oregon on vacation. We got towed to Dustins shop not knowing how we were going to get to our campground. He stopped what he was doing, loaded me and my family into his personal truck and drove us to our campground. Even let our dog ride in his truck with us.He realized we needed to get back on the road, pushed our truck ahead on the schedule and will have us back on the road in under 24hrs. If you are looking for an honest, hard working, trustworthy, family man then come check out Outcast Diesel and they will get you dialed in. Dustin went above and beyond to get me back on the road in a single day! Transmission R&I for a flex plate and torque converter heck of an effort and much appreciated.
