I just did some repairs on somebody's pickup truck that this so-called automotive shop installed a new clutch into, And they didn't do a very good job!! They definitely Mickey moused a few things. Very unsafe!! I think this place needs to get a new mechanic. The things they did on this clutch job blows my mind!!

If this is a AAA rated I am sad...they seem to always forget to do the stuff I asked them to do...and then I had $200 in dealership in parts I was going to return in town on the seat in a bag... they were gone...when I asked what happened to them I was told that he didn't have any clue what I was talking about and actually charged me to put the same parts from his shop in the vehicle..dis honest. I have pictures of all those parts in the box with bar codes..that i never asked to be installed...the owner is mike...and you can't fix dis honest eitherService: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are very thorough and honest. This one stop shop helped us get everything in order on our vehicle in a timely manner. Mike and his techs went above and beyond. One of the staff members graciously drove me home before diagnosing and repaired the coolant problem so I waited in the comfort of my home. I ended up being charged a little less than the original quote and came back to pick me up so I could get my vehicle back. Amazing customer service! Will be taking my other vehicles back for the repairs needed.Service: Engine repair

We've had a few repairs done here and so far they have been very straight forward, performed good work, and charged very reasonable prices. They have worked on my Jeep, my dad's Mustang, and always been polite and professional. Now here is the part I REALLY like. Their shop is clean! The employees are clean! And..... They have never called with some ridiculous story about how our car/truck won't be finished when they told us originally. If you're in the Merlin, North Valley area I'd highly recommend them. I used their tow service as well and everything went smooth.

The guy mike who works there is a crook..I told him multiple times I needed my distributor changed and both times I brought my car there he didn't do what I asked and changed a few spark plugs and a cap then charged me hundreds of dollars...when I called to talk about the problem and ask y he didn't do what I asked he laughed at me and caught an attitude and hung up...I would NOT recommend this business at all! Mike and his helpers seem so nice and knowledgeable. I saw a complaint someone made. But having worked in service myself a long time I know everyone has a bad day once-in-a-while. Also it's tough to find a nice price that works for everyone. Their price is reasonable. It might seem high for us locals because most Oregon wages are so depressed. Having a nice clean well-equipped shop is very expensive too. Have a nice day.

I recommend this shop to everyone. Very Clean shop and Professional employees great costomer service. Honest and straightforward people. They were awesome and very helpful they got us in and out fast! Very reasonable price. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road again we really appreciate your services.

Top notch customer service and prompt repair. Coming from Silicone Valley it is a refreshing experience to see a labor rate of less than half the going fees charged in the Bay Area. Thanks for the great service and a better than fair labor bill

The driver of one of your rigs flicked a lit cigarette out his window and hit my truck on the freeway. Changed lanes without signalling, too. It's a bad look for your company when your drivers act so poorly. Never recommending your business.

I had a 2006 Honda Pilot repaired there for a very fair price In a timely manner and they even caught another problem while they were in there a bad motor mount and fixed it after contacting me for for my approval For a very fair price since they were already in it and it I would definitely recommend sending people who I care about to himServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Terrible, DISHONEST and disrespectful staff when inquiring about a tow! I could go on about the horrendous customer service by the lady who answered the phone. Would highly discourage using this company!
