I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of service. They go out of the way to help a stranded person.I pulled in with my bus off the I-5 with brake issues and they got me in the next morning. Once parts where located they had me out of the shop in 1.5hrs. and had one part in stock that it would have taken a week to get. And at a fair price I might add.Can not express the relief we got, when dealing with other shops at how we were treated with the fine crew at Webfoot.

I would like the thank Will and the whole staff. The crew made us feel so welcome and the great job you guys did on our truck. I wish you guys could travel and show others shops how it could and should be done. Thanks again to the crew at Webfoot.

When I went to pick my truck up, it cost $1600 more than I was initially quoted. I was never informed there would be an increase, and the mechanic was unable to provide a reason for there being a difference.When I got the truck back, the blinkers and windshield wipers didn t work. They were working before I brought the truck in. I asked them to take care of me and they charged me another $1400 to fix it which is outrageous for the scope of work.I was charged $6200 for what would have been $3000 with another company. The work they did was poor quality, and the customer service was disgusting and embarrassing. Pathetic really.The staff is very unfriendly and condescending. They called me to pay my bill, before I was even notified the truck was done. I have a fleet of large trucks, these people will never get my business again.

They were able to get me in same day because they understood that I only have 1 truck of that kind and couldn t have it down for a shift. Ended up only working temporarily but they replaced the part a few days later when it failed again without charging for labor and payed the tow bill. Very impressed, will come back for my future international engine needs.

We had a vehicle repaired there as well as had On Spot chains installed. We were very pleased with the work done. It was on time, even though I can tell they are busy. Every time I go in there, all the service bays are full. If you have a truck that needs to go on a lift, this is your place.

Kept our driver waiting for an extended period to drop off a truck for basic oil change. Couldn't provide the service until the evening crew but agreed to make the keys available to our staff to pickup at night. That night when we came the keys were not made available greatly impacting our night shift. The next day we went to pickup and they said they had to order an oil filter for the truck and it wasn't ready. They knew the truck was on their service list and would be coming in. They should have known they didn't have the oil filter rather than making promises they couldn't keep. At no point did they attempt to communicate the service delay to us so we could make other arrangements. In total 9 staff members shuttled back and forth for one oil change with an approximate man hour loss of 4.5 hours not counting service impact from the vehicle not being available when it was promised.

Avoid this garage. Horrendous and complete lack of communication even trying to get my bus IN for service. Not at all for RV s or anything other than semi, even though they say they ll help you. Save yourself the headache and go to another one of the plentiful shops in the area. Especially if you are traveling through.

These guys shouldn't even get one star. They never communicated any work to be done. Never give an estimate never got authorization and then just presented me with a very big Bill. And they didn't even fix the problem. Webfoot as far as integrity and reliability is a scam.

I was the unfortunate victim of a motorhome lemon. I have been experiencing a disaster and ended up broken down outside of Medford, OR. During my time working with Webfoot Truck they were the kindest, most compassionate, acomodating, and caring group of mechanics I have ever encountered. They were ultimately unable to solve my problem without some help from the manufacturer which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. But, they are everything I would want in a shop working on such expensive and complicated equipment. They are honest, reliable, and put themselves in the customers shoes. They showed extreme patience with me and my horrific situation and I am very grateful.

I have a professional relationship with Webfoot through my work because we have international trucks. Having said that they are good at what they do but can be overwhelmed at times due to low staff. This is not to say they aren not good at what they do. If you are an international customer then this is your OEM choice for the Medford area.

Four a fish and chips resturant was not impressed fish pieces way two small and breading not very seasoned I liked the French fries better than the sea food got an expensive order of clam strips that were so small not worth it my suggestion get the fish sandwich saw someone else with it looked good

After being there for 3 days to do DPF CLEANINGAnd charging me 800$$ my driver start to hit the road50 miles later same problem start.Terrible,

If you happen to have an RV built on an International chasis, don't bother to call them. They refuse to work on them.

Brought a international 4700 fire engine in with a leaky hub seal 4 hours before we were supposed to report to ICP and they gave us a car and had it done in time on a Saturday.

Fixed what needed fixing, but the service writer/shop manager never called to say it was ready. Kinda a biggie, after waiting 3 days for a part.
