Water world has been very honest and up front with us. They have stood behind their warranty work and repaired Are equipment in a very timely manner. Bryan at the service desk has been very helpful and has gone out of his way to help us. We have purchased two machines and we love them. They have earned our trust and we will be going back.

We came to water world looking for a utility quad for my wife. After having a previous negative experience while looking for a boat, Scott redeemed water world in our eyes. He was the absolute most patient, and knowledgeable sales person I ve worked with on a bike purchase. My wife felt very comfortable asking him questions, and he never once made her feel like a burden for asking. I highly recommend asking for Scott when you come to look at anything with wheels! Also, Bailey in the finance department was fantastic to work with! We will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase again!

( 2023 Yamaha YZ250f Monster Edition) .OK first of all Bailey is amazing! .But not so much the salesman he was very ignorant and only about the sale definitely not impressed with the salesman.Bailey was very professional very knowledgeable she stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process, making sure that I was good with everything every step of the way. to be honest only reason why I decided to go through with it is because of Bailey also, cannot forget to mention going through the process of the new bike with Joey was also very professional and he is very knowledgeable. I have some questions and he was very quick. With answering them also give me info that I did not know about on the bike because of the experience with Bailey and Joey I would continue to do business with your company and possibly in the future, some more purchases thank you Bailey and Joey.

Returned this past week for service (320 miles) because I was treated right by Tim Sanders (Tim & I pictured on 16 June) and other staff from WW.Brian (Mgr. in service dept.) clearly knows his job & I am completely satisfied by the work done and the way I was treated. I brought my snowmobile in for repair they gave me a fair quote and a great estimation of when it would be done. The parts came in sooner than expected, they made the repairs and called me to pick it up. They loaded it into my pickup I went to start it and the recoil starter rope broke. The housing was cracked and they did not have the part on the shelf. The service writer made the call to pull one of a new machine and the mechanic replaced it while I waited. A few minutes later I was headed back to Klamath. I can t say enough about the service I received. A great place to do business with incredible customer service. I highly recommend Water World of Medford.

The service department with Brian and Marcus at the helm is absolutely fantastic!!! I had some warranty problems with my 2022 Commander XT in between hunting seasons and they and their team got it fixed and back ready to go with time to spare!! That is hands down the best customer service I have had in years!!! Way to go guys!! So, if your reading this and are on the fence about buying from Water World.... Trust me they wont leave you out to dry after your purchase!Thanks guys!!!Sincerely,Daniel Thornton

After a long search Scott found my wife and I our new X3 Turbo RR XRS Smart Shock sxs. It was all done up by the dealership the way we wanted it. He was very professional and courteous to us. We had to drive from above Vancouver Washington to come and get it. They held it for us, got our financing done and everything ready so we could load the sxs and turn and burn. Jeff in finance was exceptionally kind. I have severe PTSD from serving in Iraq and was having a full blown episode and panic attack when we came in. Jeff immediately noticed and made everything smooth and quick. He also treated me like a human and showed great concern with my well being which I appreciate more than he knows. By the time we left, matter of 30 mins he had me feeling better and ready to make the drive back home. Thank you Jeff. Now when we went to load the sxs(not our first time) a young man that works there named Joey came out to go over the machine with us. Very polite and he helped us load the vehicle, and all the accessories that came with it. He didn t have to but went above and beyond to make sure we got everything loaded, tightened down and ready for a long trip. Thank you Joey you rock! This was a wonderful experience at their dealership and with everyone enrolled. Thank you all for everything you did for us (especially in my time of need). I highly recommend this dealership and Scott, Jeff and Joey. Veteran Approved

Scott was great to work with, knowledgeable and professional. I bought a used Can Am Ryker the day before Thanksgiving. They worked fast to do an oil change and get it ready by closing time. I'd recommend them and buy from them again.

Lackluster sales dept. couldn't even be bothered to answer 2 simple questions I had relating the the item I'm interested in purchasing when contacted. Instead, just sent more SPAM. Great business model, I hope it's working for you. As for me, I'll find a dealer who is still into selling ATV's.
