Twedells has been bailing me out of inconveniences, and my bads for over a decade!First met the Twedells towing and automotive shop company with my car in 2008, A/C died and their mechanics shop ( Hugo) fixed my Chevy Blazer up, and I was chill in the southern oregon sun all summer and beyond.Fourth of July 2016, my battery diedThey jumped me and had me on my way within an hour or so on the busy holidaySpring 2020 my tire was flat, they helped me change to my spare my bad I didn t have tools with me, but I had the spare tire!Fast forward fall 2022, they came through AGAIN pulling me out of a mud pit in a countryside pasture.FAST FORWARD AGAIN . Spring 2023 Twedells to the rescue AGAIN, this time rescuing our tractor (JCB bucket ) from a very similar, BUT DIFFERENT! mud pit Trust Twedells will do all in their power to help you out with their equipment.Give them a fair heads up, and they will gather their resources to bail you out, time and time again.

We are so happy we went to Trudell s towing service! Jason was super professional, and went well above and beyond to help us. Al so came to help as it was a very tricky situation with two truck stuck on a snowy Hillside. This was a good towing experience. Jason was very professional and friendly on the phone and in person. He arrived promptly, and navigated our difficult steep driveway like a pro! The truck was clean and looked very professional as well. Paperwork was fast and minimal, and the whole experience was very efficient.

The driver who picked up my motorhome broken down by the side of the road did a fantastic job! Jason was absolutely great....... the whole experience was awesome from the high anxiety situation to making us feel comfortable as my wife and I are much older. The experience was done very professionally.....Jason was the driver . If he s on route to help anyone you ll be in great hands !!!!

Also Jason was absolutely amazing, my tow job was not easy at all and he had very limited space to work with, but pulled it off. Called Twedell's Towing. The young lady who answered the phone said it would be twenty minutes, the driver was there in fifteen minutes. I feel bad because I forgot the driver's name. We struck up a conversation because he detected an east coast accent. He was from Connecticut and I 'm from NY. The gentleman was courteous, professional, and well mannered. He obviously knew his craft and was quite pleasant. The fee was fair. I would highly recommend Twedell's Towing! A+

Twedell's Towing came out quickly to help us out and we couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied. They were friendly, professional and extremely capable!! 75 dollars an hour cheaper than the other place. The owner came out to assist big tow truck with little tow truck. Charged me prlce he quoted over phone. He was so careful in avoiding damage and I was buried in hole. I am so grateful they took the time to avoid damage. I am very happy they did the job

Was behind one of thier trucks just 2 min ago and 5 seperate times the driver did not use his signal, cut me off once with no signal and was driving way to fast in the rain then hit his breaks and started to get squirlly in the back end.....mind you doing this all while he was on his phone. Guess i know who i will NOT be calling if i need a tow. Very unprofessional and unsafe. License plate # 24328 was only numbers i could make out.

Okay, so first of all Twedell's did a great job helping us get our car to where it needed to be. After the crash, Oregon State Police asked which towing company we wanted. In shock from the crash, we were a bit turned around and couldn't think of a tow company, and our phone had 1% battery. The trooper chose Twedell's for us. We found out when picking up the car that we were charged twice the amount than we would have been if we would have said Twedell's. The state trooper did not tell us about how this would cost us extra. The trooper also would not let us move the car off the freeway into a safer location. Just a heads up, tell the troopers who you want to tow your car, and it will save you money.

They waited 50+ days to contact me. Claiming they couldnt get ahold of me which is a flat out lie. All my infomation is in my car and the police that towed my car definitely had my info..now the fees are so high I cant afford to get my car out along with all my stuff. And they are fully aware of whats taking place . the tow yard claims it was the polices fault .. But the police are blaming the tow yard... So what to do ? Get a lawyer to help.. ? The process will take so long my car is going to be auctioned off.. Fantastic . its sad jackson county has to rip people off and take advantage of them too. . charging me 1530$ for towing my car 10 MILES !!!!

Got charged $800 after an accident to have it towed from Ashland to Medford seems absurd this company doesn't know what the hell they're doing and tries to take advantage of insurance companies by charging as much as they can because they think insurance will pay for it. They told me it was okay because I wasn't at fault and the other person's insurance would pay for it but $800 seems ridiculous

My sister and her 12 year old son were in a Roll-over accident at milepost 5.5 last Thursday. The Police called Twedell's towing, and they (towing) are charging her more than half of what the insurance is giving her for the car $6000. This seems a crazy amount plus they are keeping her car, 58,000 miles on it! Thank God they weren't seriously hurt but this place should not take advantage of people traveling through Oregon and the Police should not call any place like this one, they also don't take AAA!! Beware.

It gives a price of 55.00 plus mileage can t remember price for mileage but the my truck was less then 2 miles away!!!cost me 85.00 took them and hour to get into truck to unlock it!Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Very poor company. I cannot discourage you enough from using them. There are others in the area who are far, far more reasonable. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Other than them taking forever to give me my vehicle after paying $521.25 pretty good place they lowered the price from what I was quoted
