We replace our water pump here. The service was excellent. Stuff is very helpful, professional and friendly. Robin the manager was honestly in top of everything and found a place to help us as fast as he could also the mechanic was very knowledgeable.We really appreciate all their help and support. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything and we will be back for sure.

Was on the phone with them 300 miles away, they named the price but upon arrival price was increased. This is not a right place for your rig. There are a lot of places across the country who will help you in a professional manner. BTW if you need to change even windshield wiper they will not allow you to do so on their property such a joke. Stay away from this place or they will rip you off

They were unfriendly and would talk down to me when I would call for something simple like an estimate. Their service is extremely slow. It took them more than 2 days just to give me a diagnosis. Their prices are extremely high. Not only would I not recommend them to anyone but I will tell others to stay away.

My experience here has been top notch. Very helpful staff and mechanics that knew what they were doing. Came here from roadside breakdown and a very knowledgeable mechanic diagnosed the problem quick and fixed it in right away. Thank you all here for the beat treatment of my truck and myself. I recommend this location because they understand urgency in this business and care about their customers. I will arrange return whenever I have issues with my volvo truck .

This company was by far the best my husband and I have ever gone to for repair on our truck. They went above and beyond for us making sure we were able to avoid having to stay at a hotel. We have a Ari sleeper and were able to stay in it while we were waiting for our parts to come in. They made sure we were in a spot where we could get water for our truck, let us use a vehicle to got get groceries. I can't say enough great things about them. They worked as quickly as they could when it was time to repair our truck to get it done in one day so we again did not have to go to a hotel. Thanks guys so very much for your excellent service and kind hospitality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Need tire chains for your semi? Come here!! Don in parts sold me a set of 6 for only $181.56, an incredible bargain, 30% less than their nearest-priced competitor that I checked, and less than half the price the truck stop was asking. Service is horrible did not get my truck for 2 months and in Eugene Volvo we had payed money. When it was done I picked up the load and the same problem appeared again I'm tired of this. Now its still in Medford for 2months.

Just Like the Poster Says.I m in the customer waiting area. Watching Forged in Fire while using the Wi-Fi for my Kindle. I called the local Enterprise rental in preparation to be stranded while the mechanics figure out what s wrong and how many days till any needed parts arrive. After I pick up my rental, I go back to the waiting area researching which hotel to stay at based on ratings from my fellow reviewers. Having made my room choice, I glance over to see the propaganda poster proclaiming how wonderful this place is to all their customers. Such empty words I ve seen before, every time I ve been in a shop waiting for my vehicle to get worked on . . . Except for this time. That is, I arrived in the afternoon at 2 PM. My vehicle is ready by 7:40 PM. Absolutely unheard of in the business of commercial vehicle repair. Even for an oil changed these days. At least in my experience. At most, in everyone s experience I ve talked to as well. And, especially considering the time of day I arrived. Whereas everyone tries for early morning arrangements, here I come 2 hours after lunch. The staff at TEC-Equipment, Medford, had the skills, service, and parts to get me in and out in an expedient manner. I ve never experienced this in all my years as a professional tourist. If they re not careful, they just might spoil customers into always expecting this. Excellent!

Had my engine rebuilt. Robin was rude the entire time. Charged me 39k. I drove it for about 20k miles and the clutch came completely apart from the transmission while I was driving (dangerous). I had a shop in my home town fix TECs poor workmanship and sent the bill to TEC. Robin was rude as can be and literally turned red. I was completely uncomfortable because of his anger and aggression. He had no concern for me. He was simply angry about covering the bill. In the end they did cover the repairs. But the experience was horrific. Idk if he had a bad day or something but he was a very large scary angry aggressive person. I would never return to this shop unless absolutely necessary. Cost is high, workmanship is low. And Robin is a time bomb. Good luck if your left with no other options.

I bought my truck at their Portland location but this is really my home dealer. Every time the truck has been in the shop here, Robin Duncan and his crew has busted their humps to get it back on the road. I have nothing but praise for both the service and parts departments here!

I stop to get some seals for the flex pipe on the dpf... but they give me one wrong....Then I stop in tec portland and they did not want to exchange for the one I need... so I have to buy other seal and that I had to go back 300 miles for the return.... not good....

I had my truck in the shop i had problem with coolent system and they first called me and gave me the price for $2550 and i was happy... after they finished its end up $2936 and they said they never told me the price at first but i have my friends who was next to me and they all heard anyways i send my brother to get the truck from medford, Or when he came home next day i reliezed the coolent is leaking and when i opened the hood what i realized they never changed the staff what they charged me for i called and asked them because i spend another $156 to fix their mistake and what they told me email us the reciept and your account number we will refund the money you spend i havent heard anything from them its been almost a month i called them again and they told me service meneger is out he will be back shortly and he will call you never get that call... i dont thing they are doing their job we are paing them to fix out trucks but i dont see they fix anything.... negative for this place but i will still stop by your place and get my money...

Called the service department to find out history record they have done on one of the Volvo trucks I was buying ,The guy names Jason or James Rude answered and put me on hold for 5 min and asked for vin number and put me on hold again for 20 min , after he said they can t give any information and said : - if the owner of the truck saying so maybe it was replacedBad service , just wasted my timeIf you guys can t give info than just say in the beginning

I wish their mechanics stood behind their work. When something isn't fixed right the first time, you shouldn't have to pay twice for it.

I have to pay $735 For a warranty job. Actually the money was for the road service which they brought the wrong parts to the truck. But they still charge me all that money for the road service. I am not happy.
