Happy camper here! They replaced the cracked windshield on our '07 Element this morning. Easy web arrangements. Friendly staff. 90 minutes, as advertised. Good install. Fair price. 2 thumbs up!

Not the friendliest people in the office. Got me in quick, which was nice. The wipers didn't work when I went to pick up the truck but they fixed them. Within 3 days I already had two new cracks/chips in the new windshield.. Doesn't seems like the best quality glass. Some internet searching will help prove that. When I went back, they said the manager would reach out and never did. Cheapest in town for a reason..

I made an appointment for a mobile windshield replacement and was told the total would be $354.97 and the technician would be there between 12 and 5 pm the next day. I received a confirmation email with the time frame, address and total due. I cleared my schedule and waited around until 4:15 just for the technician to tell me the total is now $419. He called his manager and was told that s the price, take it or leave it- even though I have a copy of the quote for $354.97. The technician left and I still have a broken windshield.

Michael Hicks will give false information about an appointment that he was not at so Safelite will not rectify damage caused by a Safelite tech. It seems this location is on the verge of needing a clean house. It seems that many people are experiencing damage by the technicians and Safelite not taking reasonability for gouges made to the body for a window repair. I have contacted Safelite customer care with a case number 21351537 that was opened in February and Michael will not let it get to a manager higher than the location and can't justify with documentation showing the damage was fixed or repaired. I asked Michael for his manager since Michael created damage that was not there and was not noted by the tech and didn't want to give me the contact information. What is Michael hiding?

I just wanted to send out a HUGE thank you to the Satelite location in Medford on W Jackson St. They took great care of my Jeep and the whole process went smoothly when it came to getting a new windshield. I was in and out; would highly recommend for anyone needing a chip repair or like myself a whole new windshield.

Louis was really great. Not only did he replace windshield in a timely manner, he went above and beyond and replaced my wiper fluid tubing that I didn t know had been broken.

I recently had my windshield replaced here. I was satisfied with the service but the following day I received a call that they needed to redo the calibration because of an error. After coordinating this, they charged me an extra $140 without any explanation or notice. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at the local shop to discuss and when I finally did, the female receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. It took multiple additional calls to the 1-800 # to get managers involved after she hung up on me. Louis ultimately resolved issues but it all could and should have been avoided in the first place.

Safelite will damage your car for a window replacment and will not pay the cost to fix the car they damaged. Do not use safelite. Louis will bot get back to you.

The staff was nice, they wouldn't let me bring my dog inside the building, but in lieu of that, they DID bring a chair outside for me to sit in, and provided water and snacks for my dog and I. Service tech was very informative, but the service itself took way too long, in my opinion. Just my thoughts... maybe it's normal for them, but I've had the same level of care from mom and pop glass shops in a 3rd of the time. I'm just saying. Overall, the experience wasn't bad. They were professional, and the customer service was there, I just got cranky waiting.

I'm so grateful they discovered that the heat sensor was broken in the windshield before just replacing the glass. We had to wait another week for fix it, but it will be worth it. The service was attentive, professional, and fast. I appreciate them. The real test will be come winter to see if it's all good. Fingers crossed.

They took FOREVER to get the window out. They told us about 2 hrs. 2.5 hours go by, and we hadn't heard anything so we go back to check (we didn't have another vehicle so he had to stick around and walked to some shops) and they still don't have the window out. I wish they had been more clear with us and gave us a call when they couldn't get the window out. Eventually they finally got it done. We were there for 4 hours, waiting. The building is old and gross, and the location is pretty bust. I appreciate them getting the job done, and I know they are working with what they have, but they can do better.

Had to replace our truck window. Safelite is easy to work with and get an insurance deductible set.The local Medford shop is small with limited parking. The staff/techs were friendly and courteous. They got the work done quicker than promised and it looks great.

We had our windshield replaced back in February of 2023 and as of today they have broken 7 things on my car. They fix one thing but break another. Can't speak with anyone on the phone only get automated and then they say they can't take the call. I will make them fix my issues that they damaged, however I will make sure my insurance company never uses them again for anything. This has been almost a year that I have been dealing with broken things on my vehicle other that the windshield that is fixed. All side panels were broken, the top molding keeps coming loose and flapping around as soon as we get on the freeway and now my weather stripping is hanging off of my molding that they have repaired 2 times as they messed it up. Don't take your car here.

Very good customer service! Even though I was ten minutes late they got me right in and finished in an hour and 1/2 replacing my windshield they even washed all my windows and vacuumed my car! Would highly recommend them!

Safelite - service has been excellent once it finally happens. But as a company overall, I'm rating downwards because (A) there's no ability to easily reach a real person by phone, the automated system cannot handle my query but it won't give me a human, and (B) three times now, they've rescheduled on me due to missing parts. I should have gone to the dealer directly, Safelite needs the dealer parts to complete my repairs anyway.

First, my review is more about the conditions of their location not the good service we received. There is no parking, if there is it will be small. The complex is filthy, junky looking but not because Safelite but the tiny old business strip complex it's in and the other businesses it shares with.We have a Tundra and to drop off with extremely limited parking in a sketchy area wasn't ideal. My advise is don't do drop off early am, we weren't told about parking on the night before call. Now onto the service, it was fast and they guys are professional, our window looks good. My rating was more about their location because it's not serving the good service Safelite does or a good representation of the quality of work they provide. This is the only location for both Jackson and Josephine Counties. I hope they get a bigger location and nicer location.I made the appointment late May and couldn't get in until July, the location maybe why.I recommend Safelite as this is a good company but was surprised by the location. I have only had them come to my work or home but this was a complete replacement. I would recommend Safelite.

Can't get ahold of them or schedule an appointment. When you call the number it says all scheduling is exclusively online. After going online and filling out all my information there are no appointments available at their shop or for mobile service. I'm not going to chase them down for an appointment when there are other options. Overall it was a complete waste of time.

I made the appointment online about 2 weeks ago. I was asked to provide my insurance information so they could verify coverage with my insurance (I have a $0 deductible). Dropped my car off and was informed that I would need to pay $65 for the deductible. I informed the young man at the front desk that I had a $0 deductible. He then told me "I will have to verify with your insurance." I thought that's why I had supplied my info two weeks ago.I went ahead and called my insurance to verify myself as I had received texts saying I owed the deductible. Insurance verified that I have a $0 deductible. I received a text stating the repair was done and I could come pick up the car. I was again informed that I owed the deductible. There was no use in arguing so I paid it and called my insurance. My agent checked again and verified a $0 deductible. She went ahead and called higher ups and they verified that no calls came in asking about my account and no claims were filed.I would not have been bothered if I was told upfront that they preferred I pay upfront and then get reimbursed. Cool. It's only $65. Achieving that by saying you verified my insurance when you hadn't is dishonest. I don't appreciate a dishonesty, even over something so small.Let's share a little good though. The text system they have is great for reminding you of your appointment and keeping you informed of progress. It is a good system. The technicians were friendly and informative.Service: Auto windshield repair

The people working here are very helpful but the National company makes it very hard to reach a real person, especially at their location. I was only able to schedule online after calling many times. I wasn t told online nor in my email that when I made an appointment it was going to be an all day long appointment. It was so frustrating waiting all day while other customers dropped off their car and picked them up within two hours! Very poor customer service on the National level. Great help in shop. Here is their local number! Call them if you have questions so you don t end up a grumpy customer like me.

They did a great job, had great customer service, and went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend! Also, I called around the valley, and they had the best prices, hands down. A win win for sure!

With a broken windshield I called Safelite. The tech was polite and it took him almost 2 hours to replace it at our home. We thought it looked great and then we got on the freeway and there was a terrible rattle on the passengers side. Then it rained and trucks sprayed the window with muddy water, my husband tried to use the windshield washer. No cleaner came out. We came home and saw that it had never been hooked up after the repairs were done. So made an appointment to address this issue. Meanwhile my son arrived from out of town. He checked it, connected the window washer then noticed the light under the hood was also unplugged. Then regarding the rattle. There was not one screw holding the plastic grid that covers the area between the hood and the windshield. I have no idea where he put the screws but they did not get put back on the car. So my son fixed that also. I paid $50 deductible for this service. When the young man arrived I asked him how much schooling it took to learn his job. He said 2 months and that it was not enough. My feelings exactly!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Made an appointment weeks ago, for 8am. Coming in from Weed, CA. , which is 1 1/2 hour drive. They took our keys and told us it will be about an hour and a half. We walked around the neighborhood and came back a 1/2 hour later to find 2 cars in the bays and our truck parked in the parking lot!The guy finally approached us after we got back in the truck. Told us these other people "insisted" to be served, so they did. Took our keys and left. Appointments don't matter. What a watse of our time.
