My rig is old, so it has many things that need to be done to it. They were able to get my rig running sooooo much better just from the first step they did. The customer service is absolutely UNBEATABLE! I did not feel overcharged, and the little candy bag when I picked it up made my heart/tummy smile!!I will absolutely be back, and they are my go-to shop for work or recommendations!!Thank you to the experienced crew!

This review is about their customer service, not their knowledge as mechanicsI got into a car accident, Rogue said they could repair the intercooler on my CRV and assured me that they were "in network" with my insurance company despite not being on the short list of recommended shops. He even said they had a direct phone line to access my claim.I decided to use Rogue. I don't want to pester them with phone calls, but after 3 weeks I had heard no updates so I decided to call. They hadn't even submitted my estimate yet. And weren't even in touch with the claims department.Fine, let's move on and just get this thing rolling. NOPE. More errors submitting the proper parts, more issues by trying to order new parts that I would have to pay for out-of-pocket when I had requested no additional charges beyond the deductible.Then, after all this got sorted - more than 2 MONTHS after I dropped the car off...it's fixed but needs a new battery. And they were unable to find a battery for the car after a day so I went to Auto Zone MYSELF and installed the battery in their parking lot as Rogue Auto was closing side by side with the mechanic. He was 100% ready to tell me to come back in another 3 days after the long weekend because he couldn't be bothered to source a battery.He might know a lot about cars, but he does not care AT ALL about how long you will be without your vehicle. 9 WEEKS!

Never had a bad experience and when the work is completed I am confident they have gotten to the root of whatever the problem was and corrected it. They give me accurate estimates on the work to be done and stick by those estimates, no surprises, no extra hidden costs. Thanks Rogue Automotive

Had Rogue Auto do an inspection and overall service on a used car I purchased locally. They were very thorough, professional and had very fair prices. Great to work with. They did everything right and ensured the car was in great shape to drive back to Vegas. Highly recommend Rogue Auto for anything you need.

We have been customers of Amy and Buddy for three years now. We have had personal vehicles and business vehicles serviced and detailed at Rogue Automotive. Today I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had from a business. There is no excuse that Dave should be employed in any area that involves customer service. Since I called him over a week ago he acted as if he was doing me a favor by taking my business. He even told me today that they were busy enough they don't care.We were scheduled to bring in three vehicles one a day for three days. Each vehicle was to get detailed, oil change and A/C check. We did the exact same thing last year around this same time. Last year It worked out great. The vans were very clean and Shawn who no longer works there would come out and walk me around each van to make sure it looked good when I picked them up. This time there was just a simple key exchange and I was sent on my way. Upon inspection of the first van when I picked it up I noticed the outside looked about the same as when I dropped it off. I went back in and asked if it would save them time and me money if they just did the inside. I was told they had to do both. I didn't stress it. Instead I drove the freshly "detailed van" through the car wash. The second van I picked up was even worse. As shown in the pictures the windshield was filthy inside and out, the dash looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth, the driver side door had dirt in the door handle and the outside had a number of missed spots. Amy asked if I was going to leave the third van as scheduled and I said I could if they would get it done today. Since it was a Friday we could not afford to leave it over the weekend. She said no problem they would call when It was ready to be picked up. Dave called around 4pm and said the van was ready to be picked up and that they don't have time to change the oil. I was surprised to hear that and assumed it was because they were closing soon. He said they would be open for another couple of hours but recommended I take it else where to get the oil changed. This made me worried that something was wrong. When I asked if there was an issue with the van he got very defensive and upset. I was busy at the time so I told him I would be in to pick up the van as soon as possible. When we arrived the van was sitting outside the shop so I told one of our employees he could grab the van and get back to work. I went inside to pay and talk to Buddy and Amy about my disappointment in their service. While standing inside to pay I watched Buddy run out and yell at my employee for getting in my van. He made him get out of the van and parked it back where it was. They then made us sit there for 20 minutes before they would move it 15 feet turn it off and handed the keys over. My employee was then able to take the van and go back to work. I still had to sit there for another 15 minutes while they got my "paperwork ready" even though I was told it was ready two hours before. I calmly paid when I finally got the chance and I asked to speak to Buddy or Amy. Dave asked me to come outside where he explained to me that Buddy did not want to talk to me because I had accused him of doing something to my van. Dave was referring to when I asked if there was something wrong with the van when they said they didn't change the oil and recommended I take it elsewhere. I explained that as a business owner I would prefer to share my experience with Buddy then have to leave a review. He then accused me of "blackmail". I did not understand his thinking since I had already paid and just wanted to share my experience with the owner. Dave then told me to "get out of here" he also said that he would make sure he would not use our business. Well Dave I will not lose sleep over that.When you can't handle a simple detail and oil change it is probably time to look for a new line of work.

From the very first time I brought my vehicle to Rogue Automotive I have received not only the best customer service but honestly the most reliable trustworthy work which is also backed by their excellent warranty coverages which includes expansive tow service which has actually saved me a lot of money! Absolutely fantastic service and incredibly reasonable prices. In the years I've been to Rogue Automotive with my older vehicles, I've never once had to have a repair corrected. When they fix a problem, it stays fixed. Would highly recommend choosing Rogue Automotive. The team at Rogue went above and beyond to help out my partner and I when we had a breakdown on our road trip. They accommodated seeing our vehicle last minute to help diagnose the issue, were truly empathetic to understanding the bind it put us in having our van (aka home) in the shop, and not only fixed our transmission that we went in for but took the time to show us and walk us through some dangerous rust we had under the vehicle. We had had the van in a few other shops previously for a full inspection and other work and no one had notified us of the state of the rust. We felt this was the most honest, and compassionate service we have ever received when taking our vehicle to a shop, we wish we lived closer so that we could always work with this awesome team!

Trustworthy, reasonably priced, friendly! They did a great job on my car! I was very pleased with the work they did. They were very accommodating and took care of my car fast so I could get back to work. Very happy with thier customer service and I was very happy to find a repair shop I can trust in this valley that also happens to be reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys! Tell them I sent you over!

I got a car checked out before before buying it, they did an incredibly through inspection and let me know what would need work. It took a while, but I'd rather this kind of job done right than done fast. Thanks a lot to them for letting me know what I was getting into.

Highly recommend doing business with Rogue Automotive! Friendly customer service, reasonable prices. Took my 2008 Lexus RX350 to have oil cooling line replaced... came from California and they saved my life!! Was stranded in Medford for a day and they put me back on the road as quickly as they can. I highly recommend! 5 stars!!!!!

They did a great job! Brought my car in for an engine cleaning and didn't hear anything for a few hours so I decided to call in. Turns out the gentleman who was supposed to do the cleaning was evacuated due to the recent fires and when I replied saying I needed to come pick up my own car in case I got evacuated myself the gentleman said he'd get my car into the closest parking spot and be there to meet me with my keys. He just made everything happen so smoothly. Called in two days later for an appointment for my engine cleaning and they said they could see me right away!

This place was absolutely fantastic. By far the best experience I ve had at an auto shop. Dave and the entire team were great to work with. They explained to us exactly what was wrong with our truck, gave us great advice, and made the repairs as inexpensive as possible. They didn t try to push anything onto us that we didn t need and worked quickly to get us back on the road. 10/10, would recommend to anyone and everyone!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

300 miles from home just me & my puppy. We made a quick stop for a stretch & my car wouldn t start without warning. It was difficult to get any assistance as repair shops were booked weeks out. When I called Rogue Automotive and spoke with David, he was kind & although they had no openings for service, he was considerate to have someone from his busy crew assess my troubles & get me on my way. Thankfully it was something minor & that s what they did! I m so thankful for their help & excellent service. I had a real estate client who was visiting from out of town. Their jeep was having issues and I called for them first thing in the morning. Rogue Automotive was friendly on the phone then got them in for a same day appointment. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. It was valuable for my clients and rogue automotive made me look good in the process. I'll definitely be recommending them in the future.

My car started reading code for my catalytic converter so I had taken my car there, was told it would take about 3 days. I didn't get my car back for over 3 weeks and now it's been less than 3 weeks since I've had it back and it nearly blew up on me! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They offer excellent service and professional knowledge. They won't lie to you or low ball a price to get you to commit. Prices are fair for the work they do; they will also tell you when something will either need (or not need) to be fixed. They've maintained my Ford(s), Subaru(s), and Volkswagen(s) for 12 years now, and, so far, I've never had a car fail for mechanical/electrical issues on the road. (Tires, yes, but that wasn't their fault.)

My wife and I had a 5-star experience with Rogue Automotive. We were passing through Medford on our way to California when all of the sudden our check engine light came on and our car started shaking! Luckily Rogue was amazing enough to take us in spontaneously and have the problem fixed in about 2 1/2 hours! Great service, great people, and they even left us a bag of candy in our car...#respect

Very happy and satisfied with Rogue Automotive. They are so friendly and helpful. Gave me an estimate and stuck to it. They were able to replace my transmission with a warrantied used one and saved me more than $2000 based on the quote I got from my dealership. I highly recommend them for any auto needs!!

I brought my truck in to get my rotors checked (brakes are fine), power steering pump replaced, and water pump replaced. They charged over 3 times the price on the water pump and they never used all the new parts that came with it. Old parts were still on truck. They changed and charged me for a clutch fan. Not what I requested, nor did they ask prior to doing the work. When I picked up my truck the paperwork said I had a dirty air filter. That is complete BS because I had installed a brand new one the day before I took my truck in. They also said my tires were cupped and caused my brakes to chatter. My tires just needed some air. They never worked on the things that I brought my truck into them for. They made excuses not to take care of these things my truck needed. They did nothing with the power steering pump. Said my Radiator Cap was bad, yet it is fine. Be careful those of you who know nothing about auto mechanics. They gave me a bunch of baloney stories, after the fact, and I still need my work done. I now have to go somewhere else to take care of it, minus the money I had to spend with them on things I didn t need or were not done right. I ve always done my own work, but am no longer able. Was hoping for a great new mechanic that I could trust. They were completely not what I had hoped. Very disappointing.

I take my work truck in to be serviced regularly and everyone there is great. You walk in and they call you by your first name, and they keep you updated with the progress. Always top notch work.

Comunication is not their strong point, and it started feeling really sketchy. Made an appointment for diagnostics, and did a night drop for our vehicle. By closing the next day, they still had not contacted us, so I called 5 minutes before closing and they acted annoyed that I called. They said they needed more diagnostic time, so the next day which was a Friday they did the same thing. I called again at nearly closing and they said they would check with the mechanic and let me know. An hour after closing on Friday thry called and left me a voicemail saying "oh, well, sorry we missed you. I hope you didnt need your car this weekend, we are closing up shop and leaving until Monday."We opted not to have them work on our vehicle based on this experience.Service: Transmission

Excellent customer service! I am very happy and impressed with the outcome of the service needed on my car! I took my car multiple places trying to find a solution that wasn t going to break my bank. They had my car fixed within a day at half the price of the two other shops I visited. Highly recommend.....
