Ortiz has been my mechanic for the last 4 years. I can't say enough good things about him: he is honest, reliable, fast, and reasonably priced. He's helped me so many times, and it's so convenient to have him come to my house instead of having to arrange rides to a mechanic shop. I don't know what I would do without him.

Mr. Ortiz has been my only mechanic for at least a dozen years. He is an expert mechanic in my view, always courteous, and can quickly determine what's wrong with the vehicle. His prices are fair, his skills unmatched, and he's always a pleasure to do business with.

My water pump went out on me on Sunday night. I called on Monday morning. My call was answered right away. I explained my problem he was more than happy to come out as soon as possible. When he showed up he looked at my truck gave me a fair and decent quote. Now my truck is up and running. This man is the best mechanic and friendly. Thank you so much. Will be calling in future to work on my truck.

Great friendly guy. Showed up promptly, Fixed our driver's Ed car in no time at all , kept me informed on cost of parts and offered me options and was extremely reasonable. As someone that needs my cars working 110% this was an excellent choice.

Showed up quickly, got the problem figured out, disassembled everything quickly, got the parts ordered, got the vehicle back on the road in a very timely manner, very prompt, let us know what else we should replace and look for. Very happy with his work, Filepe is extremely knowledgeable, does a great job in a great time span, will definitely be referring him and using his services again.

Filipe saved our life! Our water pump on our food truck went out on our way to work, and he had us back on the road in under 2 days. Showed up within an hour of our breakdown, had the front torn down and part ordered within the next hour. Got us up and running the next morning after parts came. He took the time to also replace the pulley and thermostat while he was in there. We appreciate not having to do 2 different appointments for that! Only down 2 days, when it should ve / could ve been weeks! Everyone else we called was booked out. He was prompt, professional, and did everything he could to get us back on the road and making money. Thank you so much! Will absolutely be referring & returning for more work.

I only wish I could give this awesome man & mechanic 10 stars!!SO glad I found Mr Ortiz! He had my car repaired faster than any other mechanic I've ever worked with AND saved me a tow cost bc he's mobile & comes, fully equipped I might add, to you & your car. Mine broke down in my driveway, which required a tow & then left at my normal 2 mechanics for 5 days at 1 & a week at the other...ugh!Mr Ortiz thoroughly checks everything AND explains the process as he goes, which was very educational & informative for me. He replaced a CV Axle, after others had said head gasket issues were involved, which is a huge added expense. He showed me how he tests with a tool for head gasket issues & showed it was fine! Dodged that potential expense right there.The $75 charge to come to my door was far better than the $150 quoted to tow AND have no car for up to a week in all other alternative routes. I plan to use Mr Ortiz as my mechanic from now on & will gladly pay such a reasonable charge to never again pay double & more for tows etc. Anything to help keep his truck & services maintained, so he's available to us with such exceptional service.I can't express how much I appreciate & value all he did for me...and so professionally and with such an amazing & rare personality & spirit that was so refreshing....this is a truly good man, an example of a dying breed that deserves recognition & praise for that alone. Add his skill & convenience of coming to you, he's the BEST you'll find & will be my go to mechanic from here on.Love to Mr Ortiz & his family! May God bless you & your fantastic business!!

Ortiz is great. He came out to replace a starter in our Honda Civic. He was fast, efficient and most of all convenient. This guy knows what he's doing. He saved us from having to tow it and deal with a typical mechanic shop trying to charge us for things that weren't necessary.He's very attentive, responsive and friendly as well unlike another mobile mechanic I've dealt with around the area.Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! I called for service, left a message and was called right back and my vehicle was serviced early that same day! Mr. Ortiz was very friendly and knowledgeable, he did an excellent job on my vehicle. Mr. Ortiz also diagnosed a long time issue I have been having with the vehicle. That issue will be fixed as soon as the part comes in!Honest, and excellent service indeed! He and his lovely family are very joyful, and a pleasure to do business with.

Felipe is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I barely made it home from work when my car unexpectedly tried to break down on me. I was afraid to take it out on the road again so I looked up mobile mechanics. He came as soon as he could (within a half hour). He found the issue right away. Explained in great detail what the problem was and what parts he needed to get. He was back the next day (on a Saturday) to finish the job. The car runs better than it ever has! His rates are incredibly reasonable for a mobile service that comes to you. I will use his service from now on and recommend him to everyone who needs a mechanic. What impressed me most was his obvious integrity. I'm so happy I called him!

Had our brakes go out on our way out of Oregon pulling our camper. Ortiz Mobil Auto Repair made it to us in 45 minutes after calling and had our rotors, calipers and pads changed out in a little under 3 hours. This included him going to get the new parts! Wonderful service! I would recommend him to anyone!!

Well ok I'm a 62yrs young women all by my self went through many mobile repair no one would help me... 2weeks with out a car found Ortiz called me right back said he be out later afternoon or later with in 30 min mr Ortiz called me back said he's on he's way he not only found the problem he made me he's emergency now my car is running I would refer mr Ortiz to anyone. Great service, professional & well experienced work as well as great management of time. I'm very impressed with the quality of effort that he put into the job. My timing cover was stuck because of old rusted pins and in my attempt to take it off I cracked the cover and within ten minutes of working on it he spotted the crack I made which was a hairline crack, so it was very impressive that he was able to notice it as fast as he did. And after about almost an hour of work the cover was removed (mind you that I had been working at trying to remove this cover for two days!), come to find out I didn't even need to take it off and he gave me a great diagnosis of the problem and gave me some good solutions all and all worth every penny. If I ever need some help on any of my cars again Ortiz Mobile Auto Repair will be the first call I make. Thank you for your help only regret I have is not calling sooner. I highly recommend anyone reading this and asking themselves if they need help go ahead and make the choice to call it's the smart choice to make.

Where do I start, ok first of all my husband n I had broke down at night. We had called everyone that googled had listed as being a 24 Mobile mechanic and nobody answered the phone let alone called us back the next day no one got a hold of Ortiz mobile He was at our car in less than an hour with the parts pulled off and diagnosis done. Within a half hour after getting the part he had our car up and running like nothing has ever happen. I was amazed then and still am to this day. Thank u ! u we re heaven sent my friend. Anyone who doesn t give this man a first well it is what it is.

I called every high rated mobile mechanic in the area. Ortiz was the first to offer an inspection before telling me I had a major problem, costing thousands. Three hundred dollars later, and the cars tip top. Thank you Ortiz.

This wonderful husband and wife team came to the rescue of my children and self, as our break had completely fallen off due to a missing bolt! This happened exiting I-5 traveling from another state. Panic mom mode sets in for this lady!!! The Ortiz family gave up their Saturday on a holiday weekend, searching shop after shop for a bolt that would fit. Thank you so much for making sure our ride back home was safe.

I used Mr. Ortiz 2 times now. Both times I called him " a little too early " and woke him up. Both times he was very polite and said I am on my way. Gentleman was on time. He diagnosed the problem within five minutes. A bit expensive, but there coming to you, so what do you expect. When you find yourself in an emergency situation with your vehicle, these guys will come anytime. The others wont!

This man worked in the 104 degree weather on my daughters Mustang, he would not give up, even when I wanted too, Its very rare to have a mechanic doing everything he can to make my teenager happy with her car.... Cheryl
