Very nice guys. They provided me transport to my house and I appreciated the shop getting my van in very quickly. There was some confusion with the estimate as someone who wrote it up did not account for hrs worked but they ended up honoring the estimate that was given. Would return if I were to need more work done on my vehicle.

Possibly the best care my car has ever been in. Knowledgeable technicians, delightful staff, and very quick. I didn't feel lied to or overly upsold to, they mentioned a couple extra things my car could need and that was it, no pressure.

For any car repairs, Miller Autocare is my go-to! They were referred to me by a family member and now I also refer them to all my friends and co-workers. They are very professional, friendly, honest , quick and reliable. Also, affordable! I had an emergency trip that came up and I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in their schedule so I can get my car repair taken care of before I hit the road. I want to say thank you to Ricardo and the staff. I am happy to have a peace of mind while I travel to California today! Come and visit them, you will not be disappointed!

I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Miller. I ve had a persistent and finicky issue with a ford expedition that several reputable mechanics were unable to diagnose and successfully fix. I was able to get an appointment at Miller in a very reasonable time and they had me fixed and ready in a matter of hours- problem solved. I just did a cross country drive and the vehicle was problem free.They came recommended since they have some expert ford mechanics and I was not led astray. Highly professional and knowledgeable.

Great customer service. They quickly found and repaired my vehicle and provided shuttle service which was a huge help in my situation.I will continue to take my vehicles to Millers Auto Care in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing great auto repair.

These mechanics have been continuously professional kind and still provide excellent work. They are also at a great comparable price point. I highly recommend them and I spend over two hours shopping around don t waste your time. You can trust these mechanics.

Thought I had a detrimental brake failure. 5 dogs in the truck and just passing through. Explained scenario and they told me to bring it in, they will see what they can do. Once I arrived, they went straight to work on my truck. They found the failure was not as bad as I thought. Also, informed me my brakes are good and don't need to spend excess money on unnecessary service. They fixed the issue and taught me a little more about my truck including thins to keep an eye on. Thank you for your honesty and straight up good service. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs repair. Top quality people, nice shop.

Got my truck in on short notice while on a fire assignment. Only one thing they had a hard time getting access to my truck on the weekend. They put the key in the wrong box and wrong code.

We was traveling through Medford when our Power steering pump went out. My wife called just before closing and they said to have it there at 8am. When we got there they took our truck into a stall immediately and had us back on the Road by 10:00 am. We are still amazed at the professionalism and kindness they showed us. My wife is handicapped and on oxygen they even let us plug in her machine for O2. I would recommend Millers Auto to anyone. They are great. Thanks Ron C.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Had a great experience! My tailgate was broken on the day that I needed to haul a lot of heavy stuff for our business. They got me in very fast, and had me fixed within an hour. I could see they had plenty of other work to do and yet, to respond to my emergency made me feel valued, heard, and appreciated as a client. Driving away, I noticed that my window switches were repaired as well, which I did mention to them if they had time. I looked at my bill, which was already a super low price, because that wasn't on the bill. I called back to the shop to find out if they forgot to bill me and they just took care of that problem. They said it was a quick fix. I'm glad to have met an honest, service focused crew, at a long standing, locally owned and operated mechanic shop. Thank you guys, clearly you care!

I dropped my vehicle off because I had smoke coming up through my steering column. They looked at it but basically told me it was something totally unrelated, would cost $1300 to fix. Told them not to fix that. Charged me $99 for looking at it. Drove back to Montana, talked to my regular guy. It was the wiper stick, which had a short. So even though they're very nice at Miller, they didn't even check why I had smoke coming out of my steering column. Was disappointed.

Great honest people with a long history. Replaced my brakes and the NEW ones were defective and they didn't have any more so they upgraded me to better ones that were in stock for a big discount. Then they fixed my coil assembly and the mechanic was happy to bring out my old part and show me what/where he fixed it and how it worked. They even expedited the job knowing I had an important lunch date with my fiance' who was only going to be in town for another 2 days. <3 Good ol' service with good ol' prices and they stand behind their work 100%. Definitely going back, and recommending to friends.

We were traveling, and our air conditioner went out. Everybody was too busy to help. Theses guys got us in the next day and had us out by noon. Very professional! I only wish they were in our town!

I had a chance to see how Gary and his crew treat their customers with fairness and care. I was working with a guest at Grants Pass Toyota who wanted an older Avalon checked out by them, though our techs had already been through it. Long story short, Gary took his responsibility to heart for his longtime customer, and was also very fair and respectful to our dealership and me as a sales consultant. He kept me in the loop, honestly evaluated the vehicle, and recommended that she buy it. I highly recommend such an respectable business if you need auto repair in the south valley.

My experience was great from drop off to pick up. Friendly knowledgeable guy in the office and the mechanics were awesome and got my work done in a very timely manner. Definitely will come back again.

My experience at Miller's autocare was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with an Autocare center. The work was done on time, they care about the parts, and their quote was exact. I was more than impressed. If you really care about your car and want the work done right at a fair price, then I recommend taking your car to Miller Autocare center. They have a legacy of caring that has been going on for decades.

*updating my review* google prompted me to leave a review for the wrong shop! So sorry for th confusion. We had an awful experience with a different shop in the area, but at one point I had called Miller auto, and I got a notification to leave a review, I wasn't paying attention to the name of the shop. We actually do intend to have Miller Auto Care work on our vehicle in the future. They did a little work on another vehicle for ud earlier this year and were very efficient and nice to work with.Sorry for the low review earlier!
