I had brought my Malibu in for service on my steering wheel pump that died. I cannot tell you how fabulous Louis was, this was not an easy job as my car is quite difficult. But he figured it out, got my car back on the road beautifully! Always honest, caring and very compassionate as I'm a single Mom on a tight budget, Louis really did a fabulous job! I'm so impressed, if you need a great mechanic you have to go see them at Midas! I can't say enough good things about my experience here!! Thank you so much!!

Luis and Riley are awesome! I shopped around when I needed tires & brakes. This shop came in as the best deals for both. They take the time to explain everything. I 100% trust and count on them to keep my car in great shape & me safe on the road. Hanging out during car service time has become something I actually look forward to! How many people can say that about an oil change? Probably only the customers at this Medford Midas!

Midas is under new ownership, which I found out recently when I needed an oil change. Have gone to Midas before but the service had been questionable but this time the service was great. New employees and manager who are certified and knowledgeable and friendly. Riley made the experience enjoyable and can help you answer any questions that you may need. Check out the website for coupons. We will definitely be using Midas again in the near future.

I went to Midas and talked to Luis about doing an alignment on my geo metro. They noticed that my tire rods were not toed in properly and adjusted them free of charge. My car now drives smooth and straight.They are very kind, honest and respectful. I definitely recommend them.Thank you, Midas!

Took me on a busy Saturday at the end of the day and changed my headlight for under $90. Great place for competent work, reasonable pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Firestone quoted me $491 for the same job.

I sincerely appreciated Luiz taking the time in locating a sun visor for my 2000 Buick and agreeing to help me out. But the amount I was charged for the removal & installation of the sun visors was outrageous in my estimation.My bill was almost $150 for a matter of minutes that it took them to complete both jobs. Unfortunately for them I won't be returning ever again!

If I could give 0 stars I would!. I came for a check engine light on and an alignment and they did nothing but to make my vehicle worse I tried getting my money back they denied DONT COME TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Very courteous, knowledgeable staff, not only an affordable oil change and multi-point inspection on my Rav4, but they found a safety concern with the brakes which they repaired in a timely manner.I also brought my wife's Lexus in, for an oil change and they checked the alignment at no charge and found out it was just low air in the front tires, saving us a bundle!I must add, their oil change price for synthetic blend is better than most others regular oil! On way from Grants pass, we heard something fall off or fall out of the bed of truck. After getting off the freeway, in my husband's 1990 f150, it was apparent what we heard was the header bolts falling off. We found Midas near by and when we pulled in, the mechanics knew exactly what to do. Replaced bolts that were missing off the header quicker than a pit stop. These guys saved the day!! So friendly and helpful, got us on the road 30 mins later. Great service, awesome staff we give Midas in Medford, Oregon A++++++++++++++. In August my husband and I received service for our Ford flex. Oil change/filters/rotating tires. Made appointment online that came with a discounted oil change with synthetic oil. When our car was done and time for payment. I had to press the matter of being priced indifferent for oil change. Of the sum of 63.73 instead of the 29.99 synthetic oil change coupon submitted. After Louis V the desk clerk continually argued I was wrong, even after I showed my email and price quoted per coupon. I decided to swallow my anger up and submit to the sum of my bill. $84.58Drove our car away thinking this will be our last incident with Midas and Lois. Unfortunately the next day where they changed our cabin air filter were grease handprints on my glove box area. I decided to detail clean the inside. That's when I got to the cabin filter side, and these black grease handprints and engrossed black shadow appeared. Upon cleaning/spraying mind you the rest of car was fine and detailed nicely accept where they touched and half attempted using some chemical I assumed and it resulted in damage. Called left message, no answer after four days. Went down to ask for manager, unfourtunetly his day off. Left a complaint to him via desk clerk. Manager the next day texted from personal cell phone asking for pictures. Quickly and accordingly sent them back. Third week passes, no contact husband texts Manager on number he addresses us from. Only to be texted back "this is a personal text please don't contact me through. Hmmm...waited cpl more days for any word and by a month trying to reach out, being ignored went down again. That's when Manager said it's out of my hands I forwarded to our district manager. This is after Lois/manager came to car to see damage. An Lois took the rude approach towards me and basically tried to flip this problem on us. Even when I had pointed out the grease hand print and the chemical damage. The way that desk clerk Lois spoke to me as a woman was horrendous. The manager just observed and did nothing. Lois left finally. After finally calmly talking to manger he gave us a card to send pictures and complaint to this email address. Waited it's now October no word via email,phone, pigeons nothing. We called corporate and was told our claim submission was declined and to take it up with the Midas LLC privately owned. An that this is a civil matter to take to court against owner.Upon looking at reviews, better business bureau I'm not sure how this establishment continues on.1 Pic -circled hand& fingers grease stain.2 Total damages zoomed out to show chemical damages.Guess we will let our insurance company go after them.

Took vehicle for ac work. Had tech diagnose system and I was adviced changing a part. Had part replaced and took car home. The same exact problem was still present after service. I took the vehcile back a couple of days later and explained that vehcile ac system was still not working and showing same signs of malfucntion prior to repair. Austin took the car and had techs re-check it again. According to Austin, the techs had truck running for an hour and found no issues with system. Picked up vehcile again and drove it home. While on drive back, I noticed the same exact problem I mentioned the first time I took it to Midas and before the "repair" was made. I took vehicle back for the 3rd time and explained that the same issue is still present and demanded an explanation as to why the system is still not fixed. Austin stated that "AC systems are finicky and not easy to repair", yet I was charged $60 for an advanced leak detection and was assured on the first visit that the faulty part was detected and system was repaired and working perfectly. Yesterday, I received a call from Austin stating that my ac compressor is leaking and want to charge over $800 to fix the problem. After spending $600 prior to have the ac system fixed and still not operarional, I feel that the techs of midas do not know what they are doing and are just throwing parts at a car to see if they can try to fix them without properly diagnosing the cause before charging a customer.Found out what the problem was. It was NOT THE COMPRESSOR as stated by the incompetent employees at Midas. It turned out it was the high pressure switch on top of compressor. Midas wanted to charge me $800 for a new compressor, stating it was leaking. What was leaking turned out to be a $15 part. These mechanic did not perform a complete diagnose and therefore were expecting me to pay to have them throw parts at the car. I bought a UV leak kit and I found the problem within minutes. I would not trust this shop to perform any type of work on any car and I would stay clear from this shop. As shown in the pictures, it was a very simple part to change. It turned out that the the o-ring was worn and the switch itself had a crack causing the refrigerant to leak out. Bottom line, this shop is filled with crooks.

All sales oriented, $$$$$ is the most important thing to them. Could not even diagnose the issue but wanted me to just replace one thing after another while paying for each repair until the issue was resolved. Ummm No!

They can always get me in fast and their prices on most things are quite reasonable! Though, they sometimes seem to have trouble keeping track of what they did for you last time. Like they tried to tell me I needed something expensive done to my car, but they had done that very thing 2 months prior... but other than that, they are reliable.

It was time to get oil change. Midas in Medford reached out to me to schedule. I love that due to the fact that I caregive 24/7 for my Dad that is 91. I have no extra brain power much less time to keep track. I asked them to check tires and replace bulbs as well as put new brakes on front. They called and said tires were dangerously worn out.A picture was texted to me and after giving me a great deal and being approved for Midas credit card I said let's do it. So I drove there and was assured car would be finished that day. I not only got a ride provided to and from my House. The mechanic has checked with me several times to assure their work was up to my standard. They went above and beyondI was treated with respect and kindness evey step of the way. I will continue to be a customer at Midas and refer others. I have to say Luis is so kind and professional. In the world today we need people like him. I am a faithful Midas patron.

Understaffed, lack of communication on a coupon being offered, what was said to be a 30 minute oil change turned out to be 1.5 hours with no apologies. Than left my car on the rack while they went to lunch, stay away from this place!
