Dropped my truck off at 9am and got it back in under 3 hours, also the price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone 3 days prior to my visit. Highly recommend these guys!

Great service! They repaired the heat exchanger for our pool heater, saving us thousands of dollars not having to purchase a new one, and finished up quicker than scheduled, which we were very happy about. Friendly and courteous too!

Radiator repaired in a timely manor. The owner is very pleasant.Just remember to ask for your cap if you take it there! My son dropped it off and I picked it up not knowing he had left it with the cap. A new one was less than the gas to retreive the old one.

Had years of the best of service @ Medford radiator.When I leave the cap on a radiator that I've dropped to be repaired, that means I'd like that cap tested "professionally".When it comes back without the cap, that means the old cap was tested and "failed testing" it is "junk" that leaves me to purchase it wherever I prefer to get it. Medford Radiator has great pricing and still costs me less to purchase it from themThan I pay with my wholesale discount thru myParts store.This most recent radiator I dropped off for repair with the cap, came back with a new & slightly different cap as I had over looked that the old cap was not the proper poundage for that application and he caught my mistake and provided a new cap that was the correct application for the vehicle.As many of the local truck & auto repair businesses in Medford "THEY KNOW THIER BUSINESS! & TAKE CARE OF THIER CUSTOMERS!

Prompt service, meticulous attention to detail, and sound advice. I was told I'd be good for another 6 months or so, but wanted the service prior to leaving for a 6oo mile trip, mostly in desert. And.. The price was right!

Need a radiator flush on my Jeep Cherokee. First place I went to had a faulty pump machine so they recommended that I come to Medford Radiator Service and they got me in right away. Gave me a good flush and diagnose a couple of issues. Great service decent pricing for everything they did no complaints

my grandpa had the replace his radiator re here about a month ago, on the way home the belt shredded in his truck and ripped all the transmission lines out we have determined that the cause of the problem was the pulley not being put back correctly by the radiator shop we have since replaced the water pump and the truck still does this.Update 5 months later in the truck is still not fixed we cannot figure out what this radiator shop did to our truck if you want to running vehicle do not go here

I research the best prices because I don t make much money. These guys have the best prices in the valley from my searches. Throughout the years I ve bought 3 radiators from these guys, the last one had a factory defect and they honored their one year shop warranty with no hassle (eight months later). I would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends.

OMG. This was perhaps the best auto repair experience I have ever had. My 1969 firebird had experienced some issues with the cooling system. I called Medford Radiator Services on Monday and asked if they could work on my vehicle. They said yes and I brought them the vehicle on Monday, late afternoon. I told them I needed the vehicle back by close of business on Thursday so I could get it ready for the Crescent City Sea Cruise car show. They said it would be no problem. Lisa was very reassuring. I spoke with Lisa on Tuesday and she mentioned that they had performed a pressure check on the system and it checked out okay, however she believed I would be best served if I got a new radiator since the current radiator appeared to be the original and was in desperate need of replacement. Since I have had previous issues with overheating a few years ago, I gave Lisa the go ahead to swap out my old radiator for a new one. On Wednesday, I stopped in to check on the progress of the radiator swap. Lisa mentioned that they had shipped the wrong radiator, but the correct one was on its way. Lisa again reassured me it would be ready by Thursday. I picked up my vehicle on Thursday as promised. The new radiator had been installed, new hoses included and the work was flawless. My appreciation goes out to Lisa, and the staff or Medford Radiator Services. Both employees I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for all you did for us.

When in a bind or just need a radiator or fuel tank service, these are the guys to turn to. Zack and Billy crushed my leaky RV radiator problem and you will not find a more competent radiator tech out there. They put in 8 hours plus to get me back on the road with my new old 1975 12000 lb rv with a Swiss cheese radiator. Use them. You not be disappointed.

Lisa and her husband are very knowledgeable and helpful. The replacement radiator failed, they replaced it with no additional expense. Wonderful people and work done.

I'm proud to boast about my radiator failure, it was replaced with a larger flow radiator, very nice, in get this, 2hrs!!!what!!!no, no there's more. Total cost 500.;)that's right, that's INSTALLED, in a f250 superduty,INSTALLED. Thank you all at Medford Radiator.

Medford Radiatior used to be a great place, then Zack bought it and he is a crook. I am on my 3rd radiatior in three years and he does not care at all. He just relaced this radiatior for the three time last week and told my wife to come pic up the car after hours. When she drove the car home it would not shift correctly. I called Zack and he said the trasmission fluid my be low, so I checked it. No fluid showed up on the dip stick. I called him and asked why he would let a car leave his shop with no transmission fluied, he said you always loose some when changing the radiatior and it is not his job to top it back off. I told him that he lost more then a little, he said "what do you want me to do about it?" I will never use this place again, Zack is a ripoff and does not know what he is doing!! I needed my old car's gas tank boiled out. They quoted me $300. I did it myself for under $20 with a little research and 3 gallons of Purple cleaner.
