DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I literally had to pick up HIS tools and finish a simple radiator change. We showed up and all 6 quarts of my oil was on his floor. Then He charged us more than qouted. When we discovered more needed to be done they locked the doors and hid from us! The next day on the road we discovered they never tightened the threaded side of the fittings for the oil lines. I was stranded on the highway again working on the truck. They refused to answer our calls.This shop needs to be shut down.

BEWARE!!!! Mel the owner was suppose to fix a wiring issue with our ford Windstar mini van, he had our van for a month when he told us to come get it because it was fixed. The first time we shut the engine off we got stranded, the problem was not fixed at all. We towed it back to his shop. A lot of time went by and when we would call he wouldn t answer, we would leave voice mail messages and he wouldn t return our calls.multiple time we went to his shop and no one was there neither did we see our van!!! 3 months had gone by and nothing....Crater Ford calls me said they got our info from the DMV. The service manager said they had our van and that Mel had put the wrong wiring harness in it and for the wrong year and fried our computer, he also said he needed $800.00 for their services or they were keeping the van that still didn t run( at this point for a more serious issue than it started with). We never authorized or knew that Mel was taking our van to ford!!!! When we finally got ahold of Mel he was sorry and also angry with Crater Ford said he needed a $50 part from them....In the end we lost our van and a set of brand new tires that were on the van with less than 1000 miles on them. Mel agreed to make it up to us by finding a motor for my teenage sons car, the deal was we would pay for the rebuilt motor and he would install it for free for the fiasco with the van. He has had my sons car since April, many phone calls to him and he said he was having trouble finding a good motor for this common car ( mercury grand marquis) he did call and say he found one but after further inspection it was no good. Mel apologized for the delay and said he was trying that was in November...8 months . We again have tried weekly to contact Mel and again he isn t answering or returning calls which is a terrible sign! 2 nights ago I get a bill in the mail from a towing company for towing and storage etc. Mel has again released one of our vehicles with out authorization or communications with us! If you want to keep your car and have it fixed by a legitimate mechanic avoid Mechanics corner at all cost. He will not fix your car and it will disappear. The same car has been on his lift in his shop for over a year, I can t help but wonder what poor soul trusted this man to fix their car and like us never seen their car again. I feel bad for my son as this was his first car and he was so excited about it.

My mechanic is awesome, he's real busy cause he's that good. Maybe I shouldn't have let the cat out of the bag, he's got enough business by word of mouth already! Very honest and reasonable rates. I love him he's always done right by me!

Mel is our family mechanic, works for the cars and not necessarily for the money; very friendly and knows what he's doing. Knows my car inside and out, and can determine the problems over a phone call sometimes. Good prices too.

He is decent priced. My car still has issues that I have paid two times to be fixed. My moms mechanic figured it out without a problem in 15. Wish I would have went to him first would have saved almost a grand.

My car has been in the shop for a month and 3 weeks I've been told many times it would be ready by a certain date yet every time that date comes i have to wait. I would not recommend this business to anyone i went in for a tune up and ended up with a new motor

Mel is a funny, honest, hardworking guy that knows his stuff. He has shop cats, so you know he's going to give you a good deal.
