Got a nail taken out and patched on my jeep...for NO CHARGE!! I hadn't even purchased these tires from them ( came on my new car I bought couple yrs ago). I have bought tires before from this location but not these. Thank you so much for quick and excellent customer service. I will always use Les Schwab for tire stuff. Thank you! Jeep Andy

I didn't have a torque wrench over 80 lbs. They set my bearing nuts at 167 for me just because I asked. No charge. That is why i always go to Les Schwab. They always take care of me, even on the tail end of a diy.

Jesus and Brennan were absolutely great and helpful. Josh is running an excellent store and operation. Les Schwab would be proud of these young men

Tire shredded after 2 years of use broke apart in pieces and stranded me on the freeway. This is the 2nd time this happened with them. The first time they assured me it was a fluke and I believed them. I m retired and drive very little. Shoddy, dishonest, do not recommend

This location really delivers on the brand promise! I came in with a concern, turned out to be nothing and it was SO fast. Got the driveway way greeting, all the employee's were engaged and seemed happy to be there.Thanks a ton.

This place is fantastic!! I got a flat tire on my way home from WA and drove until I seen this town first thing in the morning. Not only did they help me immediately, but they patched my tire from the inside, plugged it from the outside and put it back on my car. They were professional, nice, place was very clean. And they did all this FOR FREE. Ive never been a customer if theirs, I don't live anywhere nearby so I will never be a customer, and still they took care of me FOR FREE. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Great- 5 stars-

I've moved north to Eugene but I still prefer this location and visit whenever I'm down. They always have me in and out in record time while being thoroughly informative and they make sure I'm not leaving with any questions. I also appreciate that they don't prey on my anxiety to nudge me into renewing services earlier than necessary.Medford location, you'll always be my fave! Thank you!

Friendly workers, clean bathrooms, and they discovered a flaw with my tires, took responsibility, and replaced them at no charge. Just restored my faith in humanity tbh.

Don't let them waste your time, head over to Discount Tire instead. Pulling a travel trailer on a trip up to Washington state. Called this Les Schwab the night before and they said come in the morning and we will fix you right up. Pulled in the next morning, said it would be about an hour for 3 tires. Came back to the shop after 2 hours and they hadn't touched it. It wasn't even busy. Called Discount Tire just up the road near the Fred Meyers, they had me out the door and on the road in less than 25 minutes. Discount tire was cheaper as well by over $100.

Stopped in Medford overnight on our drive down to California from Vancouver BC. Noticed a piece of metal in my tire tread late that night. I walked in when they opened the next morning and they were able to pull out the metal and see that there was no damage to my tire. All free of charge. Thank you Le Schwab for the great service and piece of mind.

The reason for my visit was to check inflation on my tires. Though it was a new car in their system, they seemed happy to do a check for me and filled tires to prescribed pressures. Prices there are reasonable and customer service is excellent, for which I will always return as a customer.

Service is fast and friendly but when people drive nice vehicles there wearing nice clothes they should use a clean person to move cars. My Range Rover and brand new pants the door handle steering wheel and shifter all have grease and black debri from tires and oil. Not stoked about having to trash my pants and do a thorough cleaning on my truck but I guess it is what it is. Why not use the office front desk workers to move vehicles?

Fantastic service. I have over 54,000 miles on my 2017 Toyota Highlander.I scheduled an online appointment for a free brake check as I have never gone this many miles without a break service. The technician checked all four breaks, all were 6 or 7 mm thick.Lots of miles left. No charge for brake check.Thank you Les Schwab. I will be back when I need brakes or tires.

Fast, easy, didnt take long at all and they were busy with a lot of customers. Well staffed and they always aim to please. I always get their free road trip check-up, tires, wiper blade replacements, battery, etc, from Les Schwab for many years. Love the extras they do for customers, and wouldn't hesitate to seek out their location in any city. Thank you Les Schwab staff for all you do!!

I cannot say enough good things about this Les Schwab location! The people are honest, nice, and worked to find the best price for me. They didn't try to sell me the highest priced tires. They explained my options and helped me pick the best ones based on my use of the car. And, they worked quickly to get us in and out. We came here because they helped us out before in an emergency. They took care of the car and us. Then, they wouldn't take any money for it. They said they were glad to help. So, when it came time for tires, we went straight to them! They have earned our trust and business-and, our gratitude!

They told me that I was missing a camber bolt and gave me an estimate for $200 to have it replaced. I took my car to my mechanic and they said no camber bolt was missing. It sounds like multiple people involved at this shop were trying to scam me out of $200.I called and left a voice mail about this and they called back saying they could "explain what my mechanic found," rather than apologizing. I paid $95 to have my mechanic inspect my car.I will not be returning to this Les Schwab.

Every time I come I am greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude and given helpful information, and most of the time at no charge. They go above and beyond, are always quick and I always leave with a smile on my face!

Service was swift and superb as I anticipated. I have had Les Schwab tires in the past and recall the warranties cannot be beat. It was time, so I rolled in on my spare and out with a brand new, safe pair...well, set. The receptionist was helpful in explaining the ture process and how they wear, but was helpful in quickly expediting our additional questions to a tire specialist/technician.

Johnny on the spot.Always friendly.Always courteous.They get lots of repeat customers because of their awesome service that extends out for the life of their tires.They recently replaced my car's tpow batter with a brand new one AND re-started a second brand new 7-year warranty that kicked off that very day. Not bad.The onliest thing was that I had to go fetch it. But that's good too because I can always use the exercise and there's nothing I enjoy more than ripping up the roadway on my 35 mph home brew E-bike.

My 53 trailer attached to semi truck got flat tire and I had a spare tire I went to Petro Phoenix, OR with attitude they told me 2 to 3hours wait. I did check in then I found this place only 3 miles from Petro I called they got me in right away and charged under $40 for replacing my inner tire of trailer. I was out in 30 min rolling. Huge place to come in with trailer easy in n out. Great place with awesome service

My family has been going here for over 40 years. Best tire shop in the Northwest! Very helpful if is a small thing they will do for free which is really neat!
