The air conditioner in my little 2005 Mazda6 was not working and they fixed what was broken and I got it back in two days. They do a great job and the young man was very friendly. This is the second time I have used their services in the last wo years and highly recommend them.

Tried to have them fix one (simple) problem, and was told they wouldn't do it without replacing an entire assembly piece - an extra $500. Even though every other mechanic I called in town told me they could. When I informed them I was going to have my car towed to another mechanic for a second opinion, they tried to up my bill $50 from what was stated originally before I made the decision to not have them fix it. They have done this to me before, and another friend in the past. Spoke to me like I was dumb, tried to tell me other issues were wrong that should be looked at, etc. Do not go to this shop if you are woman, they will not treat you fairly!

I just want to thank the folks at Keith Schultz Garage. My truck back in about September had electrical problems. They fixed it. Then in Febuary,I decided to take my car in for a tune up and oil change. Since I use my car for work, I needed to make sure it runs great. They did it in no time and I was on my way. I would highly reccomend these guys!

Great Service and price. Jake was awesome and so was the guy who did the repair. Suspected starter problem and they confirmed (without a huge diagnostic charge attached)Took awhile to get the car scheduled but good things are worth waiting for :) Less expensive than a couple other quotes I was given and they did a great job. Quick too once I got car in there.Update...starter only lasted just under 2 years. Still under warranty so they honored that. Kind of apprehensive as to how long this one will last??Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been without heat/air conditioning for a year now. Every place I wanted to take my truck to wanted to use up labor charges to trouble shoot my issues. This was one of a few times I knew exactly what was wrong. They listened to my concerns and got straight in there and fixed the problem. While in there, they found something else needing replacement. Instead of not saying anything, they called me with exact item cost and just a little extra labor and got the job done. They saved me hundreds in labor fees.For me that makes a great mechanic!!! I'll be back for sure. My family always trust Keith Schulz Garage and we are never disappointed. Recently, I had to have the hybrid battery replaced in my 2008 Mecury Mariner. When the first one ordered from a company in Portland did not work, they replaced it and payed the shipping and all labor without even complaining. This was despite the fact the real fault lay with the Portland company selling a faulty battery. I appreciate them, and my car now runs like new!

Came in and spent $840 to fix an issue with a sound when turning left, and a specific loud crunch noise right at 11mph. I thought I had explained it in thorough enough detail that my problems would be fixed when I got my car back. They just replaced other parts and did not fix my problems. When I asked if they would make it right by fixing the problems that I had actually payed to fix, they were going to charge me more money to fix them. Don t recommend going there, doesn t seem like they drive the cars to actually test the issues that you tell them about. I used to recommend this place to my friends with car troubles and as a family we have spent more than $6,000 here and we unfortunately will not be continuing business with them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I drive a fleet vehicle and I had two years of deferred maintenance that included a difficult to diagnose issue with the 4x4 system. A short conversation and a ride and we had the answer. Took my truck there for a timing chain replacement. Had to return twice for oil leaks in timing cover. Ended up taking it to another shop to get it fixed right. Now I have to take them to small claims court to get reimbursed for work done. Don't bother with this shop, not worth the headaches. Owner contacted me after I posted this review and offered me $500 for refund. It cost me $1200 to get it repaired. I countered with $700. He requested I modify the review, so I upgraded to a two star. I would have removed it if he refunded full amount.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We had a wonderful experience with Keith Schultz garage! Having car troubles is never fun but everyone was so kind and helpful. The repair was done even quicker than I expected. Would highly recommend.

Lucky to find this place on a family trip. Got us right in and checked the car over. They let us know the check engine issue was nothing too serious and we could continue our trip without concern. Great service!

Transmission repair work. They came very well respected but after having poor communication from staff and owner and not having a car for 6 weeks I needed to report them on google and contacted the Oregon Department of Justice. Very disappointed! Fingers crossed the parts they installed work and I don t have to go back. No help with a car rental and was just laughed at for asking even though it was on them to get the parts. They kept getting in non working parts. No discount either after sitting with the owner. The department of justice even said I should file because 6 weeks is not ok. I had a sit down with the owner He did listen though so I ll give him that. If I don t say anything they get away with this kind of business. It could be because of my gender or age. These guys go above and beyond to help you! They not only fixed the issues with my vehicle, they also took my vehicle to DEQ for me! I did not even ask them to do that! It saved me a trip! They found and fixed an obscure issue with my vehicle that I was afraid was going to cost me thousands of dollars or force me to get a new car because of the expense. I am SO impressed with this shop!!! While driving into Medford for a doctor's appointment on a recent Friday afternoon, my truck starting making a horrible noise. My steering wheel even started shaking. They looked at it right away and found the problem, my driveshaft center support had broken. They took me to my appointment and picked me up afterwards. When they took it for a test drive they heard another noise which turned out to be really loose lug nuts on a front tire which is dangerous. Wow, all this repaired in about 2.5 hours. Was sent their way by a colleague whose father just had work done here. Called that afternoon, dropped it off overnight. They had a quote and parts were ordered the next morning. Parts came in the next day and they got me my truck back in less than 3 days from my original call, and came in under estimate. Their service from multiple folks that work there was outstanding and friendly, will definitely be using them for future work. My truck may not look like much, and it may be pretty old and have some dings and dents, but its been with me long time and I love that truck. They put the same care and love into my truck that I would put into it, and that counts for a lot in my book.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Dodge Ram 1500 was having some issues with the electrical system, and I brought it in for a check. The technicians discovered that I needed a throttle body replacement, and a new socket board in the rear passenger taillight assembly. After I dropped the truck off for service, Adam shuttled me back home in a smooth riding, comfortable electric vehicle. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. You just don't find that at the large dealerships these days. In addition, the labor costs were quite reasonable, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs which my truck received.

We are new to town, and some friends recommended this garage. I am really glad for this referral because this garage provides excellent service. We will definitely come here again for our 99 Ford F350 diesel truck.The gentleman at the front desk was not only very knowledgeable but thorough. He spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me going over everything in detail when it was time for the repair. When I declined certain things there was no pressure to do them. Once I picked up the vehicle, I looked over the work carefully and saw that it was done with precision. What more could you want from the garage?Oh, one more interesting detail about this garage. They operate on a first come first serve basis. So there s no need to make an appointment. Just pull up in front of the shop be prepared to drop your car, and they ll get to it ASAP. In our case we waited three days to get our car back but there was a lot of work that needed to be done. A Week an a half before Christmas an this shop / these guys found the problemAnd fit my 2 Wheel Drive Manual Dodge 2500 (Sam) in !!!!!!! These guys are absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you so very much.... As much as I hope I don't have to come back ;)). I have a vehicle and life happens....Schulz should get Ten Stars!!! Thank You again...Btw way it was a faulty thermostat causing an unusual vehicle code....total head scratcher....

Great service, I was worried about the time.. But they were checking and testing.. Turns out, it was a seal..and not the whole Power Steering Pump! Thank you Keith Shultz, for being honest, and saving me $500.00! Will definitely be back.

I was impatient at first, but these guys are amazing! Prices are reasonable and they were honest and didn t try to take money from me. I appreciated their honestly and professionalism and advice!! My check engine light was on and I took it to autozone and it said something about my coolant valve so I took it to these guys and they told me not only something was wrong with my coolant valve, but my battery in my Prius was also going out! They took care of it in a timely manner and I will definitely be coming back for any other car problems (let s hope not) lol I recommend them 10/10 and I was referred to Schulz Garage by a friend!
