Fantastic service! Our work vehicle broke down and I gave them a call as they were one of the closest shops near us. They graciously offered to have it fixed in the same day so that we could get it back on the road and to our own customers. This is the shop that we are all looking for when we need something fixed. They knew exactly what to replace and had us back to our customers in just a couple hours. They have affordable prices as well. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my vehicle needs. Thank you Jantzer crew for doing a great job and being so professional. I like your new shop as well great work!

My experience the Jantzer has been excellent. Great work, fair pricing, reliable, honest, personable and approachable. If they don t do it - like body work - they ve guided me to those they trust. Lithia Toyota told me my car needed a new engine, $7100 total. They had my car for a total of 3 days. I took it to Jason for a second opinion - within 20 minutes he was able to tell me the problem was likely the cracked water pump. $370 repair and a day and a half later my car was ready for pick up. 10/10 would take my vehicles here again, but hopefully I don t have to.

Came in this week for a wobble with my car. I'm pretty mechanically inclined so Greg had me come in and help him troubleshoot. He was really honest and I learned a lot from him. Its rare to find a good honest mechanic

Friendly. But when the Alameda Fire hit and burned their old shop to the ground. My friends SUV was there being worked. Cone to find out that they did not carry insurance and they would not cover my friends loss. Not reputable in my book. Would never recommend this shop

These guys are amazing! My dad introduced me to Jason almost 2 years ago, and I've been bringing my trucks here ever since. They do quality work with affordable prices. Family owned businesses are the best, and I definitely recommend them! Oh, and the shop dog Mocha is just as great as the guys ;-) Thank y'all so much for treating my family and my trucks so well!

An unassuming shop where people work on vehicles. They are always on time and do great work. They even tolerate all my custom parts that come with no instructions. Great place.

As soon as my car broke down Jason made arrangements to see my jeep right away. Within minutes he had a good idea of what was wrong and didn't waste time or money trying to figure out the problem. I got my jeep back in a day. He was very kind, professional and honest. He is definitely my go to and I will gladly refer him to anyone. I have traded with Jason Jantzer for 20 years; he is an amazing mechanic and always fair. Whenever I have had a problem with a repair I simply return and he has always made sure we re satisfied customers.Recently, the shop burned to the ground in a terrible wildfire, I pray that the Lord provides for them so they re back in business in no time!

I went there and he was nice and fixed my problem. The same problem happened a year later but he didn't write up a order slip so I was not in the computer. I asked to speak with him because they wanted to charge me for a diagnostic test. He came out and all I was hoping for was that he remembered me after I explained it because I was not in there computer. He was very short with me and rude. He hooked up the same machine as he did prior that told him what he needed to fix. He didn't need to get a diagnostic test then and he fixed it. But now he wanted me to get the test done. I will never use him again. I just wanted it fixed I was not looking for any kind of warranty or anything of that matter but they made me feel like I was. While I was there another man was having problems with kinda the same thing they fixed his car and he was back 6 months later with the same problem. I will never suggest them to anyone. If you choose to use them make sure to find out about warranty and get a receipt

We stopped at jantzer because we had an issue with our traction control. We are traveling from Seattle to Arizona with 7 kids and pulling a travel trailer. No time or patience for car problems! It was lunch time at the shop, but they still took the time to help us out! Great people, great service.

Jantzer Automotive is just minutes from my home. Jason the owner is a stand up Christian guy, and treats his customers fairly. Fair prices, excellent work. I trust my life with his repairs. Think about your car and it could mean your life if you had bad repairs at another mechanic's shop. Austin one of his employee's is also right on the money. Again, I trust Jantzer, I am a former policeman and know how important keeping my vehicle in shape is important .Jantzer is the word !

We broke down in Medford while we were there from out of town on a business trip. It was a Sunday so we had the tow truck driver take our car to Jantzer without ever having spoken to them. Jason fixed our car first thing Monday morning and had us back on the road. We are so grateful!

As I was new in town, I took a vehicle here when I had a problem since it was closest to where I broke down. $300 later, I was told that it would be another $1200 to repair the vehicle. It wasn't worth that. So I purchased a new vehicle thinking this one was toast. Then, oddly this shop wanted to purchase my broken vehicle. I declined. Now, 2 inspections later by mechanics thinking about buying what I thought was a ruined vehicle I have been told that this shop lied to me, over-charged me, incorrectly diagnosed the issue, and that they probably just wanted to rebuild it and charge me a ton, or try to buy it and resell it. Pretty lousy to hear. Do your research, find people you can trust.

This is the only place to take your car or truck. Very fast and friendly people to work with. The price is right. I had my own shop for 28 years and Jantzer Automotive is the only shop that I have found that does the job my way A+ A+ A+

Went to Jantzer s because of a fuel delivery problem, that was the only thing I needed looked at to determine what s wrong and how much it would cost to fix. They took it upon themselves to replace and undiscussed rotor cap and button and charged me $250.00.They did nothing re what I was there for.

I brought in my car to an unknown place not sure of how things were going to go. Everything wrong with the car was taken care of by the professionals at Jantzer Automotive and I came out very pleased and comforted by the, problem free, running car. Thanks for fixing my car !

Broke down passing through Medford. Found the guys at Jantzer Automotive, had my van towed there and they took care of me with a timely repair at a fair price. Got out of Medford that afternoon.

Worked on my ac system replaced compressor still not working right replaced condenser worked ok 6 months later ac stopped working took back had to replace condenser failed ac worked for a week seemed to be blowing so so air took back again and they checked the system and told me the EVAP coil was bad so that would be $850 after I've put $1500 into repairs and had to bring it back 7 times so I took it to another shop to have it checked and they could not find anything wrong EVAP coil good so they would have replaced the EVAP coil when it was not necessary and charge me $850

Terrible services, took my truck Monday they called me on Tuesday saying it would be ready on Wednesday afternoon called Wednesday to see if it ready and then they said it would be ready Thursday at the end of the day went Thursday and nothing they just had my truck sitting their didn t even touch terrible services don t recommend!.

Came in to get issue checked out, allowed for me to swap part myself as it was a easy fix and allowed me to use their tools. Great people, great price
