I always dread having to deal with car salesman, but this was a very pleasant non-pressured experience in leasing a Tucson PHEV! After comparison shopping, Hyundai Medford, worked with me to gain my business and trust. Alberto was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. The deal was worked out over the phone, so I didn t have to waist a whole day going back and forth negotiating the deal. I think I m going to love this PHEV and it sure doesn t hurt that Oeron is playing me a great rebate!

Five-Star Review for Hyundai Medford, Especially Jordan BellonFrom the moment I stepped into Hyundai Medford, I knew my experience was going to be unlike any other. As a 100% disabled veteran dealing with PTSD among other mental health challenges, outings and interactions can be overwhelmingly difficult for me. But on February 29, a leap year day filled with apprehension, I decided to purchase a new vehicle, a decision that brought me to Hyundai Medford.The staff, with Jordan Bellon leading the charge, extended a level of kindness, patience, and understanding that went far beyond what one might expect. In a world where I often find myself retreating, they created a sanctuary of calm and comfort. Jordan and the team were intuitive to my needs, providing coffee and a soothing presence, acknowledging and respecting my space and state of mind with a grace that I seldom encounter.Their exceptional customer service, coupled with a genuine care for their customers, made what could have been a stressful situation into a memorable and positive one. The empathy and dedication displayed by Jordan and everyone at Hyundai Medford have not only won my trust but also my heartfelt gratitude.To Hyundai Medford, and especially to Jordan Bellon, thank you for not just selling me a vehicle, but for providing a sense of ease and normalcy in my life. Alberto Salas is hands down one the best sales people ever. He is personable, kind and focused my experience on me while also lending his expertise and knowledge about vehicles to make sure I walked away happy. I was originally scheduled with another sales person to look at inventory and let me just say I had a guardian angel who sent me Alberto. I would have not bought a vehicle the other day if I got the other sales person that is a fact. The minute I walked in Alberto greeted me and started taking care of me. He respected I came in knowing I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to sway me or sell me a car over budget. It was pleasant conversation and Megan was swift to jump in at the end and get me signed and squared away. Alberto got me the monthly payment I desired and consistently checked to make sure I was doing alright. My car smells like bubblegum and I'm at such peace knowing it was a honest sale of an amazing vehicle.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone at the dealership was so easy to deal with and our salesman Trevor was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable with our decision to purchase. Thank you Nate, Russ, Trevor, and Mark! I went in for service and decided to trade my car for a really nice, low milage pre- owned car on the lot so I could no longer have payments. I was referred to a locally owned shop for some work and they took care of it for me. The sales team was friendly and professional. The service and sales managers went above and beyond. They gave me confidence in buying a pre owned vehicle and stood by their word. I highly recommend Hyundai, Medford.

Without an appointment, my wife and I were met at the door by Logan. He shook my hand and asked what he could do for us. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he quickly got it ready for a test drive. He never tried to SELL the truck to us, just answered all the questions we had. Upon arrival back to the dealership he waited very patiently while I was going through all of the controls of the truck. We went back inside, filled out the paperwork and made a deal on the truck. They did not beat me over what I wanted for my trade in. This was a very pleasant experience. We were made to feel at home as he worked for us. We were never pressured into the deal, we were never once told that this was the only place to buy from. The entire deal took about 3 hours and we drove away in our up graded truck. I wish all dealerships could treat prospective buyers as well as Hyundai of Medford made us feel. I highly recommend them as a reputable dealership to buy from if you are in the market for a new or used car or truck. It was well worth mine and my wife's time to drive from Roseburg to Medford for this deal.

This Dealership has the Greatest Staff. From Sale Rep Alberto to Sales Mgr Dave to Finance Rep Chad each provided a pressure free buying experience. Alberto was very friendly and patient. He answered all of my questions with a smile. A wonderful Team coupled with great vehicles, Medford Hyundai is the place to go.

Beyond doubt, the entire staff at Hyundai Medford were most courteous, efficient, and helpful . I had a difficult purchase problem to resolve and they had a "we can do it" attitude throughout. Frankly, I had not expected the support and service I received, certainly not the norm I have experienced before from other auto agencies. I cannot praise them highly enough. A sincere "thank you" to the agency and the very professional staff.

All I have to say is the guys at the Hyundai dealership in Medford are complete life savers. If it wasn't for David Struble & Mark Higgins. I'd still be driving a car that didn't suit my needs.In addition to both of there help finding the perfect fit of a vehicle.They have continued to be helpful whenever I needed an oil change other repairs. I'm super grateful for these two. And couldn't be happier with the car I have through there help. Ask for either of these two gentlemen if your in need of a new car. And want a hassle free transaction.

I took in a lemon that only lasted two years. They got me into a much newer car with lower payments and a bumper to bumper warranty. Trevor and Jeremy were great -- there was no pressure and no games, they were efficient and knowledgeable.

I have owned BMWs for at least 8 years, but decided to shop for a Hyundai this year, and so glad I did. Not only was my salesperson, Jordon Bellon, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable...but he showed unmistakable interest in ensuring that I understood the purchase I was making, promising that he would help educate me on the electronic intricacies of the new Ionic 5. He more than fulfilled that promise. And there's more: the sales manager, Dave Strubel: proved to be as loyal to his word as he was comforting when, after some initial confusion with the order, I know that he went out of his way to make good on all that I wanted in the vehicle. All in all: you won't find better customer care...great car! great sales person, great experience.

I want to say Jesse was a very helpful to my husband and I. When we arrived at the dealership he came right out ti greet us. In the past that has never happened. He worked with us to get me into the right suv. We picked out 2024 venue and I love it. Thank you Jesse you are awesome.

We had an exceptional experience with all staff at Medford Hyundai, but in particular we want to call out our salesman Esteban. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional with no high pressure nonsense. He knew the Ioniq 5 we test drove backwards and forwards giving us an excellent introduction to our first EV. Bravo Esteban!!

They sold us a used truck, claimed it just had a new transmission put in but couldn't provide paperwork and wouldn't budge on the price. We had to put 4k worth of parts into it to actually get it to run well enough to be able to sell it for half what we paid.Editing to add, for clarity, the fact that I did attempt to get ahold of someone at the dealership half a dozen times for help or a resolution without a returned phone call.

I found this dealership by looking into Costco Auto Program. They called promptly and asked what I was interested in purchasing. I was unsure as I would still owe a lot for my past car after trading it. They set to work to see if they had anything that would work. I was called and texted every step of the way. They found me a deal. When I mentioned I wouldn't be able to come in person for a few days. They arrange for the Lot person to deliver it the next morning. They all were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Was my best car buying experince yet!

I just waited 2 hours 45 minutes to have 3 lightbulbs replaced even though I had an appointment. I was also told that the windshield wiper that Butler installed 4 months ago was worn, but was not offered a free replacement. Wipers don t wear out in 4 months. A loyal customer now gone

I walked right in, and it felt like home everyone was so nice and courteous. A manager not just a sales rep came up to me and took care of all the things i needed in a vehicle. Dave Struble and his team were complete professionals. They found the exact car I wanted, had it transferred in from out of state, and made sure everything was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I could tell their top priority was my satisfaction, and I am incredibly thankful for their work ethic and dedication to professionalism. The sales person, Estaban, was warm, attentive, well prepared, consistently helpful and dependable without exerting pressure or seeming to curry favor. Everyone was pleasant and the process was easy. I especially appreciated the absence of the familiar game around "I must consult my manager..."
