Had a false warning buzzer that was programmable in the ECM. Wasted 2 days and $2k before they gave the truck back saying it wasn t fixed and we should have a more experienced tech look at it. They didn t know their guy was a rookie in the first 2 hours? Shop wasn t busy so they must have been padding billable hours.

The texts are a joke they re not personable. If you ask him a question, then they ll call your company and complain just like every other dealership they expect you to leave them alone and trust them. I don t trust no dealership and this one in Medford just proved it to me again, I recommend going anywhere else but the north west Freightliner dealers hell Sacramento truck center is a lot better than the northwest freightliners these guys claimed that they wanted the same tech Mike on my truck oh wait here to go and do a class motorhome. They had some other guy on the truck but I was there before Walmart but yet Walmart got taken care of first so don t tell me that these guys, did that because of the Tec no if you re there first and you served first you don t let somebody else have a spot unless it s because your company owners are from India or any other country for that matter

People on front desk are really nice good customer serviceBut the mechanic who worked on this truck should take this issues more seriousI came up for oil leak on 10/01/22 couple of days later screws are falling out

I have towed to Freightliner Northwest due to a bad clutch on 11/17/22 I got the chance to get diagnosed right away and everyone from the service counter to the tech people was nice and friendly. Indeed the next day I got an estimation it was a bit overpriced however for their time It was all good and I agreed! Again next day I received another call and I've told I need to change the clutch cylinder which will increase my previous estimation by $2500 I was a little bit frustrated but agreed. in the middle of our conversation the service guy his name is MR Sydney asked me to put $6000 advice for $8500 service estimation. And I was wondering where in the world someone has to be made an advance payment of 70% from the total cost it's because he judged me with either my language skill, physical appearance, or something else. Here I would like to say for this individual to stop judging anybody by their physical or social identity and no attitude for your customers. After I'm saying this my truck is being got back to work and everything works great! Anyone who's working on my Truck Thank you for your efforts and precision

Arrived for appointment at 08:00 Wednesday to have a Diesel Exhaust Fluid leak repaired. Express Assessment was started within 10 minutes, problem diagnosed, and repair completed by 11:30 - in less than four hours. Service Writer Sidney was efficient and professional. Great job, thank you!

Came in needing a headlight assembly replaced after being backed into. From the time I walked in, until the job was completed, 90 minutes. Very nice people... Couldn't be happier with the whole experience!

This was a great place they repaired my rig fast and had me back on the road I'm extremely greatful to the mechanics and the staff here they also had a drivers lounge were i was made comfortable while my repair was being done five star service

Only go here unless it is an urgent issue..Long wait for express assessment, even though says 1 hour, we waited well beyond that.Service technicians seem to fix one problem but create 2 more in the process. Don't keep basic parts in stock I so gave to wait for parts to be shipped in, so if a weekend plan on staying in a hotel.The service gal, Chrly, was wonderful to work with, but she is the only one.Drivers lounge very small with poor heat and cooling, but do provide tv, free wifi access, device charging station, free Coffee and popcorn to snack on.

Extremely helpful... We broke down at the start of a holiday weekend. Got towed to the facility and was able to plug my RV in to shore power and wait the weekend out. At the front of the line on Monday morning and Sydney went the extra mile to find a very rare part and get us back on the road.

Took Newmar RV for service. They got all the work done. A bit pricey now $200 per hour is a little steep. But we needed to get the work done.

In and out in 24 hours. Motel 6 right across the street, Fred Meyer 1/4 mile away. Staff is helpful and honest. I spent a few hours in the driver lounge which has half a dozen comfy recliners, TV and ample plugs for charging devices. I had my cat on a leash and everyone was cool with that, he got to hang out with me in the break room. Definitely one of my favorite Freightliner dealerships for warranty work.

Arrived here last Tuesday morning. I'm STILL here! Had to replace bell housing and flywheel housing, I located my own parts and was lied to about part # . Service staff is kind but techs screw off A LOT!! Saturday evening I was told it was done but needed a fitting and test drive, NOT TRUE! I haven't seen my bill yet but I'm sure they will charge me at least 6 hours for which their techs were not working on my truck! 7 out of 10 times I walked back to check on my truck NO ONE was around it!! You are better off to pay a wrecker service to take you somewhere else!

Had a coolant level sensor wire go out on a New Cascadia and these folks were right on the spot with quick diagnosis and prompt repairs. Even let me bring my Boston Terrier into the lounge, which he really appreciated after a harrowing ride in the truck while it was being towed .Got us back in business in less than three hours as I recall, a freaking miracle given how slammed they were. As I write this my faith is restored with both freightliner as a company and manufacturer but also as a service place that is friendly and welcoming to a stranded trucker and his dog. Way to help keep America moving, I salute you!

Friendly service, knowledgeable employees. I have them service my class A RV. I don't trust anyone else in the area for chassis needs.Service manager great to work with, would recommend to anyone w an rv or 18 wheeler.

I got towed in last Saturday, and was promised a quick diagnosis! I called back Monday to check on the diagnosis, and they told me they were pulling my rug in to look at a s soon as they had an open door! I call back that afternoon, Tuesday morning, and get told the same thing! I go in Tuesday afternoon and get told they are waiting for authorization from my company to do anything, even though my company gave the authorization Monday morning! It's now Wednesday morning, and they are still waiting on an open bay! Do they not know how to be honest or professional when they make a dozen promises they have no intention of keeping? I have heard from several people they do this exact thing to "upsale" parts that are not needed, just to get more money from people and companies! They need to get their S**T together and stop costing me my time and money!

I have had my trucks in for service and different repairs in a few times and always have a good experience. The gals running the service desk and friendly, nice, fair and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to here for service and parts !

Bought a cap for the power steering reservoir the parts guy was knowledgeable & nice. What is very nice about the place is their truck parking area, very spacious which makes life easier.

The staff is great And extremely helpful The repairs that I have done and services Are pretty much on time for what they say They're always intrested and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible They normally ask me when I need my truck back Depending on the extent of the repair Or service Sometimes drivers just need to remember When you take your child to the doctor you don't ask the doc to Hurry the hell up If your nice to them they will be Nice to you .

I've been here for both parts and service and have not been disappointed. The staff really seems to know what they're doing, prices are reasonable, and their hours are great.

Staff was very helpful in and out in 9 minutes easy access but leaving to get back to the 5 is kind of a scenic route LOL
