Wonderful experience! Friendly employees, fast service and fair pricing. They got me in quickly, same day, for windshield chip repair and had it done in under 30 minutes. Their waiting area is clean, large and kid friendly. My kids enjoyed using the coloring books and crayons that were available for them while waiting and enjoyed the yummy chocolate that they were offered. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning for any of my glass needs!!

Outstanding service!!!! I call for an estimate on a broken window. They next day a serviceman was at the front door exactly when they stated they would be there. He was very courteous and took the measurements and told me when it would be in. They called a day ahead of time and came out exactly on time. The window was replaced in no time and off he went. I highly recommend Farrell's glass company.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review because I was super impressed with my experience today. Sometimes it s the most simplest of things that stand out and that s how I felt when I called Farrell s today after noticing a rockchip in my windshield. I JUST bought this car two days ago, so to already have a chip was super disappointing and I didn t want to risk any further cracking. I originally called Safelite but I couldn t even get through to the local office. The rep I spoke with started rattling off costs and trying to upsell me when all I needed was a chip looked at and potentially filled. I decided to google other options and stumbled upon Farrell s and gave them a call - Charlotte was absolutely amazing. I can t remember the last time I called a business and got to talk to someone who was not only pleasant and kind, but also took the time to explain and educate me on what I was looking for. She explained that they might not even need to drill down and might be able to just seal it instead, and that they would be more than happy to take a look for free and tell me if anything was needed. I swung by after work and the glass technician immediately went out to my car and inspected the chip. He was able to determine that nothing was needed, and confirmed it had actually already been filled most likely by the previous owner of the vehicle. Honestly I wouldn t have known the difference either way. They could have easily told me it needed filled and charged me but instead they were honest and helpful and I got to walk away with peace of mind that my windshield was fine. I wish I had gotten his name as well but I am just super appreciative of how kind and helpful this business was. I know this was a lengthy review for such a simple issue, but these days coming by good customer service is few and far between - to me that is more than enough to warrant my time to give a review that is rightfully deserved. Thank you again for your help! If I do ever find myself in need of an actual glass repair, I will 100% be coming back.

The glass product was fine. The glue they used was all over the place. I never saw a messier job for a windshield. The price was rather high. After I had them do it I had the messy window replaced at Applegate glass for less than 1/2 the money and no mess!

While I ended up not needing their services, I wanted to commend them on their customer service. Jesse was very helpful and even came out to my vehicle to assess the situation. Nice folks, and I have no doubt that they would have done a great job

Great experience, I highly recommend this business. Honest and helpful. And, by the way, I did try to contact Safelite prior to contacting Farrell s; you can t talk to anyone period! I don t think that s cool - they ONLY have online service, this is a joke.Farrell s has been around a long time and I always prefer supporting local businesses.

I cannot recommend Jesse and his team at Farrell s Glass highly enough! They provided exceptional service that went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they complete my repair in less than 24 hours, but they also took the initiative to vacuum up the broken glass from my window, leaving my space clean and safe. What's more, they charged me $100 less than their initial quote and didn't impose any extra fees for credit card payments, unlike the other glass repair company in Medford . I am incredibly satisfied with their service and will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of glass work.

Horrible service from Mike the manager. He's arrogant and he talks to you like your trash if you question their work. They also sell used mirror as new mirror. Do not trust them. Go elsewhere

I needed a few small shelves. Was told they'd be ready the next day, which was faster than I expected. Instead, they were ready the same day. Fast and friendly service!

Had my back glass fixed within 48 hours. I couldn't be happier i showed up 10 minutes before opening time n i was still greeted with a smile and a kind willing to go qbove and beyond attitude. What a great local business. I'll be back for all my glass needs.

Man I had great expectations.However when they built screens for my 2 sliders. First called to late on Friday for me 2 pick up. Waited until Monday. Both screens had to be re-done! One was the wrong screen, the other they used smaller rubber binding and it pulled out while I installed. Both had to be brought back to the shop to be redone. Scratches on the frame. SheezeNever reimbursed for my gas or offered any compensation for my troubles.

Friendly, knowledgable staff were very helpful when I needed to replace an RV window. Only issue I had is they quoted me one price then charged me another, but they explained why and it wasn't a huge enough increase to be a big deal. Otherwise, they did a great job and took care of it pretty quickly, I had it back the next day.

Farrell s Glass is awesome. I called asking for an estimate on a window and was told Roger would be calling me to sked a look. Roger promptly called and did his estimate. Replacement glass was ordered, received and installed. Roger had that window replaced so fast. And paying was EZ and a quick phone call with Jessie. Thanks Farrell. You guys are my go-to glass guys now.

Their estimated 1 hr of very difficult work actually took them nearly 6 hrs . . . but they only charged me for the estimate. And they even smiled as they handed me a perfectly done job. So proud of them. Will I use them again and again and . . . you bet. They're the best!

Before leaving town on October 23rd, I made an appointment to have the windshield in my car replaced at Ferrell s Glass Service in Medford. My appointment was for 09:00 on Tuesday, November 10th. I was told the installation would take a couple of hours. Based upon that information I made other plans for after 11:00.On November 9th, I received a call, from Ferrell s, reminding me of my appointment the following morning. I confirmed that I would be there.I live about an hour away from Ferrell s, so I got up a couple of hours before my appointment to be there on time. I arrived at about 08:50 and checked in. They needed to do an assessment of my car to check for damage. During that assessment I asked how long my car would take (expecting to hear that it would take a couple of hours based upon what I had been previously told). To my great surprise and chagrin, I was told it would be sometime in the afternoon because there were other cars in front of mine!I made an appointment in good faith, I was there on time and made other plans based upon my expectation that the work would be done at the appointed time, not when Ferrell s were able to get to it. When someone makes an appointment that appointment should be honored. If I had wanted to take my chances on getting the windshield installed, I would have not made an appointment.When I talked to the manager about what happened he was basically tone deaf to my complaint (i.e. when an appointment has been made that the work should commence at the appointed time).All I can say is that it was a very disappointing experience and I will not be going to Ferrell s again.

I needed a piece of table glass for a piece I had just fabricated. I called them for the glass, got a quote and the piece was done within 24 hours. It fit perfectly. The glass sides were beveled evenly throughout the piece. The lady who took my order was amazingly friendly, courteous, and I still the right questions so that I wouldn't make a mistake or during my piece. Highly recommended.

Heidi and Mike provided exceptional customer service. Initial contact for a broken windshield was made on Monday and repair scheduled and completed on Thursday. Heidi quickly set up the appointment and contacted my insurance company. Mike reviewed their process and my car was ready 4 hours early. I'd recommend them to anyone having glass needs.

We contacted Farrell's to get estimates on two jobs: to replace a cracked window in a commercial building and, while we were at it, to replace our windshield, thinking a repair we had done elsewhere was not holding. On the window, the estimate seemed good and the office staff were efficient and friendly, so we have now had the job done. The tech, Scott, was a really nice guy, was exactly on time after confirming the appointment by phone, and did the job quickly and efficiently with a perfect result. On the windshield, not only was their estimate highly competitive, but Heidi's answers to our very specific questions showed that they had the experience needed to replace this windshield which has to accommodate a head up display and several other electronics. The icing on the cake was when she looked at our repair and said she actually thought it was holding and that perhaps we didn't need to spend the 4 figures on a replacement! Guess where we're going to go when/if it does fail or whenever we need more glass work done?!

We have used Farrell's several times for our business delivery vehicles. Each and every time they have gone way above and beyond to take care of our needs.The service is excellent, and we no longer ask the price, as it is always fair and reasonable.

I haven't had the pleasure of using Farrell's Glass for my personal repair, however I had the most helpful and wonderful experience with one of their employees. I was at the Post Office downtown when my car would not start. I embarrassingly asked a stranger to use his phone (because I stupidly left mine at work) to call someone for help. He was even kind enough to check it out himself. Turns out I need a new starter, fun! But seriously, super nice guy and I really appreciated the help!

I had the windshield on my 2018 Camaro SS replaced here.The women who handle the office and phones are incredible to work with. Very responsive to specific items I noted which included using an OE glass replacement.They found the correct glass and had it in the shop within a couple of days. The price I was quoted here was the best I received. I called safelite, bills glass and applegate glass. Applegate glass told me he won't do OE go somewhere else and hung up. Bills quoted me nearly $1,000 more than all other quotes. Safelite wasted my time scheduling appointments and not having the OE glass delivered which was requested. The staff was very unhelpful there. Farrell's glass was an entirely different experience.Dropped my car off and they had it done in a few hours. The glass is exactly the right glass and the installation looks spectacular. No damage was done to the vehicle in any way whatsoever. They even vacuumed the front carpet and left a complimentary glass cleaner in the car for me.Above all, this was an excellent experience. Do not hesitate to use this company as a windshield replacement service. Thank you farrels glass.

I have use Farrell's to install my shower doors, make 2 sets glass shelves, and for some large Plexiglas sheets for work. Always fast, reasonable prices, and they are a local company!

Amazing prices, quick quotes, and work was well done. They went above and beyond and let me drop off my truck early and pick it up a different day as I worked all the days they worked on vehicles. Very highly recommended.

I called them to repair a window in the shop when they told me they could fit me in the same day ,that afternoon. I was surprised and relieved, they were on time and reasonable. I would recommend them anytime! Make Farrells your first call you won't be sorry.

Horrible service! They do not stand behind their products then when they aren t willing to fix it they threaten to send you to collections. Our glass was bowed and wasn t cut correctly. The one man was very belittling. Then when we tried to talk to the manager he wouldn t let us get a full sentence in without interrupting us and then threatening us. Never use them.

The sevice was great! I had my windshield vandalized & shattered. I got same day service. Everyone there was very friendly too. It was so nice to take the sting out of a very bad day!
