The customer service is consistently superb, and the clean, welcoming, and comfortable interior adds to the overall satisfaction. The well-maintained bathrooms are appreciated. I was in need of new tires on my truck and was helped by Joe. He was very knowledgable, thorough, and showed me tons of great options. I was able to get a tire that was rated very highly at a fraction of the cost I've paid in the past. Ultimately I bought the four tires Joe recommended and was in and out of there very quickly. Also they were able to order them very quickly over the holiday season and got here exactly when they said they would. I want to thank Joe for his great customer service I felt very taken care of and not sold to at all, he allowed me to make a decision that worked for me and gave me all the knowledge to do so, I would recommend Joe and Discount Tire to anyone looking for a new set of tires.

You don t often leave a good review after a mistake was made, but I took my truck in to fix a screw puncture that they covered for free. They recommended I rotate my tires(also free) and offered me windshield wipers. After leaving I noticed my low air notification was on my back tires from the tires not being aired up after rotation and wipers didn t get replaced. We can all hope to be perfect, but making things right is what keeps me coming back. I showed back up and explained my problem. With the parking lot full and them being super busy, they pulled me into a bay and had wipers changed and tires aired up in a couple short minutes. Every employee I ve felt with here was exceptional, but one of the technicians Dallas was an absolute rockstar. I this experience has made me a loyal customer to discount tire and I will request Dallas for all future visits!

They actually treat women like they know what they are talking about. I've been to many tire stores that will ignore me just because I'm a woman. This place is fast and friendly and just a great place to go.

Really fast and friendly service. We ordered the tires ahead of time and I had an appointment scheduled the day after they were due to come in. Someone called me the day the tires came in, not only to let me know that the tires were definitely in, but also to confirm the appointment. They have a comfortable waiting room but it's also close to a lot of restaurants and a Starbucks so you can go have lunch or a coffee if you want while you wait. They told me 45 minutes for the tire swap but they were done in 25. Very good experience and good price on the tires too.

I've been to this location 3 different times with 3 different vehicles. Every single time everyone was very courteous, friendly, and I was out of there quickly. I happened to order some tires online and had accidently missed a deal going on for that brand. The gentleman inside applied the deal and ended up saving $100. Additionally, I wanted them to mount a separate wheel and tire as well as the new one I purchased from their site; They did it without a fuss and no extra charge. Great group of guys who do great work!

Made an appointment to get new tires but couldn't make it due to weather. They gladly rescheduled for whenever we could get there. Called the morning of, to check openings. And they worked to get us in. Very fast service, friendly people, they even bagged the old wheels so my trunk didn't get dirty. Definitely will be back.

We had a great experience at Discount Tire..I called ahead and scheduled our tire install. They said they honored the online price, even though the day of my appointment the price went off sale. They were fast, efficient, and very helpful. We will definitely be using them again.

Quick and painless. Saved about 100.00 a tire on my GL 450 tires. Lucas was extremely help with the selection. I definitely recommend using this location and giving them a chance to quote you. Thumbs up!

Outstanding store. I can t say enough about this place. I ve bought countless tires from them over the years and nobody beats the price, selection, or service. Definitely spend extra on replacement certificates if you are hard on your tires like I am. There s a reason they have a 4.9 rating. Wouldn t consider anyone else.

Good prices on tires but they re more interested in the sale rather than follow through with good service. Went there last Friday to schedule an appointment and reserved a set of tires. I also told the person who made my appointment my tire pressure indicator light was on. Went to my appointment the next day and they put on my new tires. I also had them put on windshield wipers. Initially they quoted me a price of $17 per blade. I declined it, but then they offered $10 per blade, so I agreed to that. After I was done and left, I noticed about a mile down the road the tire pressure indicator light was still on. I called them and they told me to come back. I had the rest of my day planned, but went back anyways. They had a young guy check each tire. It took him several attempts because he obviously didn t know how to use the device. He eventually got done and I was told they were all bad and they could replace them for $60 each. I didn t have time to stay and declined, partly out of frustration that the person I initially talked to on Friday could have also documented all the issues that needed to be addressed when I made the initial appointment. The salesman from Saturday said he would wave the mounting fee and only charge me $40 each. I said all my tires were just unmounted and saying he was saving me an expensive that wouldn t have been an expensive just a few minutes prior isn t offering me any type of discount. He said he would do it for $30 each wasn t much of an effort to keep my business considering I just spent $1,100 on new tires. I didn t have time to stay and now I have to make another appointment at the expense of my time because they can t follow through with due diligence of doing more than just selling tires. This is also demonstrated by their proud posters they display of the NASCAR drivers they sponsor. I guess you get what you pay for. Needless to say, they ve lost my business and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone else.

I drove for 20 hours on Monday, 9/13/21 from SoCal to Newport, OR.9 miles after crossing over the Oregon border, I encountered about a 70' x 30' section of the 5 freeway covered in glass. It looked like a glass truck lost an entire load of sheets of glass. Everyone slammed on their brakes, thankfully there were no accidents while I was there, but I immediately called highway patrol to report the issue, then Michelin tires. I was concerned that I still had 260 miles to my destination and what if there was glass in my new tires! They directed me to the Medford location to immediately get an inspection. I called and spoke with Lucas and he said, yes - get to the store and I will take a look. Lucas did look them over and said all was well. He reassured me that my remaining drive would be no problem, just also keep an eye on the tire pressure. Thanks Lucas!

Horrible time of service. I ve been in 3 times now to get my tires rotated and 3 times I ve walked out. Each time I would stand in line behind 2-3 other customers for over 20 mins without ever moving up a spot to be helped. Only 1 person is ever working the lobby and is ALWAYS on the phone. Will not ever purchase tires from here again I can never get help.

I bought a set of Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus II online. They called me to let me know they had my order and was waiting to be delivered. I set my appointment online. When I got there, they were pretty quick with getting my car ready. The sales person Lucas was awesome with questions and service. I would recommend buying tires from them. Great service, great price, no complaints.

Polite, honest and thorough service! To make this pit stop even better the employees here have notable attitudes and integrity! We were on the road and they promptly fit our Sienna right in as a walk-in appointment for a rotation and slow leaky tire. They found a valve stem leak and fixed it on warranty. They also found that we needed the tire sensors replaced. Not only were they thorough on calibrating the sensors after having issues with faulty ones yet they also sold them to me for a great deal. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism!

Discount tire is a great place to have your car worked on. The staff is extremely kind and go out of there way to make you feel welcome. And they have wonderful customer service. Great job guys.

These guys offer good tires at very reasonable rates and get the job done quickly. I went in at 10am, walked over to Starbucks for a coffee and had 4 new tires by the time I got back. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They don't do front end alignments here, but we're able to refer me to a reputable shop that does.

A disappointing experience, when I arrived to pick up my car they had put a different tire size than I requested without consulting me first. Their excuse was an inventory problem, they didn t really have the size I requested so to keep me from waiting they substituted the next closest size. It made the car look like it was on lawnmower tires. Furthermore the technician got dirt all over the light grey headliner when he put my summer tires into dirty plastic bags and shoved them in the back seat. They offered to clean my headliner if I kept the wrong size tires but I figured they would screw that s up too.

We had a tire that was leaking air repaired. Joe and the staff were quick, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond, replacing our lug nuts that were damaged.
