Jake at Crater Lake Ford was awesome! He was personable and professional, honest and not pushy. He worked with me to find the best solution and the perfect vehicle so I was able to drive home in a beautiful new car.

We arrived and were immediately greeted by Marco. We let him know we were just wanting to look around for a few, he graciously introduced himself and let us know he was here if we needed anything and he would check back in. When the time came to test drive some vehicles he was there right away, he has great knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at as well as a friendly easy going demeanor. We ended up purchasing a new vehicle and the process from the lot to the sales floor was by far the easiest and most smooth transaction we've ever encountered. Along with the help of Bryce who went over the entire process with us as well as getting us up to speed with our new vehicle and the new to us gadgets we had to use, it could not have gone any better! We look forward to returning for our next purchase!

Great customer service, without the high pressure sales push. Felt like each side got what they were looking for. Ask for Cody; he is a newer salesman but works his butt off to get you the answers you need to decide on a purchase! Thanks for a great experience!

I found my truck on Autotrader and contacted the dealership. I had just wrecked my previous truck and was just waiting on my insurance payout. JT was great help, getting all my financing going remotely since I work 14 hour days 5 days a week and live 100 miles away. After all the paperwork was completed they even delivered the truck to me, 100 miles to bring me my new truck so I didn't have to wait any longer than necessary. Great service from all I had contact with.

Came in to get my Van Diagnosed for a Repair that 4 other mechanic shops could not Figure out. Meghan was extremely Friendly, Helpful & Patient Through the Whole Process.The Service Department Figured out The Problem & for $100 Less than i was quoted. Extremely Grateful for Crater Lake Ford!

Do not buy used vehicles from them! Purchased this truck with under 65,000 miles and 3,000 mile warranty drove it for a week..it broke down has been in the shop since with a!BLOWN UP MOTOR! And Crater Lake will not honor their agreement. This vehicle broke down Oct 29 and it s currently sitting in the shop waiting on Crater Lake to honor their commitment. Buy at your own risk!

I live a few hours from the dealership and from the moment I inquired to when I was finally able to arrive in person several days later, everything went really well. Lance's knowledge and patience with my eleventy-seven questions and test drives combined with Ian's knowledge in finance made the whole transaction go smoothly. I am super happy with my experience!

I bought a car from Jake and the whole process was so easy. We went for a nice test drive, had a pleasant haggle, and I walked out of there with a beautiful car feeling good about everything. Jake is not a pushy salesman by any means and not once did I feel pressure to buy the car. I also appreciated him treating me with kindness and respect as the last car salesman I worked with questioned me many times about whether or not I needed my husbands permission etc and so forth. Jake was great I highly recommend working with him to buy your next vehicle!

I would recommend buying a car anywhere else. Since their isn t a Porsche deal ship in southern Oregon I bought one from crater lake ford with only 20,000 miles so basically a new car still and as soon as I bought it I brought it in and the entire motor is shot and will cost $75,000 to replace because it had metal in the engine and turbo wasn t working. Please save yourself the headache and go anywhere else, it really isn t worth being taken advantage of and this is what will happen here. Customer service makes or breaks a company and I can tell you after you buy your car the service goes right out the window.Update:After 3 months things were finally made right and I was taken care of but I believe I had the right people on my side for this to happen but overall they did the right thing after 3 months so for that thank you. Thank you STEVE, RON AND JEFF.

The service and feeling of our needs and wants were absolutely amazing at Crater Lake Ford. The sales team of Bryce Dewberry and Nathan Quezada made shopping and purchasing our Ford Raptor the easiest and satisfying process we have ever had. As intimidating as buying a new car can be, I would drive 1000 miles to have these gentleman handle our deal. I m taking the time to write an honest review of this dealership. We have purchased 3 vehicles from crater lake ford which were great experiences with the sales staff and the finance manager. 10/10 was easy going helpful and friendly. That s the only good thing about this place. The service department is a joke and completely incompetent. 2019 ford Mustang GT brought in for new tires as promised when purchased. When I got my car back the wheels were scratched very bad. Every wheel! Also car had yellow paint on it. My wife picked up my car and addressed these things and we were told it came in like that. Wrong! the car was immaculate when it came in. Very unprofessional service manager. 2015 ford f150 brought in for an oil pan replacement and some small cosmetic things. Took the dealership over 2 months to fix my truck and did a sub par job. Oil pan still leaks and the cosmetic items were not replaced correctly. 2021 ford mustang Ecoboost, first oil change ever since it was new. Lube tech over accelerating in the parking lot and gets out and says this thing has a turbo absolutely uncalled for and horrible professional service! Got the car back and did a quick inspection to find oil all over the bottom of the car. The car had 3,230 miles on it really? They can t wipe it with a rag? We have lifetime oil changes on our vehicles and I ll never be using that service ever! Also never will we step foot on the premises of that dealership ever again. Hope this helps people out. You think from a Ford dealership you would get quality. Definitely not here.

Ava Smith, Mekayla Brown, & Lacey Castleman were all super helpful in this experience. The morning my oil change was due. I got a call from Crater Lake Ford offering their drop off and pick up service. They brought out a 2023 F150 for me to use while my truck was in getting the oil changed. There service team member Arrived on time with text notifications. He was polite and respectful he took my vehicle back to the dealership for the service and left me with a brand new truck to utilize during the day . I did not even know this service was a thing until they notified me that morning. It was super convenient and very much appreciated.

Found a really good deal on a 2017 elantra here and the sales guys who helped me were super attentive, got everything worked out as fast as possible. JT and Ray were extremely nice and pleasant to talk to and it was an easygoing experience. Customer service is awesome.

So far I ve been two time customer I have bought one Ford Focus and one Ford Fiesta. Our salesman Nathan was amazing and so kind. Ian the finance manager gave me an amazing deal and a great rate. These guys are the most honest and trustworthy dealership in the city, plus they always leave you smiling. I will buy all my future vehicles with them. Lifetime customer!

Bought my new car here, I love it! I will NEVER go to CLF again and tell everyone not to go here. I ve had nothing but problems after problems for months and months. No one seams to communicate with each other so nothing gets resolved in a timely fashion.

By far the best car buying experience I've known. Travis made the entire process easy, stress-free, no hassle and pleasant. My purchase was a surprise birthday gift for my wife, and he went above and beyond normal good service protocols by staging the vehicle in the showroom with a large bow. Service was quick and the review was professionally handled by Mekayla Brown.In addition, Marcos tried to show me a used Explorer, while I was waiting for service. Unfortunately, it had already been sold, unbeknownst to him. He agreed to let me know of any future intakes of used Explorers I might be interested in.

BUYER BEWARDUpdate: Completely screwed us over in terms of selling a car KNOWN to have check engine codes and warranty I'll pay a total of $2700 denied the claim. Now they're quoting us $4300 for repairs that my mechanic will do for half that. Also, the phone number in response to my negative review only goes straight voicemail. Maybe to make it look like they're trying but they are not.BUYER BEWARENathan Quezada has been phenomenal and professional to work with, I have only good things to say about him in particular. However, his colleague Tristan is a completely different story and needs more training on how to tactfully speak to his clients without becoming standoffish and combative. Also, whoever has been overseeing the deal behind the scenes is a complete clown. I was told upon signing for the vehicle that the active loan for my last totaled car would not be a problem. This was a lie. Never before have I been HOUNDED in the month following a purchase for a vehicle than at this particular dealership. Especially over something I had been assured wouldn't be a problem. Every single time I send in something they requested, there's always something about it that's not satisfactory. If you want a smooth transaction without worrying about anything, this simply isn't the dealership for you. TC Chevy remains the best dealership in the valley as far as I'm concerned. At least their vehicles don't have the check engine light come on less than a week after purchaseBUYER BEWARE
