After being treated by a unnamed other body shop in medford like my business was unimportant, I am so greatful to have found Chico s! I will never go anywhere else!I figured I would check in on my vehicle repair progress that I had dropped off for a large repair, it had only been a week but It was my work truck, and I just assumed it would be like my many other experinces at ofher shops where the squeaky wheel gets the grease so basically I just assumed I d have to stay on them to keep it a priority. When i went to check on the truck, not only was the repair already complete, the repair looked 100% flawless and the truck was in line to be detailed. Highly recomomended A+ +

I recently visited chicos auto and collision for some work on my car, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. Johnny Lopez and his team not only delivered top-notch workmanship, but also exhibited outstanding customer service. The attention to detail in repairing my car was remarkable, making it look brand new. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Chico s for anyone needing auto body services. Truly a five-star experience!

My purpose in writing is to recognize the STELLAR repair work on my 2005 Chevy Silverado Z71. Over the past 2-3 years, I have had damage to the crew cab and bed on my Z71 from two different incidents. While not structural problems, they were more than a nuisance and I toyed with idea of getting the damage professional repaired. I obtained four estimates from reputable shops in north Texas, but all recommended replacing the panels on both sides of the bed, which would be cost prohibitive because of the truck s age and supply chain delays and expenses. While discussing the issue with Martin at Tops Auto Trim (which I ve used and trusted for several years), he mentioned an associate that owns a smaller body repair shop in Farmersville, TX: Chico s Collision Repair.I contacted Junior, the owner of Chico s, and obtained very reasonable cost and repair time estimates. I dropped my Z71 off late morning on Monday and picked it up that Friday, as promised: Body work completed and repainted as promised, at the estimated cost!I COULD NOT be happier with the workmanship and attention to detail at Chico s. Junior s team set about preparing the damaged sites and effecting repairs before I left the shop on Monday and completed the jobs on time, and at the stated estimated cost which was at least 50% less that the other lowest bid!Chico s has my highest, unqualified recommendation for auto/truck body work. They are clearly a cut above their competition!

Chicos showed us exceptional, quick and courteous service that is rare these days. We had a broken tail light lens replaced and our headlight lenses polished. They worked us in, washed the car and replaced a light that was out at no cost. They have earned our future business from their outstanding customer service.

I have tried unsuccessfully on two separate occasions to get a quote from Chico's. The first time, I sent photos from the link on their website and received an email stating there was a $35 charge for an estimate due to demand, and to call w/credit card # or go into the shop and pay Shannon to receive an estimate, despite their website stating (and still stating) "Free Estimates!"The first time wasn't urgent as it was a 2nd car and I was debating on whether to sell it as-is since it was a 2007 Mercedes. It had slight front passenger-side damage from my son hitting a mailbox.Then last month, I bought a 2012 Acura and rear-ended someone a few days later. I immediately took it in for an estimate. Shannon was very nice, but did not follow-through. He had me fill out a form, took photos of the damage and said I would receive an estimate in a few hours. It's been 5 weeks, even after sending a follow-up email to provide additional information. I have heard nothing, despite providing my phone # and email address. Nothing in my junk email.Nobody should have to beg for their business. But I'm unsure why I was put in the position to, twice? Both cars I requested estimates on only had liability insurance, and I was paying out of pocket. Possibly the reason?As much as I wanted to use Chico's based on prior reviews, I am baffled and extremely disappointed. Their posts about no damage too small contradict my experience, twice-over. Maybe not the place to go unless you are filing an insurance claim?

Better than expected. For a back door replacement, painting and bumper replacement, I was hoping to have my van out of service for just 3 days. I understand this may not be possible at times, but Chicos found a way to make it happen for me. The workmanship looks very good. And getting a cleaned vehicle back was a pleasant unexpected surprise. They were glad to answer any questions. This work was on a Ford Transit van. After having the worst experience at Classic Collision/New Stage Auto I went to Chico's. They did far more than Classic Collision even quoted for. My car was keyed across the entire passenger side and the roof was dented from someone jumping up and down on it. Chico's painted all panels of the entire passenger side, fixing blemishes and additional dents, they repaired the dents in the roof and painted the side panels to match.Additionally they detailed the interior and wheels. The car didn't even look this good when I bought it! Hats off to Chico's! I will be back!Service: Body & Trim

Chicos straightened my 92 Toyota pickup frame, so it was driveable again. Their work, from what I have experienced, is great. They do solid work. I will recommend to my friends and family. They worked with me financially as well. Just talk to them up front and before hand, so everything is clear and understood. They're a great shop. They'll treat you right thank you chicos!

Small projects OK Maybe .. But still wouldn t recommend them even if they paid me to!! anything big take to the professionals!!!! definitely not happy after the third time My truck went in there and still isn t fixed. Not a man of his word either. Honestly was a joke. I laughed my way off there lot. There was cab damage of the door and cabin needed to be fixed, but when it was fixed Wind whistles through my door jam And a few other things were not right, so I took it in again and they just stuffed the whole door jam with different types of one sided sticky rubber and I Still here wind coming through the door, the hood is crooked and so isn t the bed and was told that everything would be taken care of when I had to bring it to him for the third time. So when I show up the third time, nothing was done except MORE rubber door seal was put in my door jam I was upset to say the least. When I asked if the bed of the truck could be straightened because it was cockeyed to one side was told no and that it was where it was gonna sit and they ve done all they can do so I drove home loosened the bolts moved the bed to the center where it belongs and called to say I d bring it back in to show him he was wrong But sadly, I still have wind, whistling through the door jam, and a crooked hood Until I m able to fix that myself

I've received the most respect from chicos out of all the shops I've been to in medford. They took the extra step to make me happy and did great work in a timely manner. They worked with me financially and made me feel that they care for their customers. I would recommend chicos to anybody!

They checked and did the estimate the same day, no scheduling an appointment 10 days later like some other shops. They were honest and friendly. Work is excellent and was done quickly. I would recommend and they are my first choice if I need car damage repair again.

I got a quote somewhere else for the same work and they wanted to charge me literally 10x what Chico's did. Not only did Chico's save me a LOT of money, but they were fast and friendly and did excellent work. Thank you!

Wouldn't recommend I had problems after the first repair on my vehicle they got scratches on inside of driver door,powder all over inside from sanding don't know how it got on roof to I guess they dont cover interior there's still spots on outside from spray gun spitting they told me they would take care of it so after "THREE TIMES" of going back still didn't take care of it I'M NOT HAPPY

They seem like good people, but they're not professionals. They weren't able to fix the problem with the first round of repairs, so I gave them a second chance, and they let me down yet again. Car's having the same issue after paying for 1600$ in repairs. As a carpenter, this baffles me, I would never charge a customer that much for an issue I did not fix.

Folks were ready to fix my car same day. It was the end of what looked like a busy day and these folks were still ready to jump on it. Fixed the next day to accommodate my schedule.

They did an amazing job!! My car passenger door and hood got keyed and the insurance company covered the repainting and now My car looks newer then when i dropped it off. They even stayed open 30 minutes more after closing to accommodate me getting off work to pick up my car on a Friday! If I ever need them again I will definitely go back. I cannot express how absolutely thrilled I am with the work that Chico s did to my truck. I was in an accident in my 78 GMC stepside and had to have body work and paint done. Juan was amazing, getting the parts I needed and getting my truck back together, but also at communicating with me and working with my insurance. He reassured me and treated me like family. I can assure you that the level of integrity, honesty and dedication at this business is top notch. Thank you Juan and everyone at Chico s that took care of my truck! Can t express enough how great Chico s is! The customer service is amazing! Juan is so helpful and very pleasent to work with. My boyfriend and I brought his car into Chico s recently to have them get some dents out and we were both very pleased with the job that was done and we re given a very reasonable price estimate. They were able to finish the job quicker than expected and made us feel extremely comfortable through the whole process! We will most definitely be coming back to them in the future! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Juan and his staff are amazing!! They blew my expectations AWAY!! I had multiple parts of my vehicle customized and they were able to get it done so fast, which is great so I can get back on the road! They made my truck look better than when I bought it!! 100% would recommend for ANYONE to get ANYTHING done!!!!

Rust Removal! I bought a truck in Minnesota that had extensive rust damage, so much so that I wasn't all that hopeful it could be restored. Juan was very quick to reply by email and the quote I was given after they looked at it was very fair. I received text updates throughout the repair, it was multiple days, and Isaac called me the day it was to be picked up with a very detailed explanation of when it would be ready. The day I picked it back up I was given a very detailed explanation and walk around of the vehicle. I would strongly recommend Chicos if you're looking for someone that cares as much about your vehicle as you

These guys really care about you personally. You can tell when a shop loves what they do. The combonation quality, price and service is 10 stars!On top of that Juan and Company worked with my insurance and rent a car company to have a smooth transition so I could take care of my business. Professional to the max.Ps. My 18 year old son came with me to check out the progress while the care was half way done. He is trying to figure out a career choice so the body work expert educated him in both the joys and hazard of the body and paint industry and also in work ethics and how to succeed in life generally. The people here are really like family, only better.
