I've been going into this place for years. It's the best place I've ever found. They have the best car wash the best people. I got to meet the owner during the Christmas season when he was working and giving his employees time off. When you're 55 years old, you appreciate good work these days So I had my oil changed today, and they changed out my oil plug because it was worn out on a 95 Dodge Dakota, you think? Yes, it was!

Went with a friend to get her truck done. The service is fine. But, if you are into entertainment while getting your oil changed, you have come to the right place. The lead "mechanic" is in charge of the main computer it seems. I don't quite know how to describe what happens. There is a lot of yelling back and forth updating the lead guy so he can track in system. Everything from "closing hood, bay 2",to "checking headlights". It's like a chaotic bidding war is going on. You might enjoy it, you might not. Don't go if you have a headache.Oh, and they changed the oil just fine.

Love any oil change where you stay in your car. Plus the guys there are super knowledgeable and chatted with me about my various fluids and helped me make the best decisions to enhance my vehicles overall performance. 10/10

Austin and Tyler helped us today get our Chevy Silverado serviced!! Super professional they do an excellent job and the customer service is on point!! We have never had an oil change experience like this! The guys were knowledgeable, responsive and quite entertaining. We had an emergency trip from NV and were already 1000 miles over due. Highly recommend! Plus the free car wash and vacuum token were greatly appreciated!

Fast friendly service. I got an oil change for my mom's car, let them know I only wanted that and a new air filter if needed. Didn't need the air filter, so just the oil change was a little less than $70 (for her car. Price varies by kind and amount needed). On the bottom of the receipt, you get a voucher/bar code for a free car wash within 30 days. Have yet to use that but am excited.

*** These guys are great and always go the extra mile to provide service to your vehicle.I bring my own oil & filter and they change it out for me. Last time I stopped in they serviced my transmission, in and out within 30 min.Their car washes are also excellent including a hand dry of your vehicle.

As someone who typically does their own oil change I was very pleased with the quality of service. Including the free car wash and vacuum token really adds value to the service that they offer here. if I ever need an oil changes I'm passing through Medford again I'm definitely stopping here. Fast and professional they didn't try to upsell me.

As previously mentioned, a little slow to greet. Changed both headlight bulbs and oil change in <20 min. Free car wash at drive through wash attached to building, good for 30 days. Also got a card good for discounted car washes for 3 months. Didn't try and pressure into extras.

Came back for my free carwash, the guys did a great job.Gave me a towel to wipe down the interior, to be returned at the end of the wash and token for vacuum that I can use at at anytime. Friendly and thorough.

Great place for an oil change etc. Plus a free car wash, they are the only drive-thru car wash that washes your car sends you through the car wash and then dries you off to boot they are the best

Took truck in because it had an engine light on and was idling hard. They ran a tester for the light and recommended an oil change then told me that I should take it to another mechanic.
