This guy Charlie has no respect for his customers and he rip off alot of people man. Bro you'll rip what you sow. He try to charge me $1400 to change my radiator and I went the next very business day and get my car back. Glad I did cause I found someone who did it for me for $400. Please do your research first before you go to this shop. I wouldn't go there if I were you.

14 minutes agoMy car was having acceleration issues and check engine lights, and fluid leak. I took it to a different shop and they just changed some caps around, codes cleared and they sent me on my way. One week later, same issues arise. My car barely made it to CT Auto as they were closing. Charlie stayed late to run codes and get me on his schedule. I ended up having multiple things wrong with my car that the other shop chose not to find. He was very technically detailed in his explanations of the issues and repair that needed to be done and my car was ready the day he estimated it to be done. Being a female, I always wonder if im being taken advantage by mechanics but I got a great feeling from Charlie right way and I'm happy with his work and my experience was very positive! Really liked the service and they had my vehicle ready when they said they was going to be ready and price reasonable. And he explained the work that was done clearly thanks for being professional and providing great service.

I can't express enough how much these guys rock. They are always very friendly every time I have come in to have my car serviced. Every oil change I have had done here they have recommended additional future services for the next oil change, which has always kept my car on the road. They've done oil changes, a thermostat change, fluid flushes, and even a valve cover gasket for me and the prices have always been fair and they are honest about every service they do. I will continue to bring my vehicles here indefinitely. Wouldnt reccomend for anyone trying to get something fixed as soon as possible, Called about a week ago to get something fixed on my car told him money is ready to be spent called back a week later for an update and charlie couldnt even look into it. They need more hands at this shop because apparently the ones they have are full.

Been here twice, I always get walked through what's going on with my car, and how much any repairs might cost before being worked on, without trying to be talked into anything extra, which I really appreciate since I don't know a lot about cars. Really grateful to have found such a trustworthy shop since moving, and getting to meet Tug and Addison as a bonus.

Fast and friendly service. And reasonable prices. The best part is they have like 3 dogs at the shop and they let you play with them while your waiting for your car to get finished up. I would almost go there just to play with their dogs lol.

Whoever I spoke to on the phone had a pretty condescending tone with me because I didn t know how to explain what was wrong with my car. If I was a car guy I wouldn t be calling a mechanic. I hung up before the call was even finished.

Excellent work and exceedingly good customer service! Plus the owner really knows his way around a Jeep. His work is guaranteed and he is the only mechanic who has ever ended up charging me less the he quoted price rather than more!

Needed my Low beam bulb changed out which is the biggest pain in the you know what. Buick Lesabre 2003 has a metal plate that's in the way and this crazy pin like bolt holds the housing to this metal plate. Two other garages didn't want to touch it. I pulled in to C T and am sitting here watching them and they are doing it! I didn't have an appointment but they are still working on it in between the other cars they are working on. Just fabulous. I can't beleive a bulb change has involved this mich strife! WTF Buick?

Charlie knows it all, does it all, but charges a fair price. He's serviced three different makes of three different ages for me, and I couldn't be happier with the cost or results.

They have poor communication, I'm the one that's been having to call them and check up on my car. They said they were out 2 weeks which I get, but at least communicate with your customers.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
