I ve used Bill s for multiple projects over the years and had always had a good experience. Today s visit was no different. My truck developed a small leak on the top seam, so I stopped in to see what could be done. Not only did they come inspect it within minutes, they also patched it up in a matter of minutes, and told me there was no charge. Good people and businesses do still exist, and this is one of them. Highly recommended for all of your glass needs.

Really terrific service on my windshield at the Medford location! Called a couple of days before and got my appt. very easily. Everything was smooth, seamless and the windshield looks great (after 23 years with multiple cracks!) I felt a little bad for the front office staff whose office is basically IN the waiting room, so they had to hear our (the customers) animated conversations, with no escape...If only they knew someone who works with glass and could install a separator between office and waiting room...

Thanks!I walked in needing a piece of window glass. I gave them my dimentions, they cut me a new piece and was out the door in under 10 minutes.Affordable, fast & professional.Only thing I would have liked is if they would have wrapped the glass in some brown paper. Those edges are sharp!

First time using Bills glass. I was looking for a company who could do precision, cuts, clean edges good prices and fast turnaround. They nailed it. Added bonus, super friendly and professional. Highly recommend will be using again thank you guys. I appreciate the work you did for me.

Very friendly people, both behind the counter and the technician who took care of me. I had my headlights restored, and the difference is like night and day (pun intended). The job was done in a timely fashion so my car was ready when I was told it would be.

I was sitting in the office waiting for my husband who was outside talking to technicians. An employee came in and voiced loudly oh my god don't fix that guys windshield . Needless to say I was shocked by the unprofessionalism and discourtesy towards my husband and not to mention pretty pissed. I got in the car and told my husband they would not be receiving our business.

Bills glass was exceptional. I mean service with a smile these days isn t the norm any longer. But Bills glass in Medford gave me both and they were fast and efficient as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Another staple in Medford same location same quality products. Prices very competitive. Nice people, locals who treat people like neighbors which we are. When glass is what you need this would be my first call and probably my last. Thank you folks for being here for so long speaks volumes.

I got a rock chip in my windshield. Within 10 minutes of placing my insurance claim I received a call from Stormy at Bill's Glass. They were able to get me in same-day and the work was completed in about 15 minutes. Now I don't have to worry about the crack spreading over the weekend. Thank you guys for your help!

I was recommended Bills to replace my truck's windshield as it had a crack in it, and it was the right choice! Stormy was very nice and helpful getting the appointment all set up, Zack and Nate did the replacement and they did a really good job replacing not to mention going above and beyond by saving the gopro mounts, tire and oil change stickers!Highly recommended!

I used Bill's Glass for the first time to replace a broken window on my fifth wheel trailer. They did an excellent job, and it was less than what they had quoted me. Highly recommend, great service and people.

While it has been a little while since I've needed a new windshield, like the rest of us, I have needed them and Bill's is the goto place to make it happen. They are professional and quick and know what to do. I'll go there again when the need arises. Check it out.

I had a loose piece of rubber moulding around my windshield, turns out it had no bearing on my windshield and it was strictly cosmetic. The tech, pulled up the rubber gasket and cleaned off the goo that had smeared on my paint of the roof of my car. Awesome job and it took about 15 minutes total. Will definitely be using their services again.

My husband brought in a window screen to be repaired. He was told that it was too damaged and they had to build a new one and it would take a few days. A week went by and nobody called to say it was done. My husband called and was informed the person that was going to make the screen wasn't there that week and it would take another week. Again, nobody called and when he called they said it was finally done. When he brought it home it was the wrong size and had to bring it back. They made another one and it was still the wrong size. Finally after three trips it was correct. They didn't offer a discount for the trouble and didn't apologize. The customer service was horrible.

Bills glass came out to my condo, looked at all my window locks and them gave me a quote. I had one lock that was old and outdated. They looked for 1 week to find it. They were diligent in helping me. They were extremely professional, fast and efficient! Thank you for being honest in your pricing too. Much appreciated. Highly recommend bills glass!

I had a great experience with Bill's Glass! They worked seamlessly with my insurance, they were professional (even offering to cover the cost of a detailer when their sealer left a small stain on my upholstery), and they were very efficient with my time. I would absolutely return for any future glass work!

Traveling through and received a chip in our windshield. Called Bill s and they answered the phone with a friendly voice and welcoming response. We drove in and had repair complete in 10 minutes! Amazing customer service. Highly recommend them.

Had some tenants who destroyed the screen doors at my building. Bill's glass was fast and economical to get them repaired. Fairly priced, they got the screens done fairly quickly and ready to deliver thank you Bill's glass!

We called them to replace a broken window in our home. They took several months and a few calls to finally complete our quote and have the glass delivered and installed. Unfortunately, about a week later we noticed the glass was cracked. When we called to exercise the warranty, they were timely and friendly. They replaced the newly cracked glass and we have no further issues. I would have given them five stars except our first order took several months and several calls to bring it to completion.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, professional, work was done beautifully. They fit us in to a very busy schedule and with an extra request . Highly recommend. A rock hit my windshield and chipped it when I was on the freeway. It was close to their closing time but they gladly fixed the chip in my windshield anyway. The technician and other staff were so helpful and didn't mind me coming in late, without an appointment.Learned it's a family business for three generations. I'll definitely go back if I have any issues regarding automotive glass repair. They were great-!

Had an issue with my windows not shutting. Sam and his coworker (forgot name) came out to investigate. They determined there was slight heat warpage and fixed it without any issue. Great service, would highly recommend!! Thanks

Bill's glasses are really cool and they did a nice job people friendly and I got to play with my dog in the parking lot with no b******* which means a lot to me. I love businesses that love dogs thank you those class have you heard you to anybody take it back I wouldn't return you with nobody with no money haha thanks

I have dealt with Bills Glass for the past several years and have never had a bad experience. My most recent experience dealt with two mirrored closet doors. The mirrors are separating from the doors and necessitated that they be removed in order to secure the glass. Bills Glass gave me a free estimate to start with and then called back and advised that I could possibly fix this myself by not removing the doors and simply adding adhesive tape. They advised that they would gladly furnish the tape. I had taxed their services somewhat and expected a bill, but they advised that the service was free which is quite uncommon in today s Service economy.
