Anthony was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable and ended up getting me in the right Tesla even though it wasn't the one I came to look at. Gave me a great trade in value for my Subaru and ended up leaving with a lower payment than I already had when I got there. He has also helped and reached out to me following our interaction and made sure I got any knowledge or help I needed with the new car. Will definitely recommend and come back to see them again! Salesperson Anthony provided a stellar buying experience for our new ID.4. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and sincerely interested in educating us about its many features. Anthony repeatedly told us that the most important thing was to get the trim level we wanted and helped secure an inter-dealer trade to get our model. He was easy going and pleasant and always very upfront about price, no games. He helped us qualify for deep discounts from VW and the government making the final price much less than we expected. Anthony completed the sale by proving video links to learn about our new car and phoned a week later to ask if we had any questions. He and the finance manager even gave us useful tips for selling our old car ourselves. Easiest car buying experience ever!!!

I bought a used car here and she is absolutely a dream. She is beautiful! However, I test drove the car and no lights were on. I got home which is an hour commute and my dash board lit up. It is now in the shop and it is going to cost me close to 4800 to fix everything. I am sad that I haven t had the car not even a week. I called and informed them and he basically said sorry that happened good luck with that. I love the car so I am glad we did an extended warranty so the biggest portion of the maintenance is covered other wise it would have been a little over 10k. I also didn t like that when I went to pick up my car it was hooked up to their phones so they clearly had been enjoying driving the car, they could have at least serviced it instead of driving it around and then giving it to me broken. Either way, I love the car. I am going to do what I need to in order to keep her running and in good shape. It s just a risk you take with you with used cars. They were sweet and overall I didn t have a bad experience, just wish they were a little more honest about what shape the car was in.

Michael and Anthony were fantastic to work with! Started the deal over the phone and finished it at pick up. Pretty pleasant experience and they made it very easy! Anthony even played with ours 2 young kids while we signed paperwork. Not all 1 year olds get to sit in a showroom floor car. We are in love with our Odyssey and drove 2.5 hours because it was such an amazing deal. Thank you again MC Volkswagen!I completely retract my review. My van broke down, complete engine blow over a faulty spark plug apparently. Literally drove it for 10 days. Now the dealership doesn't want to do anything to make it right except for communicate with my warranty that has been ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. Make sure you do extensive research on any vehicle bought here!!

Punctual Quality Service!I pulled up to the service bay 03/15/2024, and was waved in with a smile and greeted with a good morning and by name. It really helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed. I came in today because my steering wheel controls stopped working and the horn was not honking. This was my main concern. I had minor concerns with other things and I didn t have to mention anything to the service tech. When providing me with the results of the diagnostic test he also stated my other concerns, a loose bolt and my oil needing to be topped off. Which he said they would tighten the bolt and top of my oil. My clock spring in my steering wheel needed to be replaced, I was told it was covered under an extended warranty that I was eligible for and they had the part already. This appointment has been a stressor for me financially. So to hear it was all covered and not going to cost me anything was such a relief. I appreciate the support, knowledgeable staff, and professionalism. I highly recommend this service department for all of your Volkswagen needs. I would say the only thing to improve on is to have your receptionist know if you re eligible for the extended warranty. I scheduled this appointment earlier this month and was a no show to the appointment because financials were a barrier. Had I known it was no cost to me this could ve been fixed sooner.

Ethan and Jackson were outstanding. I left the dealership after not being able to afford the cost of the car I was interested in. 15 minutes later I got a call and Ethan and Jackson worked it out and came back with a deal that I could afford. to get me the price I could afford after I had already left is above and beyond expectation! thank you for helping me get into my new to me car.

I contacted this company in hopes of getting a vehicle and started talking to a to a gentleman named Anthony over the phone texting in hopes of getting a car. Very quick to respond to any questions I had to ask, and had me make an appointment to come in and chat about a car.... The car I had before hand I had on a loan got it less then 8m ago and ended up driving into the flood in Tillamook and hydrolocked my car. These gentleman were freaking awesome got me a brand new car three days later and they went out of their way to make sure i got a vehicle and did not try to scam me or etc.... I recommend this company by all means and they all deserve 10 star reviews and highly recommend going to these awesome gentleman for a vehicle!!! Thank u guys so much I super appreciate u more then u truly know!!!!!! Again thank u so much for everything!!!;

Anthony True did a great job working with us. We shopped around and Anthony treated us with respect and didn't give us the hard sale or pressure us into something we didn't want like other places we visited. This is the second car I've bought from Mac VW and I truly feel like they care about me as a customer!

Nick and his team at VW of McMinnville went above and beyond to support my atypical situation. They were friendly and supportive and really cared about getting my car back on the road. The timeline to getting my Atlas up and running was no short of a miracle and I am so appreciative. The next car I purchase will definitely be from this VW dealership as I have not experienced the same level of quality and care everywhere I have been.

I had an extremely unusual and uncomfortable experience. I had made an appointment ahead of time with Anthony, when I showed up for my appointment Anthony said he was with customers so he pawned me off to Ethen.One of the first things Ethen said to me was that my ford flex I showed up in was ugly. Whether or not that s true I felt it was an inappropriate thing to say to someone whose business you were trying to obtain. He also asked if my eyebrows were tattooed on because they look red and swollen. The entire test drive was spent with him explaining how much money he s getting for child support and how much back pay he got. We never actually spoke about the vehicle I was driving.The entire experience was off putting and uncomfortable. I won t be returning with business.

This dealership was very open, honest and transparent! Don t find them like this anymore! We traveled from Montana and so glad we did! They even picked us up at the airport Anthony was very polite and professional. The car was ready upon arrival and Anthony gave a very good presentation of the car s operation and was patient with all our questions! Definitely would buy here again!

We had a wonderful experience buying from Mac Volkswagen. Love the small town feel and everyone is very professional, and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with Anthony. Had a bit of a unique used car buying experience because the car I was interested in had barely hit the lot when I found it hadn t been serviced or detailed yet. Ended up having some things that they needed to ship it over to Toyota to fix. Even though the process took several weeks Anthony was open with communication the whole time and made the waiting process less stressful. They even got me a better financing rate that my home credit union! Overall good experience.

An honest dealership! It exists!We bought an older Jetta from a Toyota dealership, we had exhaust problems that weren t getting diagnosed properly and then they referred us ti Beaverton/Portland VW dealerships which had months long waitlists.MAC got us in promptly, they researched any warranty issues that could apply for us to give us the best pricing, got parts quickly and the repairs have held up. We will go there for all VW needs for forever and would trust them with any of our cars!Friendly, affordable, reliable, timely and good communication it does actually happen with a dealership repair shop thank goodness.

Great service and no pressure. Car is great! Was in at 11am and out with new car at 1pm! One sales guy at office on memorial day so he was very busy but very helpful even under pressure. Being a Vet I really appreciate the work they have done!

I ordered an ID.4 back in July and worked with Anthony. Anthony was quick to respond back then and has been appropriately communicative since my order. The purchase was smooth and I received a good amount from my trade in.I was coming from out of state and Anthony insisted I take it on a test drive where he walked me through all the features; some I wasn t aware of. I felt comfortable driving it over 100 miles to home. He is well versed on what is a pretty new car to the market.Financing was a breeze.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Tiguan and enjoyed the entire process. I had a great experience from beginning to end purchasing a car at this dealership. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Michael. Wasted no time to take a test drive with me in the car I was interested in. He took his time answering all my questions about the vehicle and VW's itself. Kevin was also very helpful and patient with me working out numbers we were both happy with. Anthony was very informative with giving more information on the vehicle. The team was quick and efficient. Everything felt seemless and i'm very happy with my experience. Would buy here again.

Best car buying experience I ve had. Anthony sold me a 2022 Volkswagen GTI and the whole process went very well. Super professional and responsive. I purchased my first VW and first electric vehicle from Mac Volkswagen, and the internet sales manager Anthony True made things wildly easy. I found a 2023 ID.4 online, submitted the I m interested form, and within what seemed like minutes, Anthony was calling to give me all the details and help get it reserved. While the ID.4 was not due to arrive for a few weeks, I got ETA updates over text and answers to any questions I thought of. All communication was quick and felt very personal.When the ID.4 was ready for pickup, I first worked with Bill to finalize the financing paperwork. Everything was straightforward. Then Anthony stayed with us nearly two hours on a rainy Friday night to explain all the EV nuances and the VW software. He was extremely knowledgable about all the tech.These days you only hear about hassles trying to buy a car. Mac VW and Anthony in particular offered probably the smoothest car purchase I ve experienced. If you are looking for a new vehicle, and especially if you re EV-curious, go to McMinnville and ask for Anthony.

They are always extremely helpful with our cars. We been doing business with Mac VW for more than 13 years. Mike has sold us 3 cars during that time and have been very helpful and easy to get along with. Anthony was extremely helpful when we were picking up our ID.4 and showed us how to use the features. Also gave resources we can go to if we have any questions.

I called MAC volkwagen because another dealership had told me I needed a repair that was going to cost almost $4000. I was asking for another opinion, and the service manager, Nick, did some research and called me back to tell me it was all covered under a PZEV warranty! The other dealership made no mention of it. I offered to bring my car to MAC to repair, and he encouraged me to do what was most convenient for me, and gave me a direct line to call should the other dealership want to talk to him.It's pretty rare these days to encounter someone who will go the extra mile for you, especially when they have nothing to gain. I so appreciate Nick's professionalism and customer service.I bought my first VW from MAC in 2012, and I had the same service back then! You can be sure I will buy my next from MAC, even if it is a haul from my house.Thank you so much!Susan Schweighardt
