I've been here twice, two different vehicles. Both times needing a diagnosis and repairs quickly. Both times they did diagnosis and helped me triage what needed to be done soon and what could wait. No high pressure scare tactics. Repairs done very quickly (within 24 hrs of when I called).I love that you get diagnosis summary including pictures of the issues.

Most friendly place I found in Mac. Very helpful and got me in immediately. Unfortunately, the mechanic was unable to disconnect a connector on the fuel pump so I had my nephew do it.Other than the mechanic I would give them 5 stars!

Great service at Meineke for my oil change and tire rotation. Friendly and professional service from Nathan and the Technician. Informed me of any other issues and completed the service promptly. Highly recommend, we'll be back for sure.

First time going to Meineke Car Care Center. They were very pleasant upon my arrival. Servived the car and came to me about some issues with the brakes. Went ahead and had them replaced. Very pleased with there service. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a great experience here. I called and they got me in two days later, I was helped with the financing and I was shown the couple of other things that were found and also was called at home about an issue, other places would of had me make another appointment. I was told everything about prices along the way so there weren t any surprises when I payed. I will be a loyal customer from here on out, also telling everyone who will listen to go see these guys with their vehicle issues, Thank you Nathan and crew, I appreciate the work done on my car.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

My Rover overheated when I was out of town. Meineke was the ONLY service station open on a Saturday. Ryan, Trey and Ethan were great! Ordered parts and serviced my vehicle without breaking the bank. I can t thank them enough! I highly recommend them.

I personally think they are a little shady and have poor customer service. I went in mid July for a warranty for my alternator. They put one in took a few days, no big. Can t get it to work they replace the fusible link, still doesn t work. A few more days go by. So they replace the alternator again. Works. They call me to pick it up. I get there start driving and notice my turn signals don t work, my back up lights don t work, my air doesn t work, the airbag light is on. All of this was working when I drove it with a temporary charge to get it to them.They take a week to look at it to figure it out. Then I get a call sorry it must be your fault you have a subwoofer installed so it s your fault. I go to pick it up so I can have Toyota look at it and below is a picture of parts that were left off my car. Also in the proof of labor they chose to exclude that they put a bad alternator in it when doing the warranty. I ll comment to see what Toyota says who knows maybe it s not their fault but they said they re hands are tied when I asked if they would fix it for free if it was caused by the bad alternator.Aug 18 2023I took it to Toyota. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within an afternoon. Apparently the fuses had been messed with while they were in menieke. I ve never opened the fuse box under the hood before. Oh well Toyota charged me 150. Can t get my money back but my cars up and running. I m quite upset that they also took it to their techs in newberg and couldn t figure out that some of the fuses didn t have the right value and some were not put in the right spots :(

Nathan is the best! Was able to fix my Jeep same day for a great price and when I ran in to some problems he was able to help me figure it out. I really appreciate them and helping me get my car same day so it wouldn t affect my work. Thank you all!

Everytime I've been into Meineke McMinnville, I've been treated with the utmost attention and respect. They are very responsive and quick to make sure the customer is always comfortable and knows EXACTLY what's going on with their vehicle. I highly recommend them for any car needs..

Meineke in McMinnville is fantastic. I ve used them only to complete work on my truck. A year ago they replaced the engine for me which I bought myself. Everything is perfect. My alternator went out 40 miles from home on a Saturday night. I had my truck towed to Meineke and on Monday they had my alternator replaced, oil change, tires rotated and a complete check of every system in only three hours, and they had many cars they were working on. Nathan, Ray and the entire Meineke Team are total professionals. No one else will touch my truck.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Battery

Highly recommend McMinnville Meineke Car Center. I love inspection results that list out what is just fine, what will need attention soon, and what needs attention right away. It really helps to be able to plan out repairs when needed. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly; turnaround time is incredibly timely. Most of all its the peace of mind that comes with having my car in great running shape. Thanks, Nathan & team!

My check engine light came on and an assessment from another place said it was my EVAP. I called meinike to get an appointment to fix it up. When I went in the man at the front desk told me the other guys didn't really know what they were talking about and said they were going to do their own evaluation. Rate was $155 an hour but adjusted if it was shorter. It was not. Almost 90 minutes later he came back in and told me that I had 12 issues that needed to be resolved immediately. He told me I needed to replace breaks, tires were worn down, shocks were almost spent, spark plugs needed to be replaced, oil changed, general tune up, belt replaced and a few other things. He said it was important to do it now and that it would cost me $5,700. He offered to sign me up for a payment plan but I needed to consult with the other members of my home. According to them, the car had just been tuned up and had an oil change the week prior. When we took it to Les Schwab to get the tires, breaks and shocks checked out, the guy there said the breaks were totally fine and just needed to bled and flush them. I asked him about the tires and shocks and he said they were totally fine and that I didn't have anything to worry about. Cost me $ 130. Very unhappy and disappointed that they saw fit to try and take advantage of a single young woman like that.

I usually avoid Meineke due to how I ve been treated in the past but had to go in today due to availability and Michael was AMAZING! I will definitely be returning again! Make sure to see Michael for all your car help :)

Been going there for five plus years. They always do a great job. I believe they are honest and trustworthy. Never had a problem with of their repairs.

Very friendly They were awesome. When I dropped off my car I couldn t find a ride home. They gave me a ride homeAnd when I couldn t get a ride to pick up my car they came and got me there awesome all be going back very nice and helpful. Thank you Meineke

They guys treat me very well here and let me know everything they have done and what needs done that they can't help with. (Like Jeep parts that are too new for them to get). I trust them with my vehicle and that they are truthfully honest men here!

Nathan and his crew are solid. Went in on Friday afternoon with a laundry list of drivetrain issues. Zero wait to get the rig into a bay for inspection and diagnosis, work was scheduled for Saturday. I was also having some work done at the shop next door and Nathan volunteered to take care of getting it to them so I could just leave the rig for the crew to get started on first thing. Parts delivery was delayed so it took longer than initially anticipated, but that's out of their control. They handled it well and ended up staying late to make sure it was done and done correctly. Nathan is clearly a professional and no stranger to this business. He communicates well and is friendly to boot. No pushy upselling, no exaggerating issues. I can definitely recommend this shop.

The service was efficient and quick. My water pump broke, and I needed to use it the next day to go see my new great grandson. Most places in town were backed up 2 to 3 weeks but my pump was in the next day. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Nathan is truly amazing. We had a bad experience with the last management and I was very skeptical to give them another chance. We did and the end result was amazing. Was just going through notes on my car...blew a headlight out in Oregon, had gotten the other identical bulb replaced in Colorado, this dude charged me $195 in labor as opposed to $105 and $260 for the bulb vs $125...bad on me for not checking my records. Definitely got ripped off.

So glad to have Nathan back on the job. This time around was only an oil change, but the greater value add was the diagnostics/inspection of my car.
