So far I have nothing but a great experience with the work they did on my car.. very friendly an they go out of their way to get to know me, they listen when I talk and everything they said would get done happened, with no hidden agenda!! Not to mention that I have talked to about 6 or more other shops, an they gave me the best quote, so they even saved me money % I will not be shopping anymore this is the only shop I'm going to trust .. Thanks for a job well done see you soon!!

Our cat wouldn't start while we were visiting the area. Mac Auto Parts took us in right away and determined it was our battery. We were in and out in just a bit over am hour! They were super friendly and reasonably priced. Great place to get work done!!!

Super happy with the work! Waited 2 months to write review, to assure the repairs took well. And they did! Old pickup, dead battery mystery. They researched, solved and did basic maintenance that had been deferred for several years. My truck starts, and quickly, and with va-voom! Super helpful, amazing customer service. Very welcoming and honest, family like atmosphere. Came in with a super high quote from another shop and compared they nearly cut it in half. Being 19 with car troubles isn't easy lol.

Nick of time it was, literally passing through from coast to Portland, our visit to this clean, well organized shop. Our battery light had come on during our drive at usual road speeds. It was not expected, we had a new battery put in by AAA a few months ago. The gal at AAA wants us to go to one of their recommended shops. We make no set arrangements and our signal drops.Our decision was to pull into McMinnville and see if we could find out what was happening. Les Schwab sent us here. It was like 10 minutes before closing, we pulled directly up to the open bay where three guys with "we're off work in five minutes" grins on their faces. Spouse hops out and greets them as the shop manager, Alan, says they can check it in a couple of minutes.Machine hooked up to car. Prognoses is that the battery is good. Alternator was doing a super charge. Not likely to leave us stranded on the road. Alan had us turn it off. When it was turned on again, the dash light was not on. Our ride home was uneventful as they predicted. Recommend this AAA endorsed shop.

They saved the day for us! We have had Mac auto working on my Subaru for years. We had warranty work done at our dealership and the dealership wanted to replace the transmission. Ultimately, we refused the fix at the dealership (which would have totaled the car) and took it to Mac auto where Alan found a Subaru service bulletin and finished the job without having to replace the transmission. Thank you soooo much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My 18 year old son was on vacations over at Mc. Minnville Oregon his chevy stopped due too fuel pump issues. AAA took the chevy in. My son told them the situation and they checked it out and fixed it and was ready by the next day. They gave him great customer service and they fixed the issue. They did not fool my son nor they over charged him. I am truly happy with the results. My son felt comfortable driving back too Bakersfield, Ca. I definitely recommend Mac Auto Pros for your auto needs. Oct. 3, 2018

Lots of workers there but make it awkward for the people coming in. Or maybe just because im female. Barely get a straight answer. Went in twice without any answers or real info and each time took forever with guesses and lots of waiting around while all the workers werent even smiley or cordial.

Hooked me up to their Diagnostic Machine and Mac VW had forgotten to reset when I had an oil change, go figure. No more! Mac Auto will be getting my business for oil changes and whatever else my Passat needs!! Thanks Kevin and Melissa!
