On this stop I had new shocks put on and they work wonderful. Previous to that I had my four winter tires installed and purchased from them. They worked great! When I lived in Arizona I really missed Les Schwab. Very happy that they're still here to have value and quality along with good customer service .

I very busy place! Service is good but I can t go 5 stars here. I brought in my car with a low tire indicator. They checked things out but missed a staple in my tire which later went flat in my driveway!Can t knock Les though! Accidents happen especially in a very busy environment.Still a loyal customer for now

Despite the fact that it was clearly a busy morning for them, they had my tire patched within an hour. Friendly & professional staff. Spacious waiting room. This was my first visit to this Les Schwab location, but I'll definitely be back.

My company has services done by these guys and they work hard to get us back on road. the manager job is a great guy and so are the lady's at the front counter are sweet hearts.

Woke up in the morning and noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Had heard good things about Les Schwab so decided to give them a call. Had a very pleasant conversation over the phone and they promptly took me in without an appointment. Spent about 45 minutes to get the puncture resolved. The entire staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and will be using them going forward!

I've had two less than perfect experiences here in the last few months. BUT, in both situations, the assistant manager ( I believe he said was Mike?) handled it very, very well. I felt valued and understood both times. I felt his exceptional customer service was genuine and I appreciate that.

Got me in quickly without having an appointment. I was shocked when I noticed they had put my spare tire back under my vehicle because I had alot of stuff piled in the back and was expecting them to 'fight' with all that stuff! Above and beyond!

They put popcorn in my air filter after making me pay them to not fix the problem and telling me to come back to pay more money, now instead of the single problem I had that a few mechanics quoted me on, I now have more than a handful of issues. It's been a while befor I noticed the popcorn. But I'd just replaced the filter befor going to them and it wasn't there... who knows how much is now inside there.

Had a great experience today with Ched H and Mike M @ the McMinnville location, which I could not say about my previous experience. When I went in today, both Mike and Ched heard my hesitations about returning to Les Schwab, and did what they could to right the previous wrong. They honored the warranty on my tires and set me up with a new pair at the reduced price. They were fast, efficient, and bestowed the lost art of customer service. They apologized for my previous experience and restored my faith in our local Les Schwab.

Love Les Schwab. Will not buy tires from anyone else. Came in today with a flat from a screw. Tire couldn't be repaired but because of warranty, they gave me a brand new tire for free. Super fast service and great staff!!

Mcminnvill location The GODS of all things roadworthy. Lift it level it slap on the tires and wheels. Give her shocks to go and brakes to stop. Pop in a new battery. Fix all things broken and send me on my way with a guarantee and all the security I could ask for.I started at the original location in 1985 with my first car -A 1977 Datsun B210 honeybee. Yes it had to have tires and wheels! And to this day I love McMinnville Les Schwab. It s the longest relationship I ve ever been in. Thanks Jobe, Chet, Nicole and all the guys who work on my trucks! You rock!!!

Traveling from out of state and our rental had a flat. I called late on a Friday and set an appointment. Put on the spare and headed over. Even though they were busy I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Best of all no charge! Gave the guy a $20 and was out of there. Thanks Les Schwab!

This place is absolutely wonderful. On more than one occasion, they have saved my butt. From flat tires to mechanical work, they have you covered. The staff is always exceptionally helpful and kind.

I brought my car in with a donut on and the flat in my backseat. They patched it up all quick and for free (had a small nail hole) but when I got home I couldn't find my donut...y'all it was in the hatch. They took out all the junk from the hatch and screwed the donut back in the compartment for me. Small favors mean a lot to me. I love that I always get this kind of service here

Not a fan at all. Dropped my car off with a half tank of gas, picked it up with absolutely nothing. After questioning the staff, I had to go buy a gas can to fill up enough to get home. The staff was not interested in helping. They have no security cameras. I would recommend that they keep customer vehicles inside, or add cameras. They suck.

As long as Les Schwab is around, they will always be my first choice to take care of my tire needs. No frills whenever I pull up to fill my tire with air or when I've got a punctured tire. Took my car in one day because it was making a scraping sound when I turned, turns out it was just a piece of plastic that was scraping on my tires. They took care of all that too, no charge.They're also honest and up front when it comes to changing your tires and what they recommend you get. They're not going to try and convince you to get the most expensive one if it's not what you need. I had two of my tires changed a year and a half ago, but before my recent road trip they advised me to change all four tires. The two I had them replace a while back were still under the 60,000 miles warranty and so I received 30% off of a pair of the new tires.Overall, I've always been happy with their service. Normally, I wouldn't think to write a review for a tire shop, but each time I go in there I come out a happy customer so this review is long overdue.

I have used Les Schwab Tire Centers for decades. I moved here to Mac a couple of years ago, but when I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires I headed over to Les Schwab. They fixed my tire for free, but while I was there I also had them replace my windshield wipers. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.I highly recommend doing business with them. Great service.

Have always used Les Schwab for the last 25 years for my tires Wheels and some mechanical work. They always do great work and have great products good tires and great service. I highly recommend Les Schwab
