My partner made the mistake of going to this shop. With only 20,000 miles on the truck, they suggested a rear differential oil change. Not only was it much too soon but the price of $149 is a complete and total rip-off.Stay away!

Maybe I'm getting old..But $100 for an oil change on a 1.4L 4cyl, is a bit much. Even with it being synthetic. The young men working were very pleasant, though. I also think it's silly to erase all records after 12mos. Our tow behind only get 1 oil change a year. So keeping that info would be quite helpful.

The receipt says a lot of things were checked but nothing was checked, for example the wipers.

Asked for full service, guess these days it s and oil and filter change and nothing else. I requested and was told before I went in that lights, tires pressure, wipers along with fluids. Nobody said a word to me beyond asking for the milage. Took 9 minutes, didn t check a single thing including fluids - I know I m low on wiper fluid. When I asked, the guy was Well, I can check those things Nevermind, I ll be doing future business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

The young men who work there are very friendly and eager to provide good service. The older man, Mike, is great and seemed like he really cared about doing what was best for me. Went there to fix an oil leak that could have come from several places. They fixed the most likely and were willing to wait to see if any other places needed a fix instead of charging me for the whole list. Got a free paint and serial number job on the catalytic converter to prevent theft. And a ride home and back.

They were super friendly and seemed to do a good job. Just felt very rushed and didn't give me alot of information on what was happening or conditions of my car. They also forgot to vacuum. BUT they did have a line of cars so I can understand. They are not the best but not the worst.

I asked and paid $73.98 with a $15 coupon off for a full service oil change. Normally at any other Jiffy Lube I have been to, the full service oil change includes checking lights, windshield wipers, tire pressure, checking and topping off other fluids like the transmission fluid, radiator fluid, break fluid, window washer fluid and power steering etc. Normally they check the battery and air filters.The receipt I received says that wipers and lights were checked and ok . I was never asked to turn my lights on nor did they inspect the windshield wipers. The receipt says that the air filter may require attention. I watched to see what they inspected because the time before when I brought my Toyota there I noticed that the only thing they did was change the oil and nothing else was inspected or talked about. PH level failed but was never addressed.When asked why nothing was checked and inspected they said that they had checked them and that they were fine but the receipt says otherwise.Service: Oil change

Very knowledgeable and friendly The associate was also able to give me good information on how to fix other problems on my truck the associate was also able to give me more information to dealership that I thought was going to be sketchy but he reassured me it wasn't and that all would be well

Update 10/30/2020They were better priced than last time and were able to get me up and on the road all while I was able to stay comfortable in my car. The crew is fast professional and dependable. I appreciate their service.Cost quite a bit, but friendly and fast service that makes me feel safe while driving long distance.

Up 'til today I've had good service here. Today I'm here for 45 minutes worth of work, and I'm still sitting here 2hr 45 minutes later. And mind you, they NEVER ONCE came to me to keep me informed on the delay or updates on when they'd be done. I finally had to chase one of them down 2hr 15min into my wait. That is NOT pro-active, customer-friendly service. A lot of new faces here, so maybe the good ones are no longer here and I need to take my service elsewhere.

As always the service was excellent as well as being reassured that I hadn t done something horrible to my brakes. Great value and professional demeanor by everyone. I ve been in the car industry for about a decade. For both service and sales. I often get coupons for $20 oil changes and take my cars in for oil changes here when the deals run. You can t beat that price doing it even yourself most of the time these days. It s like a loss leader for them. They hope to get additional sales off of it.Unfortunately for them that s all I m going for as I perform my maintenance myself. What I appreciate about this though is they are non-pressuring when recommending additional items for me. I would know if they were giving me a run around or not for repairs I don t need. In fact, sometimes I like to see if a place catches something I know about already or not. These guys are on top of it.They re helpful, Courteous, informative and fast. I know there s other places you can go for work in town but they live up to the name and get you in and out promptly.

It was just okay. They didn't reset my system so the next day my car is reminding me to get a oil change. Staff was so so also. Theres a dude named Mike that acts like he's the bomb. He's definitely not

I'm very happy with the service, honestly, customer service and price. I was treated with respect and did not feel intimidated into services I could not afford. I came here because I felt I had been given an unfair estimate for services not needed at another well reviewed shop in McMinnville. I even had a discount coupon. Very grateful for my experience at Jiffy Lube in McMinnville today.Service: Brakes

My first time at this location and they were very quick. I was really surprised to see my floor mats vacuumed without requesting it. On top of that, I got a discount. Thanks to the friendly young men and lady who treated me kindly while they worked in the cold, rainy weather. 5 Star Service!

Slow!!! Got there around 2:30 didn't get out of there until after 4:00. Had to ask for my windshield sticker for my mileage. Come to find out after I put it on windshield and got home I don't need an oil change for another 100k miles. If I could put negative stars they would have 5 but unfortunately I have to give them one. Drive somewhere else to get your oil done!!!Services: Transmission, Oil change

My girlfriends car suddenly needed a new battery. I called them up beforehand and the staff had the battery ready as soon as we arrived. They replaced the battery and did an oil change very quickly and professionally. The staff was very polite, respectful, and professional during the entire time.When the bolt on the positive terminal broke, they literally took the time out of their day to drive down the road and get a new part, free of charge to us! They even gave me a discount on the total! I will definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube for any future troubles, oil changes, or other services! Jiffy Lube, you guys are amazing! Had great customer service over the phone and in person. They were fast and took care of me and my car. Gave me knowledge of what would help my car but not pushy selling it. A little more information on each oil and what comes with each "package" would be great but still wonderful service!
