The counterman friendly, knew my name, nice waiting area, coffee at 2 usually empty at others. Quickly did work in announcing.

Amazing service staff. Brought my daughter's (college student) car in for diagnosis on a key lockout issue. They were able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem and also were very helpful in identifying and resolving a couple other recall issues. This piece of mind for a parent is work every penny I paid for the service appt. Overall extremely satisfied with the Chuck Colvin service center. Highly recommend!

Between my wife and I, we have bought and or traded over 15 vehicles. Many of these were with other dealers. It has always been a stressful situation, knowing we are interested in a vehicle and expecting to haggle or barter. Everyone has an expected budget or payment amount and many dealerships really try to push that envelope to make a sale. Not Chuck Colvin Ford! The sales staff, the sales manager and even the Finance Manager Greg are genuine nice people and very non-pressure folks. They laid all of the paper work out on how much they are into their vehicle and what they need to make to stay in business. They are very transparent and forthcoming with information during the sales process.We even had to send a few wrap up emails after the deal was completed and to our surprise we got a response well after working normal hours. This shows the Chuck Colvin employees really care about their work and customers! We will be back for our next purchase if that comes.

Big thanks to Jerri in service as always for her extensive knowledge and to our mechanic-thank you so very very much for being so thorough and attentive to the needs of our vehicle and finding extra things to ensure that it would run and we would be satisfied! I know you had to squeeze us in with shortage of staff and I appreciate your efforts so much. Longest wait I've ever experienced for an oil change, very little communication, finished with the car but they still didn't talk to us for a long time.The center was confusing, we were redirected from the main doors, as were two other people when we were there. Ended up being moved to 3 different counters.Overall just a lame experience for such a simple service.

I very much would like to go negative stars if I could. Sold car in '17 and had 4-5 major issues with the car and its been very painful getting any help from them. They are almost set in making this as difficult as humanity possibly. I asked for management contact info and was told I had to contact the manufacturer (which I've been dealing with for the issues as well) DO NOT USE DO JOT USE DO NOT USE

Took my Rogue for a recall matter and oil change. I happened to mention that I had some warning light coming on intermittently. I told them I wasn't sure which light and that it only happened early in the morning and within a mile of my house. Further investigation found it was my crash alert warning malfunctioning. They immediately contacted the Nissan Corp. With that phone call they kept my Rouge put me a loaner while waiting for the new sensor to come in. No, I wasn't happy but I was so very thankful that they put my safety first.I was expecting them to have my car 3-4 weeks. I had my car back in 3 weeks even.

GREAT experience. Low pressure, high customer service. Smooth transaction from beginning to end and went above and beyond when it came to showing me features of new car before we drove off. Will definitely drive the hour there to deal with them again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had 2 interactions with the service center, and twice they left me greatly disappointed.Back in May, I brought in my Mariner for front end work. It took them 2 weeks to return my vehicle because they could not seem to order the correct part. My car has not driven the same since I got it back. I also was missing a lug nut...Most recently I purchased a vehicle from Chuck Colvin, and it went through their service department before going back for sale. They changed the oil and failed to replace the gasket on the drain plug. I learned this after bringing my car to Mini of Portland because oil was dripping from the car. They charged me $80 for the oil change and told me about the missing gasket.If you want for the job to be delayed and for parts to be left off your vehicle when you eventually get it back, Chuck Colvin is the place for you.

John in quick lube told me years ago when I first started taking my Nissan Altima there that if I purchased tires or a vehicle I wouldn't have to pay the tire rotation fee. Well I bought a rouge and I was still being charged so I went to my salesman and he took care of it and of course John took the credit for it and denied ever telling such a thing!Then John came and told that I needed my cabin filter changed for $65 and I told him I'd myself. He said the last person that did that brought it in and it took his crew an hour to dig the pieces out. I told John he wanted to charge that much for my Altima I did it myself until the company dropped the price to like $35 after I complained on here several times.

Even though they seemed to lose my appointment, they were able to get my car in for it's oil change quickly. Interactions were efficient and waiting room was clean.

This is the absolute best service center you'll ever find. Not only is the work top notch, but they communicate really well. The customer service I've received has been nothing short of amazing.

WOW What a awesome experience!! Did everything online only thing I had to do when I got there was the test drive and sign the paperwork that was already done! Kudos to Rod Lundeen for doing such a fantastic job! Also to Greg Wroblewski finance dept, quick and easy knows his stuff! Very friendly staff from the bottom to the top! Way to go with your great customer service!! The GMC Terrain is a beauty drives like a champ, 2 hour drive home and nothing to complain about! I LOVE IT!!!! This is the place you will want to go to buy your next car for sure! I will be raving to all my friends and family about Chuck Colvin!

The worst ever - no loaner car, no idea how long to get parts, got wrong parts, parts will be at least triple the quoted amounts, shuttle got me to work after taking some retired guy home first, even though I had requested a ride to work well in advance of my appointment....phone tab on the dash quit working while they had it...coincidence was the explanation. I will never never never go back. Nothing but a pain from the very start. Quick Lane people didn't install my windshield wipers correctly and ruined my windshield, had to replace it....they did it at their cost at least. I am so DONE with Colvin "lack" of service center. If I could give these people less than one star, I certainly would.Loreli Wright

My husband and I come to Chuck Colvin to buy our cars this will be our 3rd purchase. We drive over from Cornelius Oregon about 20 miles away. Jesse Freiley is are the sales person, works hard to get you the best deal. If he can't get it for you then it's not out there.

Was shopping for a certified pre-owned Nissan Pickup. Jesse and Rich collaborated and went out of their way to meet us at a price point that worked for us. They had the paper work ready , the temporary permit in the window and the actual transaction was super quik and smooth. We were very impressed and would recommend them both highly. To cap off an already good experience, when we got in to drive the truck home it was full of gas!. When we had test drove it the day before it was 1/4 tank. An above and beyond gesture that they didn't need to make. Great Experience!

Leave your vehicle here for a day and they may, or may not get to it. They are overly busy for the quality of service they provide. Try and call and get put on hold for an exceptional amount of time. Sales persons are great, service dept is not.

Not sure on there actual service quality since the guys answering the phone have either tried to redirect me every time I call to some nissan pro. The guy is apparently always busy so they take down my number to call me back. Been 2 weeks and still haven't heard a word. Going to take my frontier and just call TNT motorsports or something since they actually call me back.

Couldn't speak to anyone in service, there was no one available to book an appointment vi telephone during business hours at approx 330 pm on a Thursday. . The online book an appointment kept telling me who was not available, no option for loaner car. I went elsewhere for service.

Worse customer service ever... I spent a week trying to get an answer to a question and never got it... each time they asked me a ton of questions and then say they would get back to me... two days later a new person would contact me and ask me all the same questions and say they would get back to me... this happened four times before I gave up.

Fair prices for most small auto repairs only reason I didn't give it five stars is because on their inspection sheet when I get an oil change they almost always try to tell me that my brand new battery is faulty
