Colvin Nissan made purchasing my new car a simple and pleasant experience. After a bad experience with a local dealer, I was willing to travel anywhere to get what I wanted. I found it at Colvin. David Callins, our salesman, was fabulous. Everything was straightforward and transparent, no hassle. We were able to work out the details via text, email, and phone, flew over, signed physical copies, and drove home. His manager, Rich, runs a wonderful dealership. If or when I decide to purchase another vehicle, I will look here first.Thank you David!

the purchasing process was fairly normal but after them sending licensing papers/sales tax to the wrong address they were anything but helpful. it took 91 days to license my truck, 4 trip permits, and another check because they calculated sales tax wrong (WA STATE) my truck has sat in my driveway far longer than l've been able to drive it so far. One title clerk was slightly helpful to a degree. they boast "small town" feel for their dealership but l would strongly disagree. gotta love making payments on something you can't drive.

Strongly recommend Chuck Colvin fordEasiest buying experience purchasing a new ford. David Collins did a great job helping us with a special order, and kept us up to date on progress through out the process. These are the type of folks I have no problem sending family and friends to. A vehicle is a large purchase, let David help make it a fun experience!

Wife and I drove from Southern Oregon to Colvin Ford and Nissan to buy a low mileage used pickup. When we got there, the truck was better than the pics and better than advertised. Despite being busy - they had all the paperwork and the truck ready to go. All salesmen were great. Andres was knowledgable and great to work with. While there we spotted a brand new truck on the lot that had absolutely everything we were looking for and then some...and the price was great. The salesmen were great and despite the change in plans, they had us out of there in no time. I f you're in the market for a new or barely used vehicle, I highly recommend giving the folks at Chuck Colvin a shot.

We have been looking for a good deal on a particular SUV for almost a year and finally found the one we wanted at Chuck Colvin Ford. After reaching out online, Tim Richardson confirmed that the vehicle was still on site and recommended an additional SUV we could see.Upon arrival to the dealership, we were met by Tim who was super friendly and helpful. He had the two SUVs available and ready nearby. He patiently walked us through the vehicles and their features, and then took us out for a test drive. We ultimately decided to buy the SUV that first caught our eye online.The elements of the experience that stand out compared to negative experiences with other dealerships recently are:1) The whole thing was no pressure, not "sales-y" in anyway. Tim was there as a resource and an advocate, not trying to push or or scam us. The finance manager was very kind and low key; he too didn't try to oversell or sneak anything into the deal. He was very honest about what add-ons were worthwhile and may benefit us in that specific vehicle.2) The efficiency of the whole process was amazing. As above, Tim seemed ready for us and had the cars ready. We didn't wait or waste time. Compared to the Chevy dealer in McMinnville that sold the SUV we wanted out from under us (as we were en route), this experience at Chuck Colvin Ford was very refreshing.3) Everyone was very personable and helpful. There were no scummy sales tactics, nor did we feel that we were getting a bad deal. The manager recognized our military status and sweetened the deal a bit too, which was very kind and not expected.Overall, we were very happy with the Chuck Colvin Ford sales experience and with Tim Richardson in particular. After looking for this particular vehicle for a long time, it feels great to be driving it finally.

Outstanding service no pressure right to the point dealer. They say there the oldest dealer in Oregon which is great really came through. My salesman, Dave was young and energetic, very informed it s been a great experience so far much appreciated!!!

Wife and I walked into Colvin auto's yesterday and left with 2 new vehicles. Tim helped us and made the process easy. Worked with us on our trade in and got our payments on both rigs to a total we could afford. Will start at this dealership next time we are in the market for a new car. Worth the drive out to McMinnville.

Bought a new rock creek pathfinder and right away had an issue with the collision warning light. Called the dealer and instead of us having to wait weeks for a service appointment, they traded it out for another car that was exactly the same. They even drove 2 hours in rush hour traffic to bring it to us. The issue with the car was no fault of the dealer, but they made sure to make it right. The sales experience with David was also incredibly easy. Fastest car purchase ever! Will definitely go back when I need another vehicle

David was our salesman and he did a great job showing us the vehicle I had my eye on and making a smooth transition from trading my old vehicle in for the vehicle I wanted. I cannot say enough about Rod and Chuck Colvin Ford ! An actual honest salesman and a dealership with incredible history.I was looking for a very very specific truck for almost a year. Finally Chuck Colvin Ford got the truck I was looking for and they were selling for very reasonable price. I told Rod I would fly in next day to pick it up. Rod informed me that they would not sell a truck before they detailed, inspected, and serviced. I had basically already bought the truck, and honestly I didn t want to wait. Inspector found the truck s turbo was going out and they replaced turbo, hoses, gaskets for no charge. Wow !Overall my experience with Rod and Chuck Colvin Ford was exceptionally easy. Rod was there to reply in minutes with any question I had, found answers to a few he couldn t answer even when he was incredibly busy.Thank you Rod and Chuck Colvin Ford

Let me just tell you about my Super Bowl car.A year ago I wrote a review for the fast lane service because it s always excellent. Even when they are swamped or it s summer or a pandemic roiled the world.Ford gave me great service for my Ford Ranger. I bought my little black beauty in 2002.She was a great work horse dubbed Rose Ranger by the warehouse folks at Whole Foods distribution in East Los Angeles, in Vernon.A decade ago I was still a vendor delivering lucky floral designs: lucky bamboo & money trees to 147 stores. So I needed a little truck with lots of power and a long bed.It served me well &Ford took care of my services. All was good.In 2020 the pandemic raged & by 2021 I was looking for new wheels I wanted an EV or hybrid. So during a service I met Rod at Sales & we talked about getting me a new ride.Because it was a pandemic & I was looking for a special car the sale didn t happen that day. But Rod stayed in touch & by 2022 he sent me a link & suggested I keep an eye on inventory.Low & behold in a Saturday night I was still wanting to replace my trusty truck & I thought why not see what they have?As soon as I opened the inventory there it was. A sharp little Ford Ecosport with the Titanium package. I really love the 17 wheels. Also it had many great features that I wanted & was my first color choice.Immediately I popped off a late late night email to Rod at Ford Sales telling him I found my new-to-me, car. It was a 2020 model. Used but with a Ford certified extended warranty.Sunday was Super Bowl. It s kind-of a day where everyone is busy sitting in front of big screens. But not me. I d received a reply from Ford super early in my morning email.It was the manager Dave & he said Rod was off for a few days but he d happily sell me my car today. I thought really? Well that s bold.A few emails back & forth & he was certain I could come down to get my new ride. I said well let s start with a test drive.Though it clearly had my name on-it I thought I d still need to jump through some hoops to get a deal done. Just before lunch I went down to check it out.Luckitispkit Dave & I had exchanged details & he gave me the car to take for a ride. Off I went to put this little white pony (mini SUV) through its paces.Of course I thought the guys would be too busy trying to keep one eye on the game but not so. When I came back Dave was ready to do business.He introduced me to a stand-in Sales partner, Rich. He got busy making the sale part easy, painless & fun.We talked about trade in & my down payment. I asked for more & Dave said ok. We discussed a few details & I figured the process would still take some time to negotiate.By that time it was lunch. I told big Dave & richy Rich I d go home & come back later to see if we could make a deal?But neigh big Dave said the little white Pony was mine. I said yay right?! But yes he said everything was done. It was so fast I hardly believed it.Still I needed to clean my trusty Truck. It was gritty from winter & often spent more time parked than driving. At 20 years old she was in great shape with 152K miles. It was bittersweet since I knew I needed a new vehicle but I didn t want to give up such a great truck.The Super Bowl game was getting going but you wouldn t know it I didn t see a single screen to compete with.Dave offered to buy lunch but I said no that if we had a deal I needed to get my belongings out of the truck & ready myself to let her go.I left & came back in about 40 minutes. I said is the sale really done?Big Dave & richy Rich said yes & they said Bill will take care of all the paperwork for me. I went into Bill s finance office & in 2 seconds we were like old friends.Bill had lots of experience. He looked a bit like the Monopoly guy with his long white beard & jovial manner.Documents & signing took about 20 minutes & before-you-know-it we were done.Big Dave, richy Rich & banker Bill gave me the best car & best deal ever!! I m so happy Thank You! I LOVE it.

This is the way car buying should always be! Following a horrid experience attempting to purchase a vehicle at Nissan of Portland, I started communicating with the sales team at Chuck Colvin Nissan/Ford on the potential purchase of one of their 2023 Nissan Leafs. Right out of the gate, David Collins offered a fantastic price. When I mentioned that another dealership had come in below David's offer, Rich Germunson, Chuck Colvin's General Sales Manager, not only was able to match it, but beat it by nearly $100. Considering the fact that everyone I spoke with at Chuck Colvin was super responsive and straightforward, I really preferred to purchase from them, so the fact that they were also the lowest offer was the cherry on top. David was out for the holidays when we got ready to make a decision, so he handed us over to Tim Richardson who sent over a quote with all of the final numbers so there were no surprises. Tim treated us like absolute gold from arrival until we drove off the lot in our new vehicle about 2 hours later. Once we were handed off to their Finance Manager, Sean Frith, there were absolutely no games, no attempts to upsell, and he was as pleasant as can be (which was a nice change from past dealerships we've worked with). Chuck Colvin prides itself on being family owned and run, and it really does show. Tim did a wonderful job of showing us the ins and outs of our vehicle and the dealership itself, and welcomed us into the Chuck Colvin family... a family we are happy to now call our own. I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had. It was by far our best auto purchasing experience, and they now have a customer for life.

Stopped in here, unannounced, to look at a couple of late model Ford trucks that I saw online. Tim came out to greet us, but handed us over to Rashad as he had to tend to a scheduled appointment. Both were great to work with, and we ended up buying this 2022 CPO F-350. Rashad was a true pleasure to work with, no BS or games. Sean handled the paperwork, and it was refreshing to have the extended warranty offered, but not shoved down your throat. All in all, a great and painless buying experience! I highly recommend this dealership

Don t waste your drive over here. I was hoping to buy a new car, which I could very easily afford mind you, when one of their salesmen decided to take one look at me and say they didn t have a car for me. Ridiculous. I m now very happy to be owning a 2023 SUBARU thanks Chuck!

In all sincerity, thank you to Rod & the Colvin team. I moved to Oregon from Ohio & experienced car trouble before I left & had to drive a rental out. I've worked with the same salesman for 20yrs so this was an experience out of my comfort zone. The team was kind, jovial, knowledgeable, & very understanding that I was also experiencing a health event but had to act as my rental agreement was ending. I love my Rogue (already went to the beach) & wouldn't hesitate to send a friend to Colvin.

When I walked in the door, the lady greeted me in a friendly manner. She checked on the computer to see what work was to be done. Then she walked me to the waiting area. I waited a reasonable amount of time. Then she came to give me the paperwork, explain future work to be done and the key. The vehicle was parked outside the waiting room door. Great customer service!!!

My recent experience with several other Ford dealerships was so very frustrating that I ended up looking out of state for someone who would not treat me like an idiot and pressure me to buy something I either couldn't afford or didn't want. I found the vehicle I wanted on line and left a message. Fred McAdams was who I dealt with. He was friendly and personable, did not pressure me in the least and best of all was able to meet my needs with regards to trade in value of my vehicle. He's been in the business for over 20 years. There was also no "funny money" with vehicle pricing and trade in values, or monkey business with monthly payments etc. All the bologna usually found at dealerships. In terms of dollars and cents, one ford dealership I dealt with for the exact same model and features (F-150 Lightning Lariat) with exact same MSRP was literally $12,500 over Colvin Ford's price! Next time I need a vehicle, I'll simply call Colvin first.

I had an electrical issue with my F150 while traveling through Oregon. All the folks I dealt with at Colvin were incredibly helpful. If they treat a customer they know they will never see again this well I can only imagine the care and attention they give to their regular customers. I wish my home dealer in Georgia was half as good
